Review: I order merchandise from Spiegel through their Ultimate Outlet online system. I placed the order on September *, 2013. They shipped the item on September *, 2013; however, I never received the merchandise. I received an email to check on the delivery status and it showed "delivered". I contacted them via email 5 times before receiving a resonse. Their response stated: Dear Customer, We have little to no control over the shipping policies and procedures of FED-EX and UPS. Currently we can only transfer the packages to their possession for delivery, as stipulated by our agreements with their corporations and pass the tracking information, if given, to our customers to ensure timely delivery and prompt customer service. Any packages that are 1lb or under are automatically transferred to the US Postal service (USPS) as mandated by government contracts with UPS and FEDEX. At no time is Spiegel trying to deceive or mislead our customers about shipping practices. If our warehouse is experiencing abnormally high volume, expedited shipping may temporarily be unavailable. Otherwise, we always attempt to keep our shipping practices at the highest level of service and availability to our customers. All shipping notices are sent electronically to the email on file associated with the order. If at anytime you do not receive an email about your order please email us for an update. Review: Ordered Items online, returned items 5-**-14 not yet refunded.

On May **, 2014 Spiegel shipped an order I had placed. Order # [redacted]. I received the order and all items were sized incorrectly. One item was retained all others were mailed by USPS on May **,2014. Tracking indicates Spiegel received package on May **,2014. I had not heard any reply. I entered Spiegel site and sent a message asking for refund. On Tuesday July **, 2014 I received the following automated message "Your request for assistance has been received and we will contact you shortly with a resolution. Your request has been assigned Thank you for choosing Spiegel. Sincerely, Customer Service Department Spiegel, LLC Monday - Friday 9a.m. - 5p.m. EST [redacted]. I have not heard anything since then. On 7-**-14, 7-**-14 and on 8-*-13 I have sent messages asking for reply to this matter and still have no credit or reply.Desired Settlement: Spiegel owes me refund in the amount of $39.00.

Review: In 2009 I ordered an item from Spiegel LLC. They said I agreed to sign up for a privilege pass of a monthly charge of $14.95 for a discount on their items. They claim I clicked on a button on an e-mail making a commitment for this (Privilege Pass). I did not. They have charged me $1196 plus in charges since 2009 for a service I did not order or sign up for. I did notice the charge on my credit card but assumed it was for insurance on my credit card. Today, along with my credit company we had a conference call and through various back and forth was offered 2 years reimbursement $358.80 and not the full $1196. They are keeping the remaining $837.20 for a service I did not agree to and have never used. I did not (to my knowledge) click on any button making a commitment to pay the monthly fee for something I did not use. They claim they sent a follow up e-mail. Well, when you buy from a vendor they inundate you with e-mails. I'm sure most people do not open and read every single e-mail they receive from [redacted], [redacted] etc. I want refunded in full. I did not once use this service.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund back when they claim I committed to the privilege pass (January 2009).

I calculate the charges to be $1196 at least.

They say I did commit because they have my details. Yes, I ordered an item from them but did not commit to this privilege pass.

Review: I returned two items on 7/*/14 through the US Postal service. The items were received and I have yet to be refunded the full amount of my purchase. I was initially told in the first of many email correspondences that the process would take two weeks. In another email I was told that I would receive my refund in a few business weeks. I would just like the amount I paid to be refunded in full.

Review: I returned an order to them back in February. The order was placed on Feb. * and their return policy on the websites claims full refund for returns up to 45 days.the order was returned in accordance to their policies but I never received a refund. I contacted them via email on March ** with a inquiry on the refund to which I received an email response that my request has been received and they will contact me with updates. On April * they asked me for the order number, I emailed them the order number. On May ** I emailed them again about not receiving the refund and I didn't get any response from them yet. There is no phone number listed on their website. The phone number listed online which I tried to call multiple times turns out to have busy signal. I am still waiting for the refund.

Review: I placed an order for (3) with Spiegel/FX Shape tops and was displeased with the product. I returned the merchandise on Saturday 5/*/2014. I paid 10.00 for the return shipment. Review: I purchased an article of clothing in early May 2014. I returned the article with the receipt on May **. I never received a credit or refund. I sent an email in June requesting my refund. I received a cookie cutter response saying they are looking into it. At the end of July I still had not received the refund. Sent another email and another again two weeks later. Never received any responses. And still have not gotten the refund. It was only $10 however it is horrible that they do not respond and have no phone number to actually speak to someone.

Review: I order clothing from Spiegel and it was shipped mid April 2014, to be delivered between 4/**/14-4/**/14 and never arrived. I tracked the package and it stated undeliverable address but the address was in fact correct (it was/is my place of business).I have attempted to contact Spiegel via there email link, I cannot find an accurate/current phone number, no one has followed up with me from the company. I have also put in a complaint with [redacted] who was the shipper for the company without follow up from them. As of today, 5/**/2014 I have not received my order and they have charged my account $85.XX and some change. The last I tracked my package it states that it was delivered to [redacted] on 5/**/2014; I don't even know anyone in [redacted] and I live in [redacted]. I ordered the merchandise because I want what I ordered. However if I am unable to receive the merchandise that I ordered I would like a complete and full return of my money. Review: I placed an internet order for garments on December **, 2014. Due to fit, I returned two of the three garments purchased. The date of return was January **, 2015, well within the

45 days required for full refund as indicated on Spiegel's website. Also indicated in the return policy, the items were returned to the Spiegel Returns Department [redacted],

Review: I returned defective merchandise in January 2014 with an RMA number via [redacted] and have still not received a credit or any acknowledgement from Spiegel. I sent the initial complaint January 8, with a follow up e-mails on February **, 2014 and March **, 2014. I then sent a follow up letter via US mail to the [redacted]t address in April 2014 and no response or acknowledgement from them either. I am not able to get through to a person on their toll free customer service phone number.

I made a purchase from Spiegel with my Newport News credit card in November 2013. The jumpsuit retailed for $89.99. The purchase and the associated interest were paid off in 2 months’ time. I wore the item for the first time in December and the zipper malfunctioned – because it was a jumpsuit and the zipper ran the entire length of the back I could not wear it, and I e-mailed Spiegel Customer Service on January [redacted] Dear Sirs: I am hoping that you can help me to resolve a customer service issue that has been open since January 2014.

I still do not have a store credit or a pro-rated refund check for this jumpsuit. Although a case number was established by your Customer Service Department, no action has been taken. I only have verification that your company ever received the item from the shipper’s tracking number ([redacted]). I have not received any acknowledgment that you were examining the merchandise or that some kind of adjustment would be provided. Since the Newport News credit card no longer exists, I expected that I would either receive a store credit to spend at Spiegel or some comparable cash payment. .

I have had no success in reaching a human on your 800 number and sent 3 e-mails (each time waiting 2-3 weeks to give you time to respond) to your company at [redacted] referencing the original case number. I am hoping that this written appeal sent to a local address will find its way to someone that can resolve this issue. Review: I returned merchandise to Spiegel for a refund in March of 2014. I have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed repeatedly and they tell me EVERY SINGLE TIME that it will be resolved in one to two business weeks. There is no phone number to call and absolutely no recourse. It's just thievery and it's disgusting. There are complaints like this one all over the Internet about Spiegel. Most people just give up--there's really nothing the purchaser can do. Class action lawsuit?

Review: The clothing I purchased has an awful odor. The only way to return items is to email them and wait for them to contact you.
