GrandPointe sent deletion requests to the consumer reporting agencies in April, May, June and July of If the account information has not been deleted by one or more of the consumer reporting agencies, Ms [redacted] will need to address the issue directly with the agency involved

The "documentation" does not include any information regarding the financial institution or account number used for the alleged payments and does not include verification that the payment was actually processed, was accepted and cleared Ms***'s accountAdequate documentation of the payments would consist of a bank statement (redacted remove other transactions) on the letterhead of the financial institution that included the number of the account used to make the payments, the date and transaction number of each payment and a running balance total showing the payments actually cleared
