Review: I ordered an item from Sudden Values in June. After 2 months of calling and getting the status of my order each time I was told that they were having issues with the supplier and my item was expected in any day. This item was for a Christmas gift so I was not concerned if it was backordered. After reading other reveiws of this company I started to get the idea that I would probably not see any product. I called again on September 12th and was told the same thing; it should be in anyday. At that point I asked to receive a refund. I called on September 16th to ask about the status of my refund and I was told that their accounting department was backed up and that I should give them 2 weeks before I can expect to see my refund. This company is riduculious. I my order total was $149.00, and they were very prompt in taking my money. They should be just as prompt in giving back your refund. This company will never see my business again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund totaling $149.00.

Review: On January 8, 2014 I placed an order for a woman's winter coat. Their general rule for delivery time is 2-4 weeks. It is now June 18, 2014 and I have not received the coat that was paid in full. I have emailed them well over ten times and when there customer service phone number was working, I called them several times. They have responded twice. Once on March 3, 2014 to inform me of 'some delays, ETA is undetermined, as soon as they have an ETA they will let me know.' The second time was on May 31, 2014 to simply say 'the item is back ordered.' I have requested either the coat to be sent or a refund of the total amount paid. To no avail. Also, when I log in to my account with them and track my order it states that it has been redeemed. It says nothing about being back ordered.Desired Settlement: If the coat is no longer available, then I would prefer a cash refund. My credit card number has changed from the original one I paid with and I don't trust that a check from them would be legitimate.

Review: I purchased the Full Body Suspension Training Kit on Dec 17, 2013 @ suddenvalues.com. I was charged for it and the website says it has been redeemed but I have not received my purchase. The shipping status states "awaiting update from distribution center".

I emailed the company on 3/27 asking for any info.

on 3/28 I received a response stating;

Review: I ordered three products from this company. Two of them were ordered in early November and by mid-December I still had not received the items. I emailed numerous times and was told the items would be shipped soon. In the meantime I had also ordered a third item. A week before Christmas I had still not received any of the items and called to cancel the orders as they were supposed to be Christmas presents and were ordered over a month before the holiday to assure I would receive them on time. When I spoke with the agent who cancelled the items she told me I would be receiving a refund since they were already paid for. I have yet to receive my refund and have sent NUMEROUS emails and received either no response or once in a while I get a response stating that it will be processed soon. Review: My order #[redacted] was placed DECEMBER 2ND, payment processed quickly, and still no word on it's shipping 11 weeks later. And no response when I continue to try to get some information. In January I placed 2 calls that took me only to voice mail, so I left messages. Later that month I tried again and a girl answered, saying there was a delay but my item would be shipped soon and I would receive an email when it shipped. I said it was needed by 2/27/14 and was told it would be here by then. (The website lists shipping times as 2-4 weeks)

Last week (2/5/14) I tried again, but no phone number listed on the website anymore for customer service, just an email "request" form, which I filled out asking again when it would be shipped. No response.

I now see many other customers posting problems with this company on the internet and I'm afraid my money may be gone.

So I'm done. I demanded a phone call with a ship date arriving by 2/27/14 as I was promised by the office staff before phone customer service was eliminated, or an immediate refund.

Review: Ordered 2 of the same items - one on January 28, 2014, the other on January 29, 2014. It is now May 6, and I have not received the item. I made 4 separate inquiries and have been told only that it takes 2 to 4 weeks to stock and ship the items. My last inquiry got a response only that someone would get back to me. That was over a week ago. I WANT THE ITEMS, but this is ridiculous how a company can advertise and then not deliver.Desired Settlement: I want the items.

Review: The product we received from SuddenValues.com was deceptive in it's description. We were charged 20 times what the product was possibly worth. I had about a dozen email exchanges with sudden values including emailing a customer service representative as well as calling the accounting department and leaving a message which was not returned. We expressed our desire to receive a refund and were told instead that they had received other complaints about the product and that a different product would be sent out as a replacement. We did not agree to this and asked for a refund but have been unable to contact anyone who can help us.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund.

