We have put the money paid for the non - delivery back on her account. We did not hear from her this weekend. We assume she had delivery.

When your subscription is extended money is put on your account so if you stopped tomorrow all the money put on your account would be included in the refund

The refund of $13.42 was put back on the customers card ending in [redacted] on 7/30/16. The distribution company has been notified of this stop and customers complaint.

Our records show that the customer has only called us twice once on 6/7 and once on 6/25/2016. Both times it is noted that he has been rude and hung up on the customer service reps. We have given this customer 2 weeks of credit for the 2 times he has called in. His current... expiration date is 5/30/16. The expiration date is now 6/13/16.

We have stopped her account and have refunded the She should receive a check within weeks

We have contacted the Distributor and carrier about this delivering problem. But they have not called in a miss since 7/17/

Ms *** filed a complaint with her Credit card company and the money was sent back to her card thru them

Once Again!!! We DID NOT get our Saturday paper!! This is the 11th time in the past year that this has happened!! We complained last month with the Revdex.com against the Post DispatchWe received no response and the problem continues!!!

The desire result was to have the paper delivered on time/everyday and unfortunately since this complaint has been filed the subscriber has terminated their service on 02/17/
