Still awaiting shipment of 2 items now, been a month and no emails from anyone

Do not buy anything from this place. All their items you can buy on ebay. The items they sell are fake imitations from china. Like the Beats headphones. The company will take many months to send you the product because they have to wait for the item to arrive from China. Horrible customer service!

Review: I ordered a product offered by SuddenValues on July 24, 2013 for a cost of $199.00.

I contacted them on July 31st regarding delivery information and was informed that normal delivery would be 4-6 weeks. The product was never delivered.

Since then I have called or emailed SuddenValues thirty-four (34) times to try to get a refund. When they do respond, they say my refund is being processed. In 2014, contact with customer service has changed from an email process to an online submission form. The only response I now receive is an automatic reply saying that my inquiry has been received and is being processed.

I find SuddenValues to be a dishonest company and this is a fraudulent situation.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a full refund of $199.00

Review: I ordered a product on 3-15-14 from Sudden Values .Com . I was told it was shipped on 3-19-14. I have checked with the post office tracking number and tried to call the company. I was charged $34.95 on 3-6-14 on my debit card.It is now 4-16-14 and no word from the company and no tracking number found at post office.Desired Settlement: I would like my $34.95 refunded to my account or a check from the company.

Review: I purchased My First Laptop Ipad Mini Educational Tablet on March 28, 2013. I received it on April 10, 2013. I returned the tablet through the US Postal Service. Their record shows it being returned and delivered on May 4th. Review: On 11/27/13, I purchased an 8 pack of Mach 3 Turbo Refill Blades from the suddenvalues.com website. Upon receiving the blades and trying one out, they were found to be defective. Because the Customer Service number is never answered, I left a voicemail. I did originally receive a call back with an RMA number to ship the blades back and once they received them, Sudden Values would issue me a credit. Since this was outside of their stated return policy a credit was to be issued rather than a refund. I accepted these terms and shipped the blades back via [redacted] on 1/18/2014. They were confirmed recieved on 1/21/14. Since that time, my several calls and emails have went unreturned. I have filed two requests on their website for information on my credit and have not received any additional information back.

On 3/5/14 - I FINALLY received a notice that Suddenvalues.com was going to honor their return policy and I was to email the same email address that I had not ever had a response from with what the desired item I would like to receive in exchange. I did this TWICE and still have not even received a response.Desired Settlement: This has gone on for almost SIX months!! For a $17 item, it has been exhuasting, but I will not just forget about this issue. I want my money back!!! This company is a joke!

Review: I ordered Aqua Di Gio cologne on December 19, 2013 (11 months ago). I have called and emailed customer service multiple times. At first I was told it would be in soon and I would be on priority delivery. Then several months later I emailed again, and was told it was on backorder and I would have it by June 30. Then a month later, I emailed again and was told it wouldn't come in and they would give me a company credit to their site. I told them I didn't want a credit for something else, I either wanted my cologne or I wanted a refund. They said they would "put me on the priority list for a refund." This was in August and now, in November, I still have no refund and still, 11 months after they took my money, I have no product. After 2 more emails to them about my refund, I have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I want a full $45 refund for my product since I never received it. Part of me feels they owe me more since it has been 11 months they have had my money and I have spent so much time trying to get my product. However, if I get a refund and get a negative comment against them in your system so others don't go through this, I will be satisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It has been 11 months since I ordered the product, and not having a product or a refund is unacceptable. Their response to the complaint is no different from the response they gave me back in August, that "I am on a priority list for a refund." If I am on a priority list, why has it been almost 3 months and I still have no refund? If their business has grown so much that they have trouble filling orders, why do they state that they don't have enough cash flow to make my refund. It is only $45. They haven't changed their response since my August request from them, still haven't given a refund or a date I will get one, and that is no acceptable business practice 11 months after an order was placed.

This internet company was very slow to respond and basically told me that the item according to them has shipped. That's it. They just left me hanging. Thank goodness it was only an order for a 12$ item, but it is just the principal. I paid for something and I did not receive it and the customer service is pretty much null and void.Desired Settlement: Just want mu money back for something I never received but paid for.

Review: I placed my order for a 9in Android Tablet with case on 10-23-2013. I emailed customer service on 11-27-2013 to check on a status and was advised that it was expected to arrive into the distribution center the end of the next week and it would be shipped out within 24 hours of receipt into the distribution center. I did not receive my tablet until 12-23-2013 almost a month later. Upon waiting two months to receive my merchandise and accessing, it was defective and did not work. When turning it on it booted but would not allow access to the tablet.

I contacted Sudden Value on 12-26-2013 and left a voicemail. I then called back on 12-27-2013 and was advised to send it back. I did not feel I should have to pay to send something back that I waited two months for and that was defective. After speaking with [redacted] in Customer Service I requested a shipping label and RMA number that expired in one day. I was traveling and not able to ship the item back in one day. This was explained when I requested to have my shipping paid. I then requested another shipping label and was told that I had to wait four days to receive another one. Out of frustration I shipped the item back with my own funds and asked that the item be tracked. On 1-13-2014 when I called to verify shipment I was told three times that they had not received my shipment even though it was tracked as being delivered on 1-9-2014. After demanding that this be investigated I then received a call from [redacted] stating that it was indeed received on 1-9-2014. I then asked for a refund and I was told that their account was compromised and that I had to wait 2 weeks for a refund check to be mailed. When I inquired about receiving a working product and how long it would take (hopefully not another 2 months) I was told that I had to wait until Friday 1-17-2014 to see if they had any items available to ship.

