Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was no bug infestation The person who call only indicated that the system was immediately returned without even looking at the system is because I informed him that the box was never open and the information form & receipt was still in the box I had the system in the wrapper they sent for about a week before I shipped it off and then put the information form inThere was no bugs as Sony indicatedIf they immediately shipped the system back, where are the bugsNo proof, no evident If Sony employees can see the bugs, why can't the customers As you can see below I am not the only customers experiencing this corrupt practice of Sony The person could not tell me why my PSis not corrupt Not satisfied with this response This is a way convenient way for Sony not to honor it warranty!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: SIEA is still screwing over the consumer a second time with their greedOther divisions of [redacted] have accepted the betrayal of trust with this game and are taking steps to protect the consumer and instilling confidence with their spending by offering refunds for ALL purchases to this gameI will NEVER accept that SIEA will do nothing for ALL the purchases of the game, or their half assed refund dateConsidering the Founders packs(which is when I expect the lion's share of purchases were made) were offered in June and ended in JulySIEA is cheaply covering its *** by the offering of their refund and screwing every consumer that came before that dateWhich that date isn't even far from the ending of the founder's packsIt reeks of greed and is NOT something [redacted] would have done last generation when it was losing the console warsThis is the kind of crap [redacted] would have pulled, but this time they're actually the good company protecting consumersThis response infuriates and disgusts meSimply turning on my PSmakes me sick to think how far [redacted] has fallen to greed and terrible service simply because they can afford it now that they won this generationI wish I had just supported [redacted] In the future I will not be supporting any companies running this type of game on [redacted] systems because they do nothing to protect the consumer when they allow scams to get onto their network [redacted] didn't even live up to their own closure of service date, and closed the servers down a month early from when they were supposed toThey had already gotten all their money from micro-transactions so I guess they decided there was no point keeping the scam running with no further profitIf there was a legal action to be taken, you can bet I would certainly be taking it, or joining it, instead all I can do is continue to reject this unacceptable response and hope someone will see the way SIEA handles its service and shy away from supporting them What's really a shame is I have to deal with SIEA and not one of the other branches, because they are offering full refunds and protecting the consumerGuess it goes to prove not all branches are equal, and SIEA is far inferior to the other branchesThis whole ordeal makes supporting anything [redacted] in the future very unlikely for me and I will actively discourage anyone I meet from doing the same.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In my complaint I already addressed when they were offering refunds to, and that was unacceptable to meRather than actually reading and responding to my complaint they issue a blanket carbon response as though they didn't even read the complaint or my desired solutionAs far as consumer support and protection goes that's ridiculous to meIt pretty much guarantees I lose all faith in [redacted] ever protecting their consumers, and in the future I will actively discourage everyone I meet from supporting [redacted] products of this type and I will encourage them to choose another console that WILL protect their consumers from scams like this rather than hiding behind a half measure and "its not our fault" logicAs far as I'm concerned [redacted] profited immensely from this scam of a game and rather than owning up to it being a scam and making restitutions for all the victims they're doing a half measure to keep a massive portion of those profitsWhereas [redacted] and certain countries of [redacted] are saying hey, this isn't right and fixing it SCEA is just pulling this crapI used to be an ardent believer in [redacted] being a much better company than [redacted] that cared about the gamers and this incident has proven me wrong.Sincerely, [redacted]
