I sent this an email on December 6 because I only ordered one item. I got the below response on December 9. I only want one of the items. Please cancel one. I had a lot of difficulty getting the item to appear in my cart. When I checked out it only showed one item. Your response may be accurate on your end but on my end it showed 1 item. Apparently your website was having technical difficulties. I even showed this to my husband and he had seen I only ordered one item.

What I learned: Never order from your company. Order from Amazon or some other reputable company. My cart said 1 item. As I said, I had trouble checking out and did not receive a response email until 3 days later. Your site says: FREE & EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AVAILABLE. This is on the first page. To find the part about store credit, one has to do research.

Shysters - only interested in getting your money. Costumer service is non existent. There is no real legitimate return or refund avenues. As for their so-called product - shoddy at best! Rather than fight with them, I got more satisfaction throwing the two purchased items in the garbage where they belong. The only thing I would get from wearing there product is a “rash”. Really too bad as those who buy these items are in need of help and to run into a so-called company as this is very disappointing. Do not, I repeat do not buy from these Shysters! A one star review is really too much!

TERRIBLE. Do NOT order from StabilityPro!!! Lol...why am I not surprised StabilityPro has the WORST reviews ever. I should have read them 2 months ago. Ordered waist trimmer to take on trip 2 months ago; paid $12 to expedite shipping - never got it. They respond to my emails fairly quickly but only to tell me that it’s on the way and they’re including another one to keep at no additional cost...2 months later - still have not received merchandise. Asked them to refund - they won’t do it - asked them to refund the extra shipping cost - they won’t do it. I can’t even get the product! If could give a negative 5 rating, I would. I finally issued a charge back through my credit card company. I’m over it!

I ordered a knee brace in the size I needed. I received it. I wore it for about 30 minutes to see how I liked it. It rolled down the thigh immediately. Did not give me the stability I needed. However, their refund policy is that if it has been worn, it cannot be returned. So, there ya go. Can't return it for refund or exchange. I tried to leave a negative review for the brace on their website. It never saw the light of day. This particular brace is rated very high at 4 stars and no ratings less than 3 stars. These ratings are cherry-picked to fool prospective buyers, like me, that the item has received very high praise. My low rating never showed up and I'm certain never will. So, the illusion worked and phooey on me for not researching the company better before I spent my money. Here is what their website says: 100% Customer Service, Call us ?? at their number which I cannot include here because the computer thinks it's confidential information. This is the address shown on their website is different than the one shown here, but it's the only Stability Pro in Phoenix. I would rate this company 0 if I could. Hopefully, you'll research better than me before your part with your money.

I ordered a hip brace well over a month ago. It finally arrived over 5 weeks from the time I ordered it. I no longer even need the brace at this time it took so long to come. I initiated a request to return it. They said that because it was a sale item, it could not be refunded and that they could only offer another product exchange or store credit which I do not need.

I wanted to order one product from their website. After you checkout you get bombarded with different products you can instantly add to your total with no confirmation. I accidentally clicked one of the “Add To Your Cart” buttons which instantly adds it to you cart, charging me $44 instead of the original $19 I wanted to pay. I tried contacting this company ever since Friday afternoon. Once I got a response they basically said there is nothing they can do about it because of their policy but I constantly tried to contact them before they shipped the product so I could cancel it. I also I didn’t want to product in the first place, it was a slip up and they simply won’t take it back. I haven’t received these products nor will I tamper with them but it seems u fair since I tried to contact this company on multiple occasions BEFORE the products were shipped and they simply didn’t answer.

Believe me..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..Stuff is crap,they don't return phone calls and their return policy is a joke...Actually, there is no return policy!!!! They don't even deserve one star but I can't send this review unless you rate them with a star rating...one star is one to many!

Never received my product. They keep saying it's lost in the mail and won't refund my order

I contacted the company to let them know I didn't receive my item...the company said it was delivered....not true... I emailed them I wanted a refund...they said no ...This company is a scam....Don't order anything from this company....Don't waist your time and money....Company should be shut down for scams to customers...Please read all the negatives reviews about this company...SMH

I purchased a size up and it does not fit at all. I tried returning the product and was told I would not be refunded my money. Instead I could get a store credit. They have limited items and none I need. I was told because I used a coupon code it was no longer returnable. ($5 off) The whole reason I bought it was because it said it was returnable. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times and I just keep getting back the same response.

