Review: I purchased a pair of Beats headphones from Sudden Values on December 5 2013. I paid $120 up front and they asked to allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. I initially contacted their customer service department on January 15th because my order had still had not shipped yet. I received a response back on January 20th that there was a delay in shipping of the product. I was fine with that so I waited another month before contacting them again. However when I tried to reply back to the customer service representative who emailed me initially, I received an email back stating that the email was no longer in use due to their "new customer support center". I attempted to call the phone number given in the initial email I received to find that it no longer worked as well and the only way I could contact them was by submitting a form. I submitted a form in late February and again in early March trying to get any information on my order or for them just to cancel and refund my purchase price. I have never received an email back from either requests and there is no way to even contact a person by phone. It has been close to 4 months now and I have not received the product. When you can't contact anybody and no product has arrived it feels like fraud.Desired Settlement: To refund my purchase price of the Beats, $120.00 to my credit card I made the purchase with.

Review: I ordered a t-shirt on March 16, 2015. Voucher #[redacted]. My credit card was billed immediately for $12.95 but no product has ever shipped. I have tried calling, NO response, and have sent emails on 3 different occasions, 4/12, 5/24, requesting date of delivery and lastly on 6/19 asking for a refund of my money.Desired Settlement: If they do not have the product ready to ship, they should be refunding my money asap.

Review: I ordered two 32 Gb Micro SD Card Plus Memory Card adapter Plus a USB Adapter for $9.99 a piece on March 7, 2014 and I have never received them. I have emailed them several times and have never received a response, I have also tried to call the phone numbers and it is always busy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money, I do not want to do busy with this company.

Review: I purchased 4 products from this website. The first product I purchased in April, 2013 and requested a refund for the price after I received the product in manner than was differently described on the website. The product was used after it was advertised as new. I followed all of the requirements with the return, and followed up multiple times only to be told that my refund was still being processed. I asked to speak directly to a supervisor and constantly was transferred to voicemail. It has been four months and I still have not received my refund.Additionally, prior this issue, I had purchased 3 sets of headphones from Sudden Values. The packages were advertised as new but arrived in make shift plastic wrap with parts missing from the product. I called to inquire about a return and receive a return number for the product. To no avail, no one ever contacted me back regarding returning these products, and when I contacted Sudden Values all they say is someone will contact me back regarding a refund. I would never buy anything from this website. They are a sham and sell used products as new without ever giving a refund despite saying all products are fully refundable. Never buy from this website.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the purchase price that I paid for these products. I would like my refund of $32.00 for the toothbrush heads to be credit immediately in addition to the $195.00 that I spent on 3 sets of headphones, [redacted], which were sold by Sudden Values individually for $65.00.

Review: I placed an order for some headphones in July 2013. The funds were taken out of my account immediately (I purchased via a debit card). The item ended up on backorder, so when I finally cancelled it in Sept 2013, they said they would refund my money in 10 business days. It is now Nov 1st, and I am still waiting for a refund - and have made a call to them once a week and receive the same answer of "the paperwork is in the office" with promises of a call back or email with an update. Review: I made a purchase through Sudden Values for a total of $65.00 on January 23, 2014. My credit card was charged immediately; however, the product has not yet been received and it is almost July. I have sent a total of 5 emails and called twice and have received no response. I have yet to receive my product or refund from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount I paid for the product.

I ordered headphones back in Dec 2013. They kept saying they were back ordered. Finally in June 2014 they said they would refund my money. I have sent multiple emails asking for status and have still not received anything as of yet.

Review: I ordered and paid for 2 expanding garden hoses with nozzles on March 8, 2014. I tried to contact them 4 weeks from purchase and again 6 weeks from purchase with no response to see when I would receive the goods purchased. When I received this product, it was mis-advertised stating it was robotic (a $269 Value) - which it wasn't it was battery operated and not worth the price paid. I have emailed Sudden Values on June 3, 2013 again on July 23, 2013 and left voice mail messages with their accounting department once a week. The response I received via email was "Your purchase refund is with account and will be processed as soon as possible. We apologize for this delay. Your patience is appreciated"I do not know if there is a law on how long a company can take to refund an item returned, I do have proof the item was returned and signed for by [redacted] on 4.4.13 at Sudden Values.I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in getting my $35.00 refund issued.Desired Settlement: $35.00 plus the cost to return $10.38 (via [redacted]since it has taken six months to issue credit.

Review: in november I placed an order for dr d head phones... when I kept calling to find out if they would be in stock ifor christmas I finally was told no and asked them to cancel my order so I could just buy them some where else... and just refunded me my money... they took my money in december. I have called and emailed at least 20/30 time I have left messages for a phone call back asking for my money to be credited to me... they will now not call or answer any emails... it is April and I would like my $120.00 back....Desired Settlement: I want my money either a ck or back to my account.... this is a real crappy company I would not EVER order from them again.. I cant belive they can do this to people!!!!!

