I have ordered a waist trainer for my postpartum recovery and the shipping information has not changed. I chose the 2 day shipping and it hasn't been received by the USPO, I sent an email to see what is going on with my order and that I much rather cancel it but no one has responded, all they did was send an automated email that someone would contact me & they have yet to return any kind of response. This site is a scam, I looked it up before ordering but I guess I didn't do as much research as I should have because I still ordered and they took my money but have not delivered nor responded customer service.

I purchased a waist trainer and a sweat suit, I only wore the sweat suit once and it tore, the waist trainer I only wore three times for 30 min and it was ripped. I contacted the support team for stability pro and they don’t want to fix their error. order #

I paid for two day shipping and it took 9 days to get my order. Their policy regarding shipping states that all orders ship within 2 days. Mine took 7 days to ship. They refused to refund the extra paid for priority shipping. Once received, I decided the item was not going to meet my needs. Unfortunately, their return policy is for store credit only and there’s no way I’m dealing with them again. So, total waste of money overall. And just horrible customer service.

Received my waist trainer yesterday and the quality of the product is cheap and definitely not worth what they are charging for it...I bought the exact same one from Amazon and for 1/2 the price and it's 1000 x better the quality the construction the sturdiness
Stability Pro is a scam and I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy
I purchased 2 items never again I would return them but a con of a company like this most likely will give you problems issuing a refund

This company is some real bull I order a waist trainer whore it ONE time and it started to come apart. very cheap material when I was sent a email on a review of the item I told them about what happen I was told their policy is no refund & no exchange and that I could get another one but I would have to pay for shipping. I feel as if that I'd not fair because they know their products are made of straight bull×××× and taking people hard earned money.. They should be shut tha down a.s.a.p.

I received a knee brace but was not happy with it. They offer fast, free and easy returns. But they have been non responsive. My brace has not been used and is in original condition. I want to return for refund. I see this site has 112 complaints against this business for similar issues.

ONLINE SELLER FAKE ADVERTISEMENT _ The product I purchase is not as described or pictured on the merchants website - I received unwearable knee braces that are different in appearance, quality and color. The merchant is a scammer, please read all other buyers review about 'StabilityPro' merchant. I read reviews on them after I purchase my knee braces. The merchant is avoiding communication with the buyer, communicated with paypal only stating to Paypal that the purchase is the buyers remorse - which is absolute absurd.

The items received are nothing as advertised, they are very thin, cheaply made, loosely stitched, and have a very strong chemical smell that smells very toxic, burning the nose and eyes upon opening the package, and not to mention very nauseating. I refuse to put anything like this against my body. I received the merchandise on 5/9/19, and I immediately contacted the seller on 5/10/19 requesting that I want to return all of the merchandise for a complete refund. They advertise on their website, 30 day free return and refunds. But, their email reply to me was that I can't get a refund, they can only exchange for a different size or give a store credit only. I would like a full refund, and I don't want an exchange nor a store credit because I no longer trust this company's integrity to shop with them ever again. Thanks!

On May 1, 2019, I purchased a Waist Trainer - Sweat Belt for Stomach Workout ~ Weight Loss Wrap! × 1 from the company StabilityPro online. My order number is ***, then a couple of days later I re-order another Waist Trainer - Sweat Belt for Stomach Workout ~ Weight Loss Wrap! × 1 from StabilityPro in a different size. That order number is ***. I never received BOTH items from the company. I contacted StabilityPro through email because I could not get in contact by phone with someone. I requested a refund in reference to me not receiving the items that I purchased and I was denied a refund and no where about on the items I purchased.

I have had a very negative experience with this company. It's not that their product is defective. However, the sizing was not even close to being correct. I had some swelling from an injury and so I ordered a couple of sizes larger than normal on the knee braces I purchased. I tried it on both the swollen knee and the normal knee. It was far too small for even my good knee. I've tried calling several times. All that I get is a suggestion to leave a voicemail and they will return my call. They state that it would be even quicker if you email them. So, I emailed them (multiple times) and never received any response. I went online and there was a live chat option. So, I used that option (several times), with no response. Then, I tired calling and leaving a message (again several times), with absolutely no response at all! I even expressed to them (in all the various methods I used for communicating with them) that I would have been interested in purchasing more of their products, but was only looking to get a response from someone...anyone...at this point. I gave them one star as the product is not bad, just their complete lack of customer service and professionalism. Thank you for listening.

Ordered on smartphone left shoulder rotator cuff support. Hit "1" for quantity, but "2" showed up. Tried to alter, but no "-" or "+" options. Tried to call - no phone number. Contacted via email to company, asking them to deduct 1 of the left shoulder slings. "Thank you for your order came up and "shipping being prepared." Wrote 5 more times, and someone named "Bandar" called me from Ready Fit, stating no refunds! StabilityPro site states 30 day return policy, etc. Inconsistent. Website tries to sell you so much ancillary equipment. User hostile and poor layout on Smart phone. I want ONLY ONE, but they are shipping 2 and billing me for 2. Now noticed many complaints on Revdex.com and ***. Unscrupulous outfit, probably from India or U.K.

