I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting it because it was never stopped and my neighbor and my son had to keep picking up the excess papersI returned on 4/10/and told your people to cancel the paper completely which they said they would do and credit my account to a zero balanceI have tried to reach anyone with the StPaul Pioneer Press with no successIf you want to have someone call me I can be reached at ###-###-####

I apologize for the poor delivery I understand that there are challenges finding and maintaining a good carrier force in your neighborhood That is our problem to resolve I have removed the balance owed and when we find a permanent carrier is found we'll reach out to you

because: It is a canned response with no reference to any on my points of concern If I received a postcard, which I did not, I would have sent that to the Revdex.com as further proof of my problemI should not have to call someone and stay on hold to cancel something I have requested to not receive several times alreadyThey should have asked me if I'm interested in receiving the paper initially instead of forcing me to make the call to stop itNo reference to this part in their response No apology for the damage or the time or the money or any reference to it whatsoever No reference or apology for the numerous time I have calledI called times, no "We're sorry that you had to go through this times." This is very poor customer service, and I am getting really frustrated over this situationI want specific answers as to why I cannot get my papersUntil that happens, I will continue to log complaints against the Pioneer Press

delivery list and placement request and to ensure future improved service

We did have a rate increase and all of our subscribers, regardless of when they paid or for what term, everyone gets the increase That being said, I did honor your request for an adjustment on the account to extend it to 9/20/ Thanks for being a loyal subscriber

The paper has not improved at allI have left messages for managers, I do not get a responseI have sent email through the customer service site without a responseDuring the week of 8/I tried daily to call the subscription line and I was disconnected each timeI called a minimum of times on 9/I waited on hold a minimum of minutes each time and the phone service disconnected meAt this time all I want is a refund beginning in June until the end of my prepaid subscription and a manager to call meI'm not sure who chose the driver in our area but they chose the wrong driver - the previous driver was much superior to the current one

The bills I received were never sent to my address (unit 306B) they were sent to another address in my building with my nameI would like the Pioneer Press to confirm that my name has been removed from that billing as well
