My product was not able to be reliever due to incorrect address information in both the billing and shipping information, when I reached out to the company because the item was returned to the sender I was told I was not eligible for a refund because they're not responsible for the item not being delivered even though they received their unopened product back. I explained that I was no longer interested in the item was was told I can only have store credit, store credit will not be useful due to the fact that I no longer want the item.

The wrist brace I ordered does not fit. Their "easy return" policy doesn't give you your money back. It only gives credit to their store which doesn't have a brace that would fit. The measurements they listed were WAY off. COMPLETE SCAM.

I ordered a knee brace several weeks ago. It was the wrong size and I returned it and asked to credit my visa card. They said that because it was a sale item, it could not be credited. I asked for an exchange in the correct size, which they claim I cannot do because I cannot show them a return receipt.

I ordered a lumbar support belt on 9/17/19. I received the item on 9/23/19. I contacted customer service on 9/26/19 regarding the return process. Customer service generated a response email on Friday, 9/27/19 indicating someone would contact me regarding returns Monday through Friday. Today I received an email informing me there are no refunds or exchanges for items on sale, however, the manager would allow an exchange for a different size. I want to return the merchandise for the inferior quality and not anything related to size. Please be advised the website purports free and easy returns. While in fact the website catalog inventory has only sale/discounted merchandise. I have notified my credit card company regarding a dispute for payment. In addition, I have contacted PayPal regarding this vendor. The merchandise is inferior; the advertising is fraudulent; and I am notifying Revdex.com of my complaint for further resolution of the website advertising, in hope future consumers are not scammed. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this complaint.

The quality of material used for waist trainers vest, is terrible. It’s a waist of money and poor quality. The company will not furnish me with a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Two thumbs down for quality and 1 star for delivery. This company will never receive future business from me or my counterparts. Shut this company down, for deceiving individuals in believing that they may have come across a good product, at a reasonable price. They are selling BS to individuals who may have became loyal customers.

All they want is your money, I do not order from them they are not an established business. But only a fraud! I don’t even give them 1 star

The product is cheap. On their main page they advertise easy returns and exchanges. That is not true. The truth is that most of their site has discounts on all products and if you buy a product that is discounted you can not return it if it does not work.

Ordered 1 back brace which actually pinched a nerve in my back & left me in pain & 2 knee braces that do not work as described, they roll down & it's impossible to wrap the stabilizer straps around as shown in the pictures. I tried calling first but only got voicemail & never received a call back. I was going to try to reach them by email but their customer service email address doesn't work!

I have sciatica nerve so I purchased a brace for my leg which is suppose to be one size fits all. Well it is not it also hurts my leg. I asked for a refund because I was lied to about the size and that it is not doing the job it is suppose to do. I can not fit it around my leg and when I try it hurts really bad. The company offered me a exchange but I do not want to exchange just want a full refund. Why should I purchase something else from them when they lied they can not be trusted.

I purchased a "stability brace" for my knee through "Stability Pro" and received (3). Not only did I received (3), they were all the wrong size. I contacted the company, who conveniently said there is a "no refund" policy, but they did agree to an exchange. They asked and I sent all (3) 2XL braces back with to them, including the tracking document and the email between their support services person (Kristine) that confirmed the agreement of exchange. At no time did I receive a "return receipt", tracking form or any item that would have assisted with the return. Now they have all (3) braces and will not send the exchange. The keep on tell me to send the "Return receipt" in order to pay for shipment, but they will not tell me how to get it, how much the item weighs to purchase a prepaid mailer. They have already charged me for (2) additional braces I didn't order and now they will not return or exchange the ones I sent to them.

I hated to pick a star at all. This is a sham....I had the same experience as some previous reviewers. I ordered a knee support, by the feedback on the ordering process the first one looked to not got through....did it again, and low and behold, in a short while, I had two orders!! I immediately tried to cancel the second, received an email to reread their policy - no cancellations, or refunds! Then withing 24hrs., they indicated they have already shipped.....do you think I have them yet?....NO!

They ship USPS. If it is lost, which my 2 products were., their policy is it is not their problem. I was told to file a police report. When I explained that as a business owner, I ship USPS and insure my product so it is lost I can replace the product and collect the cost of the item back for my company, they told me, ok, they will replace the 2 lost products but I need to pay shipping. What a lot of work! I won’t order again

Terrible. Poor quality. Very deceiving. They will not refund my money, only offered store credit. Why would I want anything else from them? Don't waste you money.

I brought one the gray stick bust thought the material wouldn’t give money back so I gave them anther chance had to pay for shipping an handle the second one did the same thing don’t recommend

I recently purchased not one but 2 of the knee support products. I’m very disappointed they look nice but the Velcro is awful . The Velcro Doesn’t stick at all, rendering the product completely useless.

I ordered a knee brace from Stability Pro.The product that I received is nothing like the picture and description on their website. It is a cheaply made basically useless product instead. They will only offer an exchange or store credit, saying the item was on sale as the reason. When you visit the Stability Pro website you see that everything is on sale. I am sorry that I was not a more cautious shopper who would check their return policy. That said, I really feel that this is a dishonest company.

Ordered a knee brace. There website is so confusing because they ask if you want to add this and add that. It should have been a clue that they are shady. It asked me if I want to add a knee brace for my order. Why would it ask me if I want to add a knee brace I was already ordering? I thought I ordered the wrong thing so I went back and started over. Well, I get two emails saying I had purchased the knee brace twice on two separate orders. No I didn't. Anyway I called and emailed immediately to stop the second order. I got a return email saying they would contact me withing 24 hours. They didn't. Instead 48 hours later they shipped both orders and emailed me tough ***. Once we ship it, we don't cancel or anything.

Product took way too long to ship. I ordered a waist trainer and recieved a cheaply made girdle. They refused to give a refund. Only store credit. I don't want what they have. I had to pay to ship back and dispute charge. Even if its on sale it is not what it's advertised as and is a scam! Avoid this company.

Pain in *** to contact , shipping is lie 3-5 days , been 7 days still waiting no e- mail confirmation of shipping. Order was mistake in # of belts tried to correct, told you cannot , even after 5 minutes of placing order, return policy sucks!!!!will contact my cc for refund as fraud!

Terrible customer service. Refused my efforts to return a knee brace after multiple attempts. There ordering system changed the size choice repeatedly &! Then they would not accept returns. Awful.
