I placed an order on January *, 2015 and I have yet to receive my paid order. Spiegel has not responded to any of my order inquiries. Please help!

Review: 5/*/14 Ordered from Spiegel web site. Order #[redacted]. Ordered: Style #P5646 Color: Dark Purple Size: 12 Name: Stephanie Dress by Newport News. Order came in, but dress was too small, so I returned it per Spiegel's Return Policy.

5/**/14 Returned order by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Package was received on 5/**/14. Per Spiegel I gave them 30 days to process my return.

6/**/14 Sent an e-mail to Customer Service requesting a status update on my return. I got an auto reply saying someone was looking into the matter.

6/**/14 Received an e-mail from someone in the Customer Service Dept. named [redacted] claiming my Case # is: [redacted] & my requested refund will be completed within a few business weeks.

7/**/14 As of today I haven't heard anything else. Tried to call them, but I either get a busy signal or leave a message & no one ever calls me back. I spent $ 9.50 mailing my item back to them, but at this point all I want is a full refund of the price I paid which was $ 39.51.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $ 39.51.

Review: I am writing to express my concerns and frustration because I have not yet been refunded my monies owed and with the lack of customer service that I’ve received from Spiegel, despite my many attempts. For the last 3 months the company has refused to refund monies owed to me for returned product. Although, I’ve written emails on more than 15+ occasions and made countless phone calls. All to no avail. In addition to fighting to get my monies, which are rightfully owed to me, I feel it is important for other consumers to be aware before patronizing this establishment.

I recently was a dedicated Spiegel customer and part of their loyalty program, Spiegel VIP as I’ve placed many orders and spent countless dollars within the last year of signing up. December 2013 was the month that changed it all. This I believe was during the time in which the company started doing business with [redacted]. Customer service went out the door and I therefore, refuse to support a company that does not value my business. However, before I can move on I want all monies owed to me refunded as this has yet to happen. Per the companies return policy there is no reason why this shouldn’t have happened. The company has acknowledged my merchandise being returned and received in their warehouse on multiple occasions with my refunds being processed, but still nothing. This has been going on since December 2013!

1. Order [redacted] placed on December [redacted]……I was sent an incorrect size for 1 item (dress) and an incorrect color for another item (dress). I made several contact attempts to have this resolved, but to no avail. I was however assigned a Spiegel Case #, which is [redacted] and [redacted]. This however means nothing as the case(s) have yet to be handled or resolved.

So, my many attempts even included calling Spiegel VIP. When calling them, they were unable to help and only referred me back to the unanswered 800-telephone number, which remained busy, even during non-business hours. Therefore, proving there is no intent to talk with customers. I searched the Internet for other contact telephone numbers and found nothing helpful; ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. All other telephone numbers found are not in service; or not answered. Therefore, the only alternative is to email customer service, which by they way worked well in the past.

a. I emailed Spiegel Customer Service on many, many, many occasions with no response. Therefore, realizing that this mishap was not going to be handled, I returned all items, in December. It is now February and still my monies have not been refunded, despite my many attempts. I did, however receive 2 email responses from my many, many, many email requests after advising that I would be reaching out to the Revdex.com and the Attorney Generals Office. Both responses stated my product has been received in the warehouse and my refunds are being processed. Still nothing 3 months later! See attached correspondence from Customer Service. I no longer have company merchandise and therefore want my monies refunded.

2. Order [redacted]…. This order again placed in December, December [redacted] was returned in December and as of yet, I still have not been refunded for my return. Again, I was promised that I would be refunded as they do have their merchandise, but again nothing! I no longer have company merchandise and therefore want my monies refunded.

3. The 3rd order was processed 3 times to my credit card with no merchandise ever being sent. Thankfully, this one was resolved through my bank. Spiegel case # [redacted]. They assigned me a case number but never worked the case.

4. My account, which is registered under my email address is no longer valid as the company has deactivated it. Therefore, I no longer have access to my tremendous amount of purchasing history with the company. Again, I’ve called and emailed to report the problem, but again to no avail. I’ve also tried to go the “forgot password” route, but again nothing! I’ve requested copy of my purchasing history on several times since they deactivated my account, but again nothing.

