I paid in full for a knee brace 3weeks ago. Had it shipped priority. Never received it. Was told they shipped another. Never received it. Still waiting. Fly by night outfit. Why. Because after all this. I received a survey questionnaire on how I liked my brace. Can’t make this up.

Ordered a knee brace several weeks ago. Paid in full and had it shipped priority. Never received it. Then informed they would send another out in 8/12/19. Never received it. Then no answer to my emails but did receive a survey on how I like my brace

They would not allow me to cancel in the first 10 minutes after I ordered it because they “fulfill orders quickly” when it wasn’t fulfilled for days. I paid extra money for shipping and it came much later. I asked to at least have my shipping refunded because I paid extra money to have it come faster and that did not happen. The product broke on the first day and continued to break with normal use. They also have all their ratings on the website “approved” so I feel tricked Bc there were only 5 star reviews and I’m sure that’s not the case.

I paid for 2 back braces and they still have not come and now they wont return emails.

I ordered a item from this company and I decided I didn't want the item. I had to pay to send item back to them. I was told by Kristine that since them item was on sale, they couldn't refund my money. I told her what I wanted in place of that item, and I haven't received that item. This is poor customer service. I have been going back and forth with her. I will never buy anything else fro Stability Pro.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a waist trainer and wore it 3 times and the plastic sticks from the inside popped right thru the material. Reached out to customer service who asked for pics then replied item was on sale so they'd send me another but I would have to pay for shipping. Poor quality item do not purchase from this company.

Horrible product, cheaply made. Product took a long time to ship, and when it arrived, I was disappointed with the material and the length of the knee straps, definitely too short to wrap around knee as shown in photo on their website. No money back guarantee. I feel ripped off, I should have done better research. Their customers reviews on their website do not appear authentic, as they are ALL rave reviews.... shouldn’t have been my first tip-off.

No not buy from this company! Even though their site states that they have “free and easy returns” they do Not except returns. Only exchanges and you pay the shipping. So if you have any problems whether they be quality or size or any other reason, too bad for you.

I purchased a back brace from this company. It broke the same day that it came in. I was not able to contact the company after numerous attempts. They still have not contacted me back by email after 8 months.
I would prefer my money back, as well as them to put my 1 star review that I left for them on their website.
A company who uses deceitful advertising (not putting the bad reviews on their website) should not be trusted.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR A SCAM. Their web site says free and easy returns & exchanges available. Don't believe it.

On tuesday july 9th at 1219 am I ordered a waist trainer -3 hook cincher with supportive zipper xxxl. My order number ***. On saturday july 13 . I re ieved my package and was not sent what I ordered. What was sent to me was a full upper body sauna vest - waist trainer and sauna suit in one. I co texted the company immediately by email and *** messenger, stating I was not sent what I ordered. I provided pictures and order confirmation I formation, pictures, pictures of what was sent to me, and repeatedly asked how to return and where to get a refund. The business responded saying there are no refunds, only store credit, and I was sent the right item. I sent pictures and descriptions their website gave for the item I ordered and the item I got does not prove to be what I ordered. I am still waiting for a supervisors name and or number to contact that I have repeatedly asked for, but I have not been given this information. I am still waiting g for responses

I ordered four different knee pads/braces from the company. On the front page of their website it states "Free & Easy Returns and Exchanges Available." I ended up being between the two sizes that I ordered and wanted to return them. I received an e-mail the next day stating that they do not allow returns and linked me to their return policy which is buried within their website. This is a very deceiving marketing trick and I deserve a full refund of $106.95. The knee pads are not customized in any way, have not been worn or used and are still brand new.

This company website has a banner at the top that states "Free and Easy Exchanges and Returns." After my double order I made in error because the company has a pop up coupon offer before it shows the order complete tricked me into thinking my order was cancelled, I got my size XXXL compression items in double order to find them 2 sizes too small for my size 16 body. I really 16 is not small, but the measurements for the items are smaller than my measurements and its far, very far from fitting. I contacted the company to find out they do not offer refunds at all. They offer an exchange for something else when their biggest size is two sizes to small for the median of female population. They also offered me no refund or exchange but a 50% off coupon for more of their fat melting products that are obviously not made for people who need it. They didnt respond at all to my double order problem until after both items were shipped, together. Seems they knew I ordered 3 of the same thing and also that I begged them to cancel the first order since I ordered again but they refused that also. I have found they have an F rating and so many complaints I couldnt get to all of them on the internet, but Im just adding mine. I may have to keep the stuff I got but I can try to get the word out there that they are not the kind of people to do business with. I do not think there is any remedy you can bring me after reading the plethora of unresolved complaints already. Also, I was told explicity I would have to pay for the shipping back to them on any exchanges I chose to make, which contradicts their free and easy return statement on the top of their webpage. I probably should made a complaint about false advertising also.

Ordered knee braces which arrived and did not have the support I needed. Upon returning them, I received credit only, not a refund. I have tried to contact someone to help get a proper brace replacement, but have been unable to contact any help. Phone number goes directly to a message saying to send email to [email protected]. But that email does not work.. unable to contact.

I bought a waist trainer and wore it for 4 hours and it’s ripped through the material from the support holders, I tried contacting them and heard nothing for a month. I messaged again only for them to tell me I can’t get refund because it was on sal. A complete rip off

I ordered a shoulder support and after check out they added Items to my order without my authorization and charged them. As soon as I noticed the problem I called twice and left messages to cancel the order, I also tried to contacted them through facebook messenger and they ignored the messages for 2 weeks. It took them 2 weeks to ship the items and they didn't answer back until after I got the order on my door. I never opened the package and they won't refund me. They say the would exchange the items with me paying shipping again back and forth. Besides me not needing or wanting anything they sell I wouldn't pay for that.

Terrible product and they do not want to refund the money I paid for. I bought the product June 16 2019. Product does not work or meet the expectations and asked to return it and they say they can only give me store credit when they promote to refund your money without any worries. Terrible customer service.

Was sent the wrong size for a product. Tried multiple times looking to exchange the product. I emailed numerous times with no response. I also called the number listed online only to be told by an automated message that I would need to email. Such awful customer service. Will not use them ever again.

Rubbish product very cheap China made material, bought a leg bracer the minute I put in on it was badly torn...they don't give a refund they do send you a replacement but you have to pay for shipping (shipping cost more than the item itself) save your money folks, from those scam artists.