Review: On 03/08/2014 I ordered a pair of Breath Easy Snoring and Apnea Reducing mouthpieces for $19.98. I have been charged for them but as of 4/21/2014 I have not received them. I have tried on two occasions to contact the company but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I either want a refund or the products, at this point I don't care how this is resolved as long as it is resolved.

Review: I purchased a voucher for a B&N Nook and turned it in from Sudden Values in October 2012. I have not received the product. They sent an email stating the product was on back order and I had a choice of a refund, waiting for the product or a credit. I told them I wanted a refund. I have asked for a refund about 8 times now, and have had only one response so far saying "the accounting department will be given your information for the refund process" on December 19th, 2012. I have emailed about another half dozen times and have been ignored and received no response. I have left voice mail messages and still no reply. Review: On 12/31/2013 I ordered original CHI 1 inch flat iron a ($199.99 Value), Voucher Number: [redacted] for $59.99. My credit card was charged on 1/1/2014 and I still have not received what I ordered. However, my account on SuddenValues.com reflects that it has been redeemed. I have written NUMEROUS emails with responses indicating that I should be receiving it at the end of the week or the next email stated receiving it the end of next week. I still have not received it and now they are not answering emails at all. I have even left emails asking for a supervisor to call me and also for a refund. I have heard from no one and I do not have my product.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to promptly receive the product or give me my money back IMMEDIATELY.

Not thinking I would have any issues since I ordered 2 of them last November and all was good. MINE came and it is a 10000mAh charging bank.

They actually put a label stating 10000 over the original label. I have attempted to contact them 3 times to get this corrected. I WANT THE 20000 unit. I have a picture of the ones I bought last with that state 20000 mAh along with mine with the 10000 label.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the CORRECT 20000 mAh unit shipped to me - along with a return label - for me to send back the 10000 mAh unit.

The customer did receive the correct item (20000mAh Powerbank), but a 10000mAh stick (which of course they noticed) was applied over the 20000mAh at the shipping company request to meeting regulations that need to be updated. We have had this issue come up a number of times, since we started offering this product again this fall and resolved each one, in most case with the customer ordering more. There is NO WAY of proving their statement. "The shipping company requested it?" Really?!!!!! Makes absolutely no sense to me. If that is the case, why did the two I ordered previously NOT HAVE THOSE STICKERS! Sounds like they are pulling a fast one to me!

Review: I ordered a Otterbox Defender Case from this company in June of 2013. I never received this item. I have called several times and sent in online requests and have never received a call back or any explanation. They took my money from my credit card, but never sent my product.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back!

Review: On July 1, 2013 purchased an Otterbox Defender Series Case for Iphone 4 online with Suddenvalues.com for $24.95. Followed up with them numerous times over the course of the rest of 2013 looking to find out why I never received the product. On November 12, 2013, "[redacted]" told me a refund check was being issued as the case was no longer available. I have called and emailed countless times since then looking for my refund check. To this day, they continue to not answer my calls (goes to voicemail) and auto reply online to my emails asking for my money to be returned. I am unable to get this money returned to me.Desired Settlement: I want my refund check for $24.95. They have held my money hostage for almost 8 1/2 months now. That's crazy. I have purchased 3-pack flash drive for $29.99 back in 11/16/2013. Below is a chronological history:

-December 2013: I reviewed the order and discovered that it had been double ordered. I immediately called the company to cancel the doubled order, which I was told it would be taken care of.

-Demeber 2013: Tried calling again because the double order wasn't cancelled. Found out company no longer take phone calls.

-1/7/2014: Sent a request on their website, which was ignored.

-2/3/2014: Sent another message requesting to cancel both orders since it hadn't been delivered and they replied saying that the delay is due to holiday period in the original country and that they will probably ship in mid-February (My refund request was ignored). I decided to give them another chance and waited patiently but the status is still the same. -3/5/2014: I sent them another message because I was very upset and requested AGAIN to refund my payment since I have waited nearly FOUR months now. I got a reply and it simply said "This shipment of this product to our distribution center is running behind due to holidays in the originating country. We expect it to arrive at our distribution center mid February. We apologize for this delay and thank you for your patience in advance." I am very upset that my refund request was ignored again and them telling me to keep waiting.

I have shopped online for years and I have never experienced something like this before. I tried very hard to be patient and understanding, but I believe that this has gone to far. Could you please help me get a refund for both orders? Review: Over 2 months ago, I ordered a [redacted] Hair Iron and my credit card was immediately charged $59.99. I still have not received the product. A month ago, I tried to contact the company and left a message for them to call me to let me know when I will receive it. No response. I also an email to the contact email given on their website. Again, no response. I finally found their [redacted] page and sent a message via [redacted]. Surprisingly, I got a reply saying they would contact accounting and someone would get back to me. Nobody did. I have called their customer service number several times and left several messages (you never get a live person)asking them to please call me back.I have also sent several emails. At this point, I want my money back. I have no interest in the product any longer as I have no faith in the company and just want to be done with them.