In closing, my many, many, many requests for my refunds have gone unhandled. I’ve sent so many emails that I now have many Case # as they are system generated. So the above orders/incidents have many other case # affiliated with them that I’m sure Spiegel can’t figure it out. However, the order numbers don’t change. This has been going on since December and is unacceptable. I no longer have company product as it has been returned per the companies return policy and yet I still have nt been refunded! I have literally been ignored for the last 3 months. I rightfully want to be refunded!!

As always, I can be reached via phone and/or email. There are several ways to contact me. Unfortunately Spiegel can’t say the same as they are only out to take your money! I will make it my mission to share my experiences with as many people that I know!Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded monies promised and owed for order numbers listed above as product was received per their return policy. In fact, they have acknowledged receipt and promised to refund, but still nothing.

Review: I ordered 3 shirts online with this company on Dec [redacted] ,2013. One of the shirts was too big and so I sent it back the day it was received on Dec [redacted], It was sent via USPS with confirmation that they received it on Dec [redacted]. I have not received the shirt back as of this date of Feb 10, I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have tried to call the 800 number only to get a constant busy signal. I have looked this company up online at consumeraffairs.com and they have numerous complaints with the same issues. PLEASE HELP!Desired Settlement: I would like my shirt exchanged in a timely manner. I think Revdex.com needs to take note of all the complaints with this company and rate them accordingly. 2 months for an exchange is ridiculous !

Review: I received an item that arrived damaged. Ultimate Outlet (formerly Newport News) customer support department disavows any company guarantee & wants ME to file a claim with the postal dept. which in turn says that no insurance was on the item & it is not their responsibility for poor packaging causing water damage to the item. Thank you for bringing the matter of [redacted] to our attention. On June *, 2011 Signature Styles, LLC, owner of Newport News, Spiegel, and Shape FX filed for bankruptcy. On September **, 2011 Signature Styles, LLC officially dissolved its business and Spiegel, LLC formerly known as Artemiss, LLC emerged the purchaser of all assets. As a result, all gift certificates and merchandise certificates issued prior to June *, 2011 and returns on orders prior to this date are no longer honorable.

Spiegel, LLC offered to extend Artemiss Appreciation Awards to qualifying Signature Style Customers. As per court rulings the program had two portions. The first portion included gift certificates and merchandise certificates issued prior to the bankruptcy on June *, 2011. The second portion included returns on orders placed prior to the bankruptcy. Both portions of the program started on October **, 2011, the first portion ended on February **, 2012 and the second ended on October **, 2012 as per court stipulations.

Review: On 02/**/2014 I placed an order on Spiegel's website for some apparel for a total purchase of $73.48, which I received but was way too big and of poor quality. Following Spiegel's return policy, I shipped the order back to Spiegel in [redacted] via insured UPS on 02/**/2014. My order was delivered to Spiegel on 03/**/2014 at 8:43 a.m. and signed for by someone named [redacted]. I have not yet recieved my refund. Calls to the customer service line are unanswered, the line is busy even in the middle of the night. Many, many emails go unanswered, other than an automated reply saying that a case has been opened, but never any further action or correspondence. It has been almost seven weeks since they received my return but I have not received my refund.My original order number is #[redacted] and the order amount is $73.48.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund in the amount of $73.48.