I received one out of the two items. The item that I received was a waste trainer that came to me ripped up and the missing pieces. It was torn and falling a part. The second item I was supposed to receive a men’s sweat vest. I have not received it I tried to contact their support team But they ignored my complaint about the missing item and said that they could not refund me my money. I do not want a replacement as it is poor quality. I would like a full refund. The item is unused.

I have tried multiple times to contact this company regarding my order. I tried instantly to cancel the order when the order wa splaced. I emailed, called , messaged them. Not once have they returned my calls, emails or messages via facebook. Once thre item was received, it is cheap material and not what was advertised. The merchandise is not a size 3X and very small. I tried calling in again and left another voicemail and again no response. The package advises to not return the merchandise to the address shown on the label. Therefore, I am unable to return the items, get in contact with them, and have not reached a solution to this matter. Very unsatisfied.

I selected the wrong size when the order was placed. Within 5min, I sent an email to customer service asking them to update the size change. Two days later, they replied with “To late. Order has been shipped.” There is absolutely NO refund. If I want to exchange for a different size, then pay shipping to have the item shipped to them and pay another shipping charge to have the item shipped back to me. This person, Bandar K, refuses to assist a new customer.
Stay away from this company. You can buy the same item from eBay or Amazon. Plus, it comes with buyer’s protection.

I emailed multiple times in reference to returning my purchase. The instructions on the website instruct to email a specific address. I am unable to speak at this time due to a medical condition so I couldn’t call & complain. I never received a response so I’m stuck with two items I can’t use.

I am very disappointed with Stability Pro customer service.
I placed an order for a small knee brace back on Feb 23/2019 and received a 3XL instead.
As a result I left numerous voice mails and emails with their support staff and never did get any response.
I noticed on the Revdex.com website masses of the exact same complaint.

Mad as *** I ordered from here I received my items today & when I said very CHEAP products This is just sad I can’t believe I wasted my money I feel like everybody should get their money back because this is just unprofessional then nobody will reach out to me I emailed and called because my items were coming apart and zipper broke when trying to zip it up then on top of that pieces coming out my waist trainer I will not recommend anybody to this site EVER wish I would’ve looked at the reviews first before ordering but everything that looks good ain’t lesson learnt & I feel like y’all don’t deserve a star but it won’t let me leave review without giving it one start but they don’t deserve no stars

On 4/16/19 I ordered two items online from stabilitypro. Both items were received on 4/20/19. I visited their website and it says “free & easy returns and exchanges.” They list ***, an email address ***, and last an instant message option from FB. I have used all methods several times to ask for return info to get a refund since they do not fit. Initially I asked to exchange, but at this point I want a refund. I get multiple emails regularly from StabilityPro advertising for me to buy more stuff, but they can’t take a moment to honor the refund. The policy states 30days to get a refund. I am two weeks in and soon those days will be over. The contact number goes directly to a voicemail box and the instant message only gives on auto reply that someone will be with you shortly, but no one ever responds. I have emails, photos of chat, and call records showing the many times I have attempted to make contact. I also posted on comment on their FB page. If they want to say they do not offer refunds because of low priced items, then they should not have cap lock letters in the center of theri website that say otherwise or to say if there are any issues or questions for exchange or return email or instant message for quicker response time.

I really wish I would’ve read this site prior to making my purchases! The products are VERY CHEAP, the quality is terrible. The sizing charts are also off. I sent several emails, left voicemails and even tried to chat via facebook messenger and never got a response and once I finally got a response I was told I was too late (beyond 30days) but when I explained and sent proof that I’d BEEN trying to contact someone I was told I could pay to have it shipped back and get a PARTIAL refund! what a joke!! $70 absolutely wasted on crappy products that I won’t be able to use! I would NEVER recommend anyone, even an enemy to purchase from this site! The “100% satisfaction” is not only false advertisement but it’s a COMPLETE LIE!! They talk themselves up on the site only to be completely unreachable upon receipt of product/need for customer service. I tried to leave my review under the products I purchased and ironically they weren’t “approved” as I never saw them post. I honestly believe they make those reviews up and are posting them themselves, there’s no way they have even ONE satisfied customer. They need to be shut down.

I ordered my product on 4/23 and paid for 2 day shipping...it is now 4/27 and still have not got my product. According to my shipping updates, only a label was created but usps is waiting for them to bring the item. I have contacted and got no response. I have already started a dispute with my bank for the charges. Revdex.com - SHUT THIS SITE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!
