The carrier has been notified to have the paper delivered put by paper the garage door, and a two week credit has been issued to the subscriber's account

Since the original complaint was received the subscriber has stopped their service on 03/15/16. We apologize that the delivery issue could not be resolved. If the subscriber would like to allow us the opportunity to try once more to resolve the delivery issues please contact

Her account has been cleared any any balances due

We have contacted our delivery service and asked them to stop all deliveries to this address and have added their address to our do not deliver lists

We have stopped the delivery of the paper and have processed a refund in the amount paid $58.88. She should see the refund on her card within business hours

Since Oct we have had a new delivery serviceShe lives on a Route that currently is being delivered by someone different

I am rejecting this response because: The StLouis Post-Dispatch Customer Service Manager has never returned our calls. We have canceled our subscription and requested a full refund since we have not received daily delivery of paper. On 3/23/2016, I spoke with a Post Dispatch Representative and was informed that a refund check had been issued in the amount of $(plus some change) and it was mailed out on 3/15/2016. As of to date, we have not received this check and the amount is not correct anyway. We paid $for daily delivery of weeks @per week. We want to be fully refunded for the $in an expeditious manner

the line, as evidenced by the continued appearance of the Journal newspaper in my driveway every week Their words and actions are not matching

I talked to her this week and things are ok for now

We have asked the Distribution team to talk to the carrier about the TV weekly delivery. The digital cost is included in all of our low introductory packages which this customer is on

We do apologize for the rudeness from the Customer Service rep. The name on the subscription is *** *** Account number ***. The bill that the ***s were sent in total was for $(see attached). They paid which caused the shortage in the subscription
time. The Post-Dispatch does not owe the ***s due to short paying the bill

This customers was stopped but has since has resumed delivery at a lower price. I have credited them months for service not receivedThat means they are paid to 7/17/