Review: I placed an order on July **, 2013, I received all my items except for 1. I received the wrong item, I sent two emails as this is the only way to contact Spiegel.com. To Date I have not at least got confirmation that my issue has received, no contact from the company to let me know the issue is being addressed. I have sent two emails with no response to either email sent. 1 sent August * and a follow-up on August * My Order Number is [redacted] I am writing because I received my order on today 08/*/13, however the item I ordered was not received. I ordered the black-gold necklace, you sent me a purple bracelet however the package label indicates it should be the black/gold necklace. Review: My order was placed with the company in May, my return was sent in June, within their 45 day window for returns. I have been waiting since then for my refund, which has been repeatedly promised, yet not delivered. I have email documentation of each time I contacted their customer service department, some of which they did not bother to respond to. The last email I from them was received 10/*/14 and said, "All refunds will be completed within the next few business weeks. Thank you. " I have not been given so much as an apology for the poor service, or an explanation for why the refund is taking so long. I believe 5 months is an extraordinary time to take in order to return a measly $40. It's clearly been over a month since the last communication from their customer service department and I'm beyond frustrated. Review: Placed an order for products the end of March or April. Rec'd product, and it did not fit. I returned it and requested either different size or refund. Did not hear back from vendor at all for 4 weeks. Website shows only customer service email, no phone number to contact, so began sending emails. It took another 2-3 weeks to receive response promising that refund would follow in 2 weeks. It is now going on 3 months and I have never rec'd refund and they are not responding to my emails. Review: Placed an order from Spiegel LLC online (March **, 2014), I received the merchandise two week later. The merchandise did not fit, was returned to Spiegel LLC, [redacted]. The merchandise was received the first week in April 2014. Since, sending the merchandise back to Spiegel on April *, 2014, I have made several attempts to communicate with them concerning the refund for merchandise. I have emailed them numerous times concerning this matter. The only respond I have received is that my refund would be returned to my debit card in two weeks. There is no telephone number available on the Spiegel website the only means of communicating with them is via email. Spiegel have received the merchandise back and has not refunded the money to my debit card after weeks of waiting and no communication.Desired Settlement: Spiegel should be held responsible for their poor business practices. In that, I am requesting the 59.00 to returned to my debit card as well as 100.00 punitive damages of dealing with a supposedly reputable company who display only poor business practices.

Review: On August **, 2009, Spiegel issued me a check for a refund due to me. I deposited the check and it came back from my bank saying that this Spiegel account could not be located. Not only was I unable to deposit these funds, but my bank charged me the bank fees related to insufficient funds or unable to locate account. I have been e-mailing Spiegel customer service and all they say is that they are looking into it. I have requested multiple times for them to give me a name and contact information of whom I am dealing with. They have continuously ignored my requests although I even faxed the a copy of their check, my bank statement and to this date 3/*/2014, nobody has called me nor have I received my refund.It has been 5 years and no one from Spiegel has made an effort to resolve this issue. Through the years, I have attempted to resolve this problem by calling their ordering line. They take my message and no returned phone calls. The last time I e-mailed them was February, 2014 I don't trust this company and their lack of customer satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the full amount owed to me plus bank fees.

Review: I returned items along with the return items slip properly marked to Spiegel LLC on March **, 2014. I paid extra for the return shipping and tracking as no return label was provided. The package was received by Spiegel on March **, 2014. I have contacted Spiegel on numerous occasions and currently have an open case with them (case # [redacted]) wherein the response for the last few time is always the same stating I will receive my refund within a few weeks. Prior to this I received one email that said within 7 business days. The last email was received on June [redacted] and still no refund. I wrote them on June *, 2014 and informed them if this matter wasn't resolved I would report them to the Revdex.com or take other means necessary to resolve it. I know that $100 isn't much to a big company but for a single mom of 3 trying to make ends meet I need all the help I can get. I was unable to wear most of their closing as they ran small so I needed to return them and purchase elsewhere. Review: I made two purchases from Spiegel and returned some of the merchandise and have not received a refund. Several emails have been sent to be told the refund would be processed and they have not. This business has no valid telephone numbers and email responses are generic. Review: I have emailed several times requesting information regarding a return made February 2014, Order #[redacted]. I receive an email back requesting an invoice number and sent it in. I did not hear anything for two more weeks and 3 more e-mails and have not gotten a response. To this day June *, 2014 have not received a credit/refund or any information from this company. I have called the 1-800 number but have never been able to reach anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL REFUND and shipping and handling expenses for the inconvenience and several of the items were defective.
