I am rejecting this response because: They offered to honor my pay off amount as the amount that it was on the day I called. Unfortunately, two weeks later I no longer have the money to pay off the loan. I get paid once a month. Once spotloan rejected my request for a payoff I allocated those funds somewhere else. Spotloan is taking advantage of those in need. I have no problem with pay day and installment loans because there have been times when I have benefitted from them. However, I do have a problem when the payment schedule is designed to keep you in debt and prevent you from paying the loan off early. Every thing in life is a lesson, the lesson I learned from this experience is that there has to be a better way than borrowing money from crooked lenders

I am rejecting this response because:
They are still calling and trying to collect telling me this is their procedure and this is how they are responding to my complaint on the Revdex.com siteI specifically asked for something in writing through the mail to show this was my debt so that I can verify is as I have never taken out a loan onlineI have even mailed them a certified letter asking for this with no responseI want collection calls to stop until they can give me the information I requested which is what the legal way is to do, they can no longer contact me until they have given me the requested information

I am rejecting this response because: This response does not give a resolution to my issueI called the business again and im still getting the run aroundTold me the loan hasn't been sold yet but they still refuse to accept paymentThey originally told me they would know if the loan was sold or if they still had it after days..its been longer than thatI want this resolved immediatelyI want Spotloan to accept my payment for the principal amount and mark this account as paid in full after receiving paymentLike I mentioned before this is an illegal loan in the state of Ohio and I will take this further to the attorney general if I need to

I am rejecting this response because: Attempts to contact me and not leaving any messages, no mail whether by traditional post mail nor by email does not qualify as successful attempts They may have called but no messages was left nor received Why has no proof been provided of this supposed valid loan nor any information as to who it was sold too If this was valid why has no documentation or information been provided?
