The Distributor has talked to the carrier about their concerns

Ms [redacted] lives on a route that we do not currently have a regular carrier on, there are multiple people delivering which is causing customers to be missed We are working with the delivery company on a resolution to the problemWe have added the money onto her account with us to cover the cost of the papers not delivered [redacted]

We contract delivery with a Distribution Company and do not have contact with the carrier or the Manager of that carrier except by email We were aware of the issue and that the company is working on a resolutionThey only way we know that it has not been fixed is if the customers contact usAs of today 8/4/we have not heard from Ms [redacted] since July 31st She can contact customer service to report a missed delivery [redacted] Otherwise we assume the delivery issue has been corrected

When we say we are crediting their accountwe are actually adding money onto their account with us which extends their expiration date If the customer would stop delivery before they would expire they would receive the credits that we have put on their account in their refund

The phone number listed in the complaint is a landline connected to an answering machineI only answer it when it is an immediate family member or close friendAll other calls go to the recorderThere were no messages from the StLouis Post Dispatch since the complaint was made The allegation is a misstatement of fact, which again, in my mind, raises questions of integrityThere is no point in belaboring this right nowIf the performance is satisfactory I will be satisfiedIf performance fail I will make another complaint
