I went in on july2017 for a consultation with sonobello in dallas. Veroncia helped me. Yeah she was really nice and say good things about sonobello. I was so excited. They want you to put money down 1,000. I put 6,000 cash was more. Payment plan. wanted flanks upper and lower abs and arms, , I was in alot alot if pain, they said it won't hurt that much after. Well YES IT DID ALOT. PAIN MEDS WAS TERRIBLE. NOW I HAVE ABS LOOKING WRIST THEN BEFORE. ONE SIDE BIGGER THEN OTHER. NO CHANGE IN FLANKS, ARM STILL THE SAME. ITS LIKE I SAID HERE TAKE MY MONEY. SONOBELLO IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO. FIND ANOTHER DR, A FRIEND IF MINE ALSO WENT SHE HAD TO CANCELLED,. THEY WON'T GIVE HER THE 1,000 DOLLARS BACK,PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. IF YOU DO. HOPE YOU DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE WE DID, IF YOU DO. REMEMBER I TOLD YOU NOT TO GO HERE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR... MY ADVISE STAYYYYY FAR AWAY FROM SONOBELLO. I tried to get them to fix it, they don't answer my calls. Or they say I will check on it and give you a call back and never call you again, I called and called they never called me back

On 7/25/17 I purchased venus treatments from Sono Bello. Before I had any treatments done I learned that my house was in foreclosure. (I've been going through a divorce for over a year and my ex-spouse-to-be had possession of our marital home.) For over two weeks I asked for a refund, because I need the refund to pay my back mortgage and to save my home. On 8/14/17 I was told that Sono Bello will not refund my money, and was told that it's their procedure not to issue refunds. They said I could apply for a credit. I cannot apply for a credit at this time, as my house is in forclosure, which means my credit score is already being affected. Because Sono Bello refuses to acknowledge there are human beings involved in this, and that I'm dealing with a situation that I did not cause, and they're merely relying on their "its our procedure" line I'm going to lose my home. Today I asked for the contact information (name, email address, phone #, mailing address ) of her supervisor and the president of the company. I will continue to fight for my home.

On July 28, 2017, I met with Tara A at Sono Bello to discuss a liposuction treatment. At that time I paid $9494.98 for the procedures to be done on August 8. At the pre-op appointment on August 4, I met with the surgeon, Dr. Marco S, who told me that because of my health issues he would not perform the procedures. He told me I would get a full refund immediately. I then met briefly with the Practice Manager (I don't recall her name) her told me she would get the paperwork done and call me later that day to confirm the transfer to my account.

by 5pm I had not heard from her so I called the office. She told me Tara A was working on it and the transfer to my bank would occur on Monday, August 7, and that someone would call me that day to confirm. No one called. I have left several messages at Sono Bello during that week, but no one responds. The money has not been replaced in my bank account. It has now been 10 days.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our notes state that there were other mitigating circumstances and that in fact you might have received approval to proceed with your surgery. We have refunded all your fees and apologize for any confusion or concern.

First, I would like to say, I am not a rookie to surgery. In 2006 I had a Lifestyle Lift. In 2008 I was diagnosed with cancer of the uterus having multiple surgeries, PET Scans. September 2015 I was diagnosed with lung cancer. After multiple Bronchoscopy's, biopsy of lung then left upper lung lobectomy I was cancer free.
Wanting to improve my appearance I decided on a Lift by SonoBello. The recovery was worse than anything I had experienced. After the recovery, I was not happy with the results. Sono Bello tried to resolve the issue of my droopy cheeks by doing a fat transfer for plumping my cheeks. The fat transfer ended up leaving me with droopy jowls instead of plump cheeks. This actually defeated the lift results. Upon visiting for my final checkup, I was told we could resolve the issue by injections to lift the cheeks. My understanding was the fat transfer was to accomplish this. There just seems to be little consideration with how happy you are with the results from the surgeon.
If you have concerns or displeased with the results, they seem to sluff it off as your imagination, that you look really good. I am 69 years of age with good genes, not a lot of wrinkles. You feel you have done a drive thru procedure. The nurse and staff are very nice. There needs to be more time spent with the surgeon to make sure you are on the same page for results. A reputable surgeon will be more attentive to your results and cost is the same.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
