Review: On December [redacted] I placed an order for clothing for the amount of 68.66 and also another order on January [redacted] for clothing for the amount of 51.77. I have to this day, not received any merchandise from this company yet. I ordered because I have been a customer for the last 4 years and never had a problem with this company. I think it's fair to expect the merchandise or a total refund of 120.43.Desired Settlement: To send the merchandise that's paid for or a monetary refund.

Review: I returned two (2) items and requested replacements as they didn't fit. I wrote a letter on November **, 2014 requesting reimbursement. To date I haven't heard a word.Desired Settlement: I am now looking for a refund for the items I returned.

Review: I returned two items to [redacted] on April **, 2014 and requested a refund of $39.98. This was order #[redacted] and [redacted]. I have not received a refund. I asked for a status from [redacted] in an email on 06/**/14. In response they open case update #[redacted] and they stated I would receive a refund in a few business weeks. I have been very patient with [redacted]. As of today I still have not received a refund. Can you please assist me in getting this issue resolved. Thank You

I continuously get responses that they will contact me. NONE of their phone contact info works

Review: I ordered clothing items in late December and returned them in early January. I have not received a refund for items returned.

As mentioned above, I ordered clothing items from [redacted] and charged it to my [redacted]'s credit card. I received noticed that as of January, [redacted] would no longer have a credit card. I returned the items ordered because they did not fit expecting [redacted] to credit my account to clear the balance but instead I received a bill for $189.48 from [redacted]'s Finance Company for their credit card in December. ( I have proof showing the return and tracked to find the employee's name that signed for the return.) At this point I figured there was a delay in crediting my account so I did not make a payment. I next received another bill in January for $209.94 which now included a $25.00 late fee. I emailed [redacted] but received no response so I made a $25.00 payment to avoid another late fee. My next bill for February came for $214.48 which now included $4.54 for finance charge. I called [redacted] because there is no number listed for [redacted]'s and [redacted] told me to put in a dispute which I did. In the meantime I received the March bill which reflected my payment and finance charge of $4.10 so the balance was $193.58. The bill for April reflected a $25.00 credit as my balance. I called for the $25.00 credit check but I was told it was in dispute. My May bill reflected a new balance of $222.67. I called [redacted] and was told to put in a new dispute letter showing my proof of return. I prepared a letter and sent copies of my proof showing the return date as January *, 2014 and a person by the name of [redacted] had signed for it. I thought this was going to be the end of this but [redacted] told me they could not credit my account because [redacted]'s was going to send me check for the returned merchandise and then I would pay them. I also received a letter from [redacted] stating that I still owed them the money and needed to pay a minimum payment of $36.00 to avoid late fee which I did. On June **, I emailed [redacted] and they responded by saying a case was opened. On June **, I received a response that they needed the order number and I replied that there was only one order I placed in December and the only order charged to the [redacted] credit card so I'm sure they could find it because I no longer had this information so I went on line to get this information but I found I was locked out of my [redacted] credit card account. I did not receive a response so I emailed them again on July * and got no response so now I'm stuck with a bill I don't owe and I can't contact a person at [redacted]'s to clear this matter up.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for [redacted] to cover the merchandise($189.48), the late fee($25.00), the finance charges($12.73) and my payments($61.00) for a total of $288.21 because the merchandise was returned in time for me not to incur all these charges. I should not be penalized because of poor record keeping on their part.

Review: On April **, 2013 I was notified that my order was being processed. I ordered 2 pairs of slacks and a bracelet for a total of $41.12 which includes shipping and handling in the amount of $11.12.

I did not wear the items and felt that they were not good quality, plus they didn't fit since they were really stretchy. I returned the items on 4/**/14 - order #[redacted].

On May ** I emailed asking when I would receive my credit.. Again, they said that my CASE #was [redacted].

May [redacted], I sent another email and received the response, "The Requested Refund will be completed within the next few business weeks."

I called the Spiegel telephone # ###-###-#### and was put on hold for 23 minutes.

On July * I again emailed Spiegel inquiring as to my credit.

On July ** I sent another email and received the following "your request for assistance has been received and we will contact you shortly with a resolution. your request has been assigned."

