with Spiegel.  However in attempting to make a return through [redacted] I was redirected to Spiegel. Just thought I would share that piece.

They have yet to contact me or credit my bank account back. The only communication I have had was the email telling me case...

file is open and that is it. I was given 1-800 numbers from my bank and off the bank charge they made and both numbers are not in service.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I RETURNED ITEMS VALUED OVER $100 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER A REFUND NOR ANY NEWS ABOUT IT. THIS HAPPENED IN ABOUT JUNE OF 2014 AND I HAVE WRITTEN ALMOST 20 EMAILS TO THESE PEOPLE WITH NO SUCCESS. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED TO SEND BACK ITEMS FOR REFUND!!! I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THEM, BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY WERE ALWAYS LIKE THIS AS SOME YEARS AGO, I ORDERED FROM THEM AND WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEN RETURN SAID ITEM AFTER WHICH I GOT A REFUND. I WAS SADLY MISTAKEN THAT THEY STILL DO HONEST BUSINESS ANYMORE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEITHER WILL YOU GET A RESPONSE ASIDE FROM ONE THAT SEEMS COMPUTER GENERATED!
