This was the biggest trip I have planned in my life & now I don't even know if should travel again because of this ordeal. This business cons people out of money without understanding that people make mistakes. They are just looking for a way to get money. I don't understand how this business says that they are in it for the customers but yet have so many complaints. You would think that if a business have complaints on multiple pages because of this "name your own price" then they would do something to change it.  Most business give you time to cancel or change in a 24hr time frame because they want loyal customers. NOT this business. Then I would have spent 1 night only 1 night in [redacted] for $721? What type of customer service is that. I don't mind paying a fine of $100-200 because it was my own mistake for not paying attention, But I refuse to pay $721 to this company. I choose this business because of all the ads I see on t.v & really believed in this business & how they want to help their customers to have a great trip. I trusted in this company for my first trip & ended up getting the rough end of the stick. Customers are customers and should not be treated as money bags for companies like Priceline. I just want to be treated like a valuable customer should be treated. I just want satisfaction that you promise your customers. I don't want to fight with this company or leave a bad name with people I meet. I just want my life back. I have had to freeze my accounts for now because of 1 mistake that I made & now have to either find another bank or have cash all over the place. Where is the customer service is that?

I am rejecting this response because: They are offering the same two options they originally offered. They are not allowing us to cancel the entire package or honor what I booked. I called the hotel this morning and they have us down for all inclusive. Priceline keeps saying the hotel isn't offering all inclusive, but that's what we are booked for. I would like to keep my reservation as it is which is all inclusive. The hotel said we are already booked all inclusive and there is no problem, so I am not sure why priceline is trying to mess with it. I want either a refund of my entire package or it to be honored. Also, different people from priceline keep emailing me different things so I feel they do not know what they are talking about.

I am rejecting this response because:Your response is more proof of how deliberately vague and misleading your advertising is. What you are claiming is not what foks are seeing. Attached is the FIRST SEARCH RESULT when you do a google search for PRICELINE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. This is where I found it and why I purchased my ticket through Pricelione. And what it states in big, bold letters is:WE GUARANTEE THE LOWEST PRICE ON EVERYTHING YOU BOOKFind a lower price, we'll refund you 100% of the difference.Book an Express Deal, we'll refund you 200% of the difference.GUARANTEED.This is not true since and the purpose of my complaint. What is left out is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is missing from this big bold claim, which is buried at the bottom in the intentionally vague statement: Contact us within 24 hours to initiate your claim. Other airlines plainly state the betst price offers MUST BE made within 24 hours. Your claim is intentionally vague and misleading.