I am disappointed with Spiegel and would appreciate anything you can do to help!Desired Settlement: Spiegel to pay me $41.12

Review: On approximately July *, 2014 I made an online purchase with Spiegel (order #[redacted]) for two items each $10.00 with a promotion. My total order was $22.35. The breakdown was as follows: Kristina Dress $10Blazer $10Total $20S/H $11.08Total $31.08Promo $10Tax $1.27Final Total $22.35 Charged to my Discover card. I did not receive a call indicating the Kristina Dress was not available and no alternative was given, instead I received a credit of $5.30 and an email indicating a credit was given since the dress was no longer available. I have contacted Spiegel and ask they send a return label at their expense so I can return the jacket since the dress was not available making the purchase no longer desirable. I was told they would not so therefore I have paid out $17.05 for a jacket and that was not my intention. Without the promotion I would not have purchased either item. I am very dissatisfied with the manner Spiegel is doing business. I should have received a phone call asking if I still wanted the item since the other was no longer available.Desired Settlement: I would like a return label so I can return the jacket and to have my account credited $17.05 upon receipt of the item. I should not lose money on this transaction because the company no longer has the item.

Review: I ordered 2 jabot white blouses size 16 for a friend in Lancaster, Ca and when she received and tried on the blouse they did not fit so she immediately returned the blouses using the return papers they (spiegel) provided. They had not responded so I contacted them, first by trying to reach them by phone with no success and then by e-mail and their customer service did e-mail back stating that my case has been assigned and I will be notified but no one ever did notify me. No matter how many times I notified them through e-mail they always responded in the same way saying my case has been assigned and still nothing. They owe me $39.00 and refuse to return my money in check or credit my bank as I used my debit card and their product has been returned long ago. This all began in January and their last e-mail to me was in May this year with the same message, which I believe is computer generated. I'm either being ignored or they're scam artist. This is ridiculous as all they have to do is return my $39.Desired Settlement: Refund

On Jan. **, 2014, I order a Chloe Dress by Shape FX for my daughter in New Jersey in a size 12 for the total price of $99.46. The dress was delivered to me at [redacted]. The order number of the product is [redacted] . I sent my daughter the dress as a surprise. She received the dress in perfect condition, but she needed a size 10. Therefore, I wrote a letter giving her permission to send back the dress as an exchange for a size 10. The return was sent to [redacted]. My daughter sent the package via USPS/Priority Mail/with insurance. The package was received in [redacted] on January **, 2014. That is where the trail stops.

I tried calling the customer service number listed on Spiegel site. It is always busy. I found the address for Spiegel Customer Service Department at [redacted] and wrote a letter. They have never replied and my email, home address, and telephone number is on that letter. I also sent an email to [redacted] and also never receive any kind of reply.

I finally called the Revdex.com of Chicago who in turn gave me the number for [redacted]., who in turn gave me the number for [redacted] and the results is that [redacted] said that [redacted] was suppose to handle it and now I am writing to your site. Spiegel has it posted that they are a member of Revdex.com. Yet, their practices are not in the best interest of the consumer. Now we have no dress, I have spend $100.00, and Spiegel will not answer me.

If someone doesn't help me then I am going to the Attorney General Office, as this is fraudulent activity.

Review: My 1st email was sent to Spiegel customer service 11-**-2013 to advise them of a dress that I purchased that was too large. I wanted to exchange the dress for a smaller size, but was informed: "Spiegel does not do exchanges, only returns so you will have to return and reorder. Also Spiegel does not provide return labels. You must go to your local post office and pay to have it shipped back to our return address, Spiegel Returns Department at [redacted]. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your time and have a great day. this was sent by [redacted]" The dress was returned on 02-**-2014 and signed for by [redacted]. After emailing numerous times I finally go a email 04-**14 indicating that a refund would be completed within the next business week. As of today 11-**-2014 I still have not received a refund..almost a year later from when I order the dress. In the "Primary Nature of your complaint:" I put the company failed to honor a verbal commitment , but it was actually a written commitment. You cant get through to anyone on the phone. Thanks for your help!Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund, which by the way is $19.00. You would think that I wouldn't have to jump through flaming hoops of fire for that! It's mine though and I want it back.
