At this time, I have been contacted directly by Spiegel LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Emailed [redacted] again and no response: [redacted] ***to [redacted] Hello,Just wanted an update to this email thread I still have not received my refund to my account Most companies take less than a week and looking at the reviews, Spiegel takes months! I am not sure what the problem is, but I have been more than patient Has a refund been credits? If so, when will I see it on my account? If its easier, just send a check! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I RETURNED ITEMS VALUED OVER $AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER A REFUND NOR ANY NEWS ABOUT IT THIS HAPPENED IN ABOUT JUNE OF AND I HAVE WRITTEN ALMOST EMAILS TO THESE PEOPLE WITH NO SUCCESS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO SEND BACK ITEMS FOR REFUND!!! I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THEM, BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY WERE ALWAYS LIKE THIS AS SOME YEARS AGO, I ORDERED FROM THEM AND WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEN RETURN SAID ITEM AFTER WHICH I GOT A REFUNDI WAS SADLY MISTAKEN THAT THEY STILL DO HONEST BUSINESS ANYMORE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEITHER WILL YOU GET A RESPONSE ASIDE FROM ONE THAT SEEMS COMPUTER GENERATED! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
