They are lying about returning my phone calls that would be impossible because they never answered the phone nor do they have an answering machine so that is an outright liethat was one of the problems from the beginning they never came to the phone and you could not leave a messageIf their call volumes are so high why not at least let your customers leave a message
Furthermore I emailed Tony their rep times and Tony who was leaving messages on my phone never replied to one of my emailsI emailed him because he would call when I was at work and I couldn't get to my phone so when I saw he called I would try to call back when I was on break NO ANSWERI also emailed him to ask that he emailed me a plan to get back on track because I couldn't reach him by phone or give me another phone number that actually would be answeredThey are liars so no I do not accept their response at all I also want an address to the company they sold this to because they had to have sold my information because now there are all kinds of people calling my phone saying that they have my loan so I do not know who the scams are and who might be legitSpot loan is shady as far as trying to work with their customers and Tony the rep that was calling is also lying if he said he returned all my emails
