SCAM!!!!! They should be shut down! The product is nothing like the description: UNIQUE DESIGN: Double Layered high compression, lightweight Neoprene fabric moves with your body while performing any activity. 6 Spiral Steel Bones prevent rolling up or down when you move or sit down. There is 0 boning, it’s not double layered, it lacks compression, and it rolls as soon as you put it on!!! In addition, there’s no customer service! I sent an email at least 2 weeks ago and have not received a response. I followed up with a phone call, which you have to leave a message! I would not recommend anyone purchase this product! If I don’t hear from someone, I will also be reporting this company to multiple agencies for product misrepresentation! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!

Product that I ordered was entirely too small and not like advertised. I attempted to contact the company both via phone and email and *** Messenger to exchange the items to return and correct the size and they have yet to respond to me.

I have a problem with my order and wanted to speak with customer service. Left voicemail 4 times and sent email but no response. They are horrible and not worth doing business with, they should be put out of business. If I knew so many complaints were filed against I would not have ordered from them. The authorities should investigate this business.

I placed an order March 20th the funds were withdrew from my account. Weeks went by without getting any type of email status. I went to track the package it shows it was returned back to the company for improper address. I have left messages AND emails requesting either a refund OR the product to be resent to the correct address. The tracking clearly shows it was delivered back to them, not to me. I have not gotten any responses from anyone.

They do not answer the phone and offer a 3-5 day priority shipping but it takes week for them to ship the product.

I ordered the full body shaper and I don't care for the material its made from. Its stiff and scratchy and I thought the arm straps were connected but they are removable . So I packed it up and went to the site for my free and easy return. So they say the site doesn't provide a return address. You are told to call the number given. Nobody answers the phone and its the same with chat. I have tried several times to communicate with no response .

I've ordered a product that was the wrong size and the website says you have 30 days to return or exchange it. I've been calling and no one answers it goes straight to voicemail and I've been leaving emails multiple times and no one has returned my calls or emails in the past 2 weeks. This place has horrible customer service and they make it impossible to return anyting don't trust this place.

I ordered a knee brace that was not satisfactory. The company has a 30 day money back guarantee, and claims "free and easy returns." I began emailing them with my order number on March 27th. I have since submitted several emails, and several phone calls. Nobody answers the phone, returns calls, or replies to emails. I began reading reviews and have learned that I am just one of many people in this situation. They also claim to have an online chat, which they don't, and you are supposed to be able to message them. This doesn't work either. While they will not respond in any way to correspondence, they flood my email inbox with ads for their great deals daily.

My item was damaged the zipper was missing. I been trying to contact StabilityPro for two weeks every day by email, chat, and leaving a message. I have gotten no response. The policy is 30 day exchange only! I suppose I will get contacted after the 30 days which it will be to late. The website says free and easy returns and exchanges, also 100% customer service. What a rip off! I hope this place closes down. I am going to try and reach out to as may people as possible by social media and word of mouth, not to order from here!

Terrible. No response to my many calls for return of product.

I would like to return the unused item for a full refund as returns are allowed per their website up to 30 days. I have emailed them 4 times and left 4 messages on their support line requesting instructions on the return and there has been no response from them. Their website states that they have full customer support but they do not respond.

Company is a sham. Trying to return order as it was wrong. Braces are low quality. Can get better support with athletic tape. Site is awful. No return of emails requesting correction of order. Calls to their toll free number state "send email". Do not order from this joke of a business. .

Zero customer service. They did not respond to emails, phone messages, or online chat! I regret ordering from them and can’t get anyone to help with the return. I wish I would have read other reviews prior to ordering. Terrible Company!

I cannot get them to reply to my phone calls, e mails or face book messages. TI have been trying for 2 1/2 weeks...I only wanted to exchange sizes....do not place orders with them...they are a scam! Advertises easy returns and quick replies to questions.....total lie!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering the sciatic knee wrap. They make it sound so helpful. There is a small metal disc sewed in the back that goes behind the knee. I don't know what that disc is suppose to do, but it didn't do a thing for me. The sciatic pain was still there & is still there! I don't think I will try & get a refund. Sounds like they aren't too prompt with their return information. I learned a good lesson...If it sounds too good to be true.....

I placed an order, the order did not apply all the discounts that was offered. Immediately after placing the order I contacted stability pro within minutes. They responded saying that once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. I contacted them not even five minutes after placing the order. I proceeded to send screenshots of the email to cancel the order as well as the confirmation of the order. I was ignored since March 26. I proceeded to send emails and make phone calls and have yet to get a response. The website itself say easy free returns and exchanges. Nothing has been easy. I received the product and just to give them the benefit of the doubt I used one of the two waist trainers I purchased. Within 20 mins of my workout various pieces of plastic kept tearing through its area. Again I proceeded to contact by email and phone calls and messages in Facebook instant messenger and it April 12 and still have not heard one thing from this company in regards to resolving this issue. The website also states that they are available 24/7 7 days a week yet no one answers the phones, no one returns phone calls, no one emails back but have the nerve to email me from the same email that is given to contact this company for support for returns etc. but absolutely no response to my numerous emails phone calls and messages.

I bought an item from the seller, it fits very big, I had proceeded to call them, email them and chat them right a way; the chat stays with no answer, the email has not being responded and no one asnwers the phone. I don't want to pass the time to return the merchandise whereas they are the ones that does not response neither of the ways of comunication.

I placed an order through the Internet for Stability Pro and when I received the product and tried it on, the quality was terrible and tore in numerous places. I sent an email that night with pictures to the email address the company provided on their website with no answer. I placed a second email the a few days later with no answer. I placed a phone call after I placed the second email and the answering service said “We are currently closed” so I left a message with my phone number, name and order number. I received no answer. The website says the customer service is available 24/7. I have not received an acknowledgment from the company and would like my money back.

I had made a purchase of 2 knee braces totaling of 58.00, the size is a little too small and wanted to exchange for the next size up. Well the return has to be within 30 days. I have called and get a system message to leave order# and phone or email and someone would get back to me. Or send an email. I have done this every day for the past week and not one single person has returned the call. Never ever will I recommend this company to anyone horrible way to do business.

They took my money and never shipped my order. They don't answer phone calls or return emails. Don't order from stability pro!!!!
