Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted the warranty company several times, before they were able to get someone to come and look at the stove They determined that the parts needed to be replaced, but state the earliest they can come and install is 8/23/ This is unacceptable I have children and elders in my home and the range does not work at all, so its not like I can use one part or the other, I can not use it at all Its already been about weeks without a stove, and now I have to wait more weeks This is the warranty company that you chose to represent your organization, so they are a reflection of you I need someone out here no later than Monday 8/15/16, but would like someone out sooner than that I have to microwave food or buy fast food, this is not acceptable Regards, [redacted]