Review: On January 29, 2014 I placed an order for two items from SuddenValues. On January 30th my Bank account shows a deduction of $50 via Paypal for a gravity sculpture and my Visa shows a charge for $199 for a RoboVac. I waited the requisite 4 weeks before inquiring about delivery (via e-mail). I received some pat answer from "Customer Service" assuring me the merchandise was coming and they would soon give me an ETA. Eight weeks since ordering pass with no delivery but I'm $250 poorer. A second inquiry on March 26 brought this response: "Your request (####) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Two additional weeks have passed. Attempted to call today; they no longer take phone calls, you must go through their web site. And, by the way, my login and password no longer work! So basically no one is taking responsibility and they are avoiding what must be a lot of dissatisfied customers. I do 99% of my shopping on the internet. It is companies like this that ruin it for all the honest people out there.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of my money in the same form it was provided. I would ask for an apology but don't believe it would be sincere.

When I checked the tracking info USPS never received a request to pick up the products. The product has never been delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like the necklaces. OK, I read your message below and said "ok, maybe I was too impatient and will give them time."

Well, it's been Six (6) weeks since I placed my order and SuddenValues received payment for it and I still haven't received my order.

I thought maybe it was stolen but that's not the case. On my purchases website to track my purchase it still says "Awaiting Update from SuddenValues Distribution Center." I'm located and the shipping address is in the west coast ([redacted]) so if it was shipped I would get it in a couple (2-3) days at the most.

Can you let me know when I should be receiving my order or why I haven't gotten it yet?

Review: I purchased "Dr. Dre Solo HD Headphones" on May 25 with an estimated delivery date of 3-4 weeks. At the end the 4 weeks, I called customer service asking about my order and was told it would ship the following week. I called the following week after no status update and was told it would ship the next week. After still no order status update, I called again and asked for a refund. I was told a refund couldn't be processed but my order would be placed "on hold" and I could decide at the time of shipment if I wanted the product or wanted a refund. It has been two weeks and my "on hold" product is no longer displayed in my purchases, my phone calls have not been returned, I have not received my purchase nor a refund of my money that I was told I would receive within 2 weeks of my request.Desired Settlement: I would like a $119.99 refund or my product shipped to me immediately.

Review: I purchased tooth brush heads from this company and the wrong type was delivered. I tried to return the product but the company 1800 number is always busy. You only get a recording on their direct line. I tried their online solutions and received confirmation that they received my inquiry but did not get any other responses. I replied to the email again but still did not receive a response. I messages the company through Facebook and finally received a response saying they were really busy and provided an explanation for the error which did lot apply to my account. I messages them two more times through the site but did not receive a response. I also emailed the person where the payment was sent and did not receive a response from this individual either. I originally asked to exchange the product and then with no response asked for a refund instead and still have not received a response. I just want myomey back at this point.Desired Settlement: I want my Paypal account refunded.

My review concerns the quality of the product received. I purchased (3)units of the 20000mAh Universal Portable External Power Charging Bank.
1) Upon opening the package it was obvious it had received some rough handling because the individual packaging for each item had been crushed.
2) The merchandise was obviously used, rebuilt, re-worked, or re-manufactured. There was glue residue all over each item, scratches and smudges.
3) The instructions card provided was of absolutely NO use. It was translated into several languages, all Asian except for the English. The English translation was extremely poor and not understandable. I cannot evaluate the translation of the other languages.
4) The company's website gave no indication whether the merchandise was new, used, re-worked, etc.
I took a chance, hoping my purchase would provide a brand new product. I lost my gamble.
If this is any indication of the quality of any of their other merchandise I advise shopping on eBay where the condition of the merchandise is often indicated by the seller and buyers can rate their purchases as well as the sellers.

Review: Jan. 2014 I ordered some cologne, which my credit card was charged. As of today I have emailed them several times. The last 3 times have had no response. I was told the the warehouse was out and the matter should be resolved in 6 weeks or less...that was on week 7. I have also asked via email several times why when I click on my order it says "redeemed" again no response. I have requested a refund, no response. Review: On 2/4/2014 I ordered 2 power beats headphones on sudden values website. I paid with my paypal account. This total $130 dollars. I have contacted the company several times . When I attempted to call I was told via recording that all requests must be handled online. The first time they stated that business was very busy and their shipping was delayed. It has been almost 3 months and I still haven't received the headphones. In my last email I requested a reimbursement if they could not send the headphones. I never received a reply. This is very frustrating since they have not responded. I just sent another request today.
