Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company blatantly violated the Virginia Consumer Protection Act with it's fraudulent advertising, caused me a world of inconvenience and cost a close friend of mine $when I tried to give them a gift of a TV, only to have HHGregg not honor their printed advertisement Their "referring" the information to the basement storage boxes doesn't bring this matter to any sort of resolution Yes I settled for another TV at the request of a good friend who wanted to save me the aggravation of having to deal with this company further, I did not get a TV for the amount of money I should have, again only being offered lesser quality or higher price...NOT WHAT WAS AGREED TO AT THE BEGINNING! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I concur that I took delivery of said treadmill, however, HHGregg has not addressed the root of the problem regarding threshold delivery as their website; http://www.hhgregg.com/shippinganddelivery still states that, Threshold Delivery Your product will be shipped via freight to the delivery center nearest your delivery addressOnce we confirm receipt at the local delivery center an hhgregg authorized representative will reach out to schedule the delivery date with youWith Threshold Delivery the delivery team will deliver your merchandise and set it in the first dry room in the home." Therefore, HHGregg is falsely advertising what Threshold Delivery service is, since they WILL NOT deliver to the first dry room in the home They need to further clarify the service by stating they will only deliver to the first dry room in the home, IF there are no stairs leading up to the door...otherwise, delivery will be at the bottom of the stairs or garage I appreciate HHGregg's response and am sure I will do future transactions, however, my complaint is for all future customers--so that the Threshold Delivery service is accurately presented by HHGregg's websiteThank you Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.I pro-actively followed up with the company a number of times asking about my refund, asking why it was not processed, and received various answers, none satisfactory, until I finally reached a person at the store who offered to put through the credit if I would give them my credit card number over the phone I was amazed...I had offered this solution twice before and was told it wasn't necessary!! Once she put through the credit I received the credit to my Cc account in days!! Would that HH Gregg had more capable folk like her! I also received a check from HH Gregg for the damage in the product we did keep At this time we are through with HH Gregg, will never, ever shop there; and will tell everyone we know about our problems and the failings of HH Gregg Thanks for your efforts, which certainly added to my own, helped to alleviate this situation Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] June 29, [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] ***397-ID #11471539Purchased a new refrigerator on May and had it delivered on May The delivery men delivered the fridge and plugged and set it up changed the doors to go the other side and said it would take two hours to get coldThe fridge/freezer never did get cold it did not work at all with the exception of the light going onPurchase price including tax $429.99On May I tried for several hours to reach these people, but every time I got through all I got was a master voice system telling me press for this and for thatYou get the ideaWhen I finally did get a hold of someone and explained the problem that I wanted someone to come and take a look or refund my money they said they would have to transfer me to someone else and ultimately ended up in the same spot that I already had been several times beforeI pressed every number I could and was told they would have to transfer me againI finally gave up and tried calling the Myrtle Beach number which was on the salesman's card and wouldn't you know! It was the same number in Wilmington that I was transferred to previouslyNo one seemed to want to hear my storyI still have this fridge that does not get cold so does not work and has never worked and obviously defectiveI am in desperate need of another oneAt this point I just want a refund so that I can purchase a new one somewhere else.I have attempted to resolve this problem starting on May 28th and the last call on June 29th with varies calls in-between.I want this non working fridge picked up and a full refund on the purchase of this one.Someone from Haier ( the manufacturer) did call me to inquire about the fridge, but unfortunately was obviously reading from a scriptI was told he could not service this refrigerator because the warranty was voided because it was installed improperlyHH Gregg delivery personnel delivered and installed this refrigeratorThey are now telling me this was not meant for the garageI told him that my garage was fully insulated including the garage doorHe didn't want to hear anything and just went on the same script againSo I could see we were getting nowhereHe wasn't even listening to meI tried telling him that the refrigerator was not a service issue that it was defective and didn't work at all from day one when it was delivered whether it be in a garage or the houseThis refrigerator was eventually going to be moved to my guest house, but at time of delivery it was being painted so was unable to install it at that time.I did read in the Manuel that came with this refrigerator that the temp was ok up to degreesMy garage never gets above degrees or below degreesThe salesman that sold me this unit knew it was going in the garage temporarily I have not heard one word from HH Gregg to this date.I have reached out to the sales man Stephen Roach previously and on June 29thI also called customer service in Wilmington again both said it was up to the manufacturer Haier who made the Fridge
