reflect the telephone calls or emails described by the customer. Our records indicate that on January 15, 2015, this customer sought a loan of $800 from Spotloan. As is our usual practice, one of our customer representatives reviewed this customer's loan terms, including APR and payment schedule, with him over the phone. Following that phone conversation, the customer was given the opportunity to review the loan terms -- including interest, duration, payment amount and payment schedule -- in writing before he electronically signed his loan agreement.
While this customer's loan obligations have not yet been fulfilled, Spotloan takes all customer complaints seriously, and we have reached out to this customer directly to address his concerns.

I received an email from the business and the manager who contacted me to resolve the issues I was having was very understanding and professional. I am really pleased to see this positive side of Spotloan because I was very concerned that this company was running a scam and wasn't a legitimate loan company. The response I received from the manager made me feel that there is at least someone within the company who can help when I feel as if I am being taken disadvantage of. I am very satisfied with the quick response from the manager and the prompt resolution of my concerns and issues.

I am rejecting this response because:They reached out and stated they will consider my account paid in full.  The problem I have with that is this, I have basically paid the loan off. I have paid about 13 payments totalling over 2000.00.  To say that they will consider my account paid is typical. I have made every payment on time with the outrageous fees.  There should be a law against this type of business.  I wrote back and requested them to consider paying 550.00 of the fees back. I have not received a reply yet. THANK you.

Michael H from SpotLoan sent me an email apologizing for the way the account was handled and made an offer to close the account marked as PAID IN FULL if I made a one time payment of $108.24. I called him back the next day and accepted the terms of the offer. He agreed he would send me a letter after the payment posted to confirm the account was paid in full, but I have not received that letter but did capture the full conversation in a recording and saved the email where he made the offer. I will consider the matter satisfactorily closed.