On Nov. 09, 2019 I placed an order for 2 pairs of "Funky Town" Compression Socks 20-30 mmHg Colorful Support Stockings, Size XXL. Before I got an order confirmation I received an email stating I should come back and complete my order. I checked my online banking account and no funds had been collected so I thought I had not completed my original order so I placed what was a duplicate order. Almost immediately thereafter I received to order confirmations for Order #*** and #***. I then emailed explaining what had happened and requesting that one order be canceled. At 9:57 pm I received a reply stating my request was being reviewed and I would get a response within 24 hours, M-F...
On the morning of Nov. 11, I received 2 shipping confirmation emails. I that time I noticed that the shipments both contained size S/M socks. When I saw this I decided knew the socks would be of no use to me and once again emailed the "support" department. Explaining the duplicate order issue and now the shipment of the wrong size (S/M, not XXL), and that I would be returning both orders upon receipt. I was told that there were no cancellations refunds on promo code items, I that they sent "exactly what I clicked on and ordered". I DO NOT believe I ordered S/M socks TWICE when I was shopping for XXL socks. I read a complaint on Revdex.com about Stability Pro by a gentleman who had the same (wrong size) problem with a shipment. They agreed to two options tracking return the item for a store credit Or keep the item and get 50% store credit. I returned the shipment unopened and provided the tracking information. I did get my store credit but when I went back to the web-site to use it to replace the compression socks, there were no longer any compression socks on the site. I have no use for any other of the items in the store credit is useless to me. I'm out of twice the money because of the misleading email the duped me into ordering twice, I would appreciate a full refund. Thank you.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
They sell junk and know it. Their return policy is all sale items are final.
Everything on the site is on sale so you have no option to get your money back. I am working with my credit card company to see what they can do. I am also putting a package together for the Consumer Protection Agency, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, Revdex.com and Consumer Reports.

Poor quality! False return policy, not free & easy. Look at the return policy on their website before buyi ng.

Approximately one month ago, I had made a purchase online from a company called “StabilityPro” after seeing them advertised on *** (my initial mistake).

Upon entering their site, you are greeted with a large banner boasting “Free and Easy Returns!”. After reading many good reviews on their site, I proceeded to purchase a pair of compression underwear with confidence.

I received them approx 1 week later and was disappointed with the quality of the material, poor craftsmanship, and fit. In looking to return them, I would discover that returns are only excepted in cases where the item has been purchased at full price.

This is convenient for StabilityPro because literally Every Item on their site is on sale...truly nothing qualifies!

I emailed back and forth with them a few times, begging for an exception but of course they weren’t budging. Fair enough, my mistake. I decided I’d just leave a review instead.

My question for you..is a business obligated to publish negative reviews? If not, what else can I do here? It seems so wrong that this sham of a business can go on freely exploiting is like me!

I have back issues and was searching a product that would give me support while I worked. I purchased a Stabilitypro back brace with posture control. As soon as I received the product, I knew it was not going to give me support. I have worn sports bras that supported my back better than this product. I immediately contacted the company for a return and refund. They would only offer me an exchange for another size or product. First, I only need a product for back support and second, I do not trust their quality. I just want a refund. When I tried to leave a review.... they would not post it. When I tried to leave a review on their Facebook page, they deleted it and blocked me. I do not believe this is proper business practice.

Wishing I had read these reviews before purchasing. Same complaint as many previous reviews, I ordered, it doesn't fit, they won't return even though website says "easy returns or exchanges" I did get an email response, she said same thing "since it was on sale" Again, take notice, don't waste your money, might as well flush it.

If I could leave no stars I would. The product was nothing like the description, poorly made and cheap, customer service is ridiculous aswell not only does it take forever for a response but they do absolutely nothing to resolve customer complaints except offer another cheap product that you have to pay more money to have shipped. aswell as sending the old one back. wont offer a refund because it was on sale. beware of this company product is trash scam all the way

I ordered a product and paid for expedited shipping for delivery in 2-3 days. The product did arrive is the promised time. In fact it took 9 days. The company will not issue and refund for the shipping cost even though I ordered it while I was in the US so I would have it in time for my return to Canada. Now I have to pay to have it shipped from the hotel to my home at my own expense. I have no idea of the quality but based on what I am seeing in the reviews I won’t hold my breath that it will be any good!

Do not buy from this scammy site.

They boast “Free and Easy Returns” but if you read the fine print, this does not include any items that are on sale. Conveniently for StabilityPro, literally ALL of their merchandise is on sale!

An absolute scam. The pair of control top panties I received was too small, extremely thin, and in no way long enough for my mere 5’5” tall frame

I ordered a product for my back, spoke to Kristine, The item was designed and measured wrong by the Manufacture , responded back to the company to return item back for refund, there is a Lemon Law thirty days , or just being Professional, they want me to spend more money to upgrade the item with a fifty percent discount and keep the bad one , that does not work, do not trust the company with there products, only want to be refunded , which they refuse
