that the consumer contacted priceline customer service advising that the guest
needed two beds in one room. The representative advised of the bed type disclosure
listed on the consumer’s contract page. Additionally, the representative contacted
the property on behalf of the consumer and was advised that they are unable to guarantee
2 beds in one room. I am sorry that the consumer’s selected purchase is non-refundable
and we are unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation.

your overdraft fees since you booked a rate that stated "Pay Later" but you were still charged the same day of booking.   I am sorry for any confusion. However, while we do offer rates that can be paid directly at the hotel, I see that the specific rate you purchased is prepaid and fully charged upon booking. Under normal circumstances, we are unable to reimburse the overdraft fees since we did indicate during the booking process that full pre-payment is required upon booking and the contract page indicates that you accepted this condition. However, we have made a decision to reimburse your overdraft fees as a one-time exception. The refund for $33.90 may post to the form of payment you used to book the reservation after a few business days. I am rejecting this response because the hotel I was placed in is not advertised on their site as being in the [redacted]. When you filter the available hotels for [redacted] the hotel I was placed in does not appear as an option. The hotel not only doesn't appear as an option but it also is listed in a completely different area. The shaded area provided for the Hollywood Beach area in the Express Deal falsely advertised the hotels being offered to be in the Hollywood Beach area. The shaded area includes more than Hollywood Beach.

Since airlines change flight schedules from time to time, it is the passenger's responsibility to call the airline and confirm flight information prior to each departure. We recommend that you arrive at the airport a minimum of 90 minutes in advance of departure for domestic flights, and at least 2 hours in advance of departure for international flights. I am sorry that Priceline is unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation.
