My account being over charged every month, it took me average 3-5 hours to deal with customer service after I had been transferring to few people before my billing is corrected, it would credited back but same thing has happened again flowing month, and month after month. I have to call back every month since I opened account with Sprint in Dec last year. I would pay for overcharge if I could not hold any longer. As of today, I have been on hold for over 3 hours after 4 times transferred and still on hold. No one could help to fix the problems until my contract is over then I can close it.

I have had nothing but problems with the company since I switched. The customer service reps seem to not be educated on how to handle problems, or what the promotions are and how to correctly set them up in the system. When payment arrangements were suppose to have been set up they were not and in turn money was taken from my checking account that was not authorized. Trying to get my money back takes almost two weeks.

I have been with Sprint since 2001 and in the last couple months they have become the worst to deal with. It started with me wanting to switch from a Framily plan to an unlimited plan and I was also buying a new tablet. I have 10 lines with the tablet (large family). I had lots of issues with getting the tablet but that has been straightened out however the phone plan is the worst issue. I went into the store and was given the following breakdown: 1st line $60 2nd line $45 3rd - 10th lines $35 per line. plus there is a $5 per line discount for auto pay and then another discount of 25% for the plan since there's a discount on their from my employer. On one of my calls to Sprint on the tablet issue it was brought to light that there would be a $25.00 charge for subsidized phone charges for the lines that have a discounted phone. I said at that time I did not want to switch because that would be to much money a month. On my next 3 calls to Sprint on my table issue I was told it was not switched back properly and finally spoke to someone in Account Services that had agreed to waive the subsidized charges if I stayed with switching to the unlimited plan. So I said yes. I received my first bill which was incorrect. The rates quoted were wrong and the discount was wrong. Then this month I get my bill and getting charge for 2 months of the subsidized phone fees. So I call in and find out why they are on the bill and ask to get them removed as previous told. First 2 people did not have access to remove the charges but did see where I was told they would be waived. So I was sent to Account Services again and they said that I should have never been told that and they would be unable to remove these charges as they are valid charges. So I asked to get my old plan back as I was never switching to the new plan with these charges. They put me on hold and I was disconnected and I waited 3 days and they never called back (so when they ask for a number to call back in case of disconnection it doesn't matter they don't call back). I called again today, I was able to get put back to my old plan but will have addtl fees for those phones as well. I asked why because I did not have those fees in the past and was told that in order for Sprint to make money they have to charge these fees. Seriously!!! So if you have been along loyal customer for numerous years they still only care about their bottom line. Unfortunately since I just got the tablet I am stuck in a 2 year contract on at least 1 line so not a lot I can do without paying a lot of money to switch. Although I will be looking into this option as well.

I have a business account with Sprint for an emergency line for residential complex use. Service was disconnected because the account was "over spending limit" as if it's a credit card. It's at the point in the month, where the bill has not even arrived, let alone due. Contacted sprint and got bounced around to at least 10 reps, who basically said, it wasn't their department. After 50 minutes on the phone "Alex" said they will not connect my line back unless I pay the 100 dollars that it went over. Explained to them that the bill is not due and we have not received, but since it's a business account, we need to cut a check. At any rate, they will not connect it back, and at the same time, we had a flood in the building, and no one could contact the superintendent because the line was disconnected. This is now causing thousands of dollars in damages because it could not be alerted to cut the water off thanks to Sprint. Cancelled Service today, and moving my other 25 lines out of Sprint. Extremely unprofessional, and quite pitiful.