As of today 1-16-2014 almost three months later I've yet to receive my merchandise or refund.Desired Settlement: Considering noone can tell me when my merchandise will be shipped and whether or not it will be functional. I would like a refund and feel that waiting two weeks is unacceptable.

Review: On December 5, 2013 I placed an order online with suddenvalues.com for a pair of Dr Dre Studio Edition headphones for 119.99. I received confirmation that the order was received and the money had been taken from my account. The website said 4-6 weeks for delivery. After the confirmation email I had not received any communication, written or verbal from this company. I called the service number multiple times and finally they returned my call. I was assured the headphones were being received and would be shipped out as soon as the distribution center got them. In January SuddenValues switched from a phone based customer service to an email based customer service due to "rapid growth". I have submitted numerous requests for an update via the Service Support website, and received the same email response stating comments similar to these:

Review: On December 9, 2013 I placed an online order with suddenvalues. as of today February 26, 2014 I have yet to receive this product I have called and left messages that were not returned as well as sending an email to check on the progress of this good. I have not received a reply to this email. At one time I did contact their customer service department and the individual I spoke with on the phone said there must be a delay in the product and will contact me when she has additional information. That was over 6 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund of my purchase or the good that I purchased. I will be satisfied with either outcome.

Review: I have not received the following two items for over two months from payment date.

$45 for a Pair of Sportswear Yoga Pants a ($108 Value); paid on 12/13/13

The company's standard delivery is 2-4 weeks from payment date and I'm at almost 8 weeks already. I needed these items to give to my family members as gifts. See following email chain for each of two items.

I've sent an email following up on the Men's hoodie (2nd item) but have never heard back from customer service.Desired Settlement: I should be granted to receive these products for free plus get a refund on the purchase of both items. Their customer service is unacceptable and needs to stop delaying delivery of products over 4 weeks from payment date. Their standard delivery is 2 - 4 weeks from payment date.

These people have apparently stolen my email address from someone I do businees with, e.g. Amazon. The first time I heard of them is when they started bombarding me with emails recently. Now they won't stop. They are clearly not reputable people and their entire business smells like a scam. I would never order anything from them.

Review: On 2/4/14 I responded to an email offer I had received from Sudden Values and ordered a product. Including shipping, the total came to about $40 and I supplied my debit card number as payment. The amount was taken from my checking account immediately, but I have never received the product I ordered. I have tried contacting the company many, many times by phone and email without luck - except one time I received an email response that basically said, "We have received your message and will review it; someone will get back to you shortly." I never received any replies after that.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back. After realizing (too late) how many other people have the same complaint against this company, I have zero faith that the product I ordered will ever be forthcoming.

Review: On December 12, 2013 I was interested in purchasing a coupon code for a dress for my girlfriend on suddenvalues.com for $32.00. When I put the item in my shopping basket, the total would register $37.00, without any mention if the extra $5 was for shipping, transaction costs, etc. Prior to executing the purchase, I called up customer service and they indicated to me that the $5.00 was to cover shipping from the site the coupon code was going to be used for. I was satisfied for that moment.

After purchasing the coupon code and using it at the website, the company then said I was required to put in my credit card for $5 shipping (which at this time I assumed I already had paid for). I punched in the credit card number and ordered the dress. I immediately called back suddenvalues.com and spoke with [redacted] about the situation and told her 1) the website is falsely overcharging the dress and 2) requested a $5 credit on my credit card. She told me that the credit would take 3-5 business days.

Since then, the price on the website has been fixed, however the credit has not gone through. I called back customer service during the times of operation on several occasions only to be sent to a voicemail box. Additionally, I sent emails inquiring the status of the refund on 12/20/2013 and left a voicemail on 1/2/14. Neither of which have been replied to. I know $5 isn't a meaningful amount to many people, but if this organization is ignoring my communications for refunds, I'm sure there are others who might be in the same situation. If needed I can provide proof of transaction as it was done through [redacted]. Thank you.Desired Settlement: $5.00 credit to my [redacted] from 12/12/13.

Review: I have never received my product after payment.They responded to the first email I had sent regarding my first purchase of two hot irons. I emailed sudden values to see if they received my payment, because I had not received a confirmation on my purchase.Sudden values replied that my card was declined. that's all they said.I checked my bank and noticed my card had in-fact been declined.A couple of days later I did another transaction with them for one iron,it went through,I received a conformation and receipt,and a second notice for a voucher I had to redeem? I gave my info and shipping address. that was in march. They will not respond at all. Please help consumers stop these nasty business.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I don't want any of their products.

Review: I ordered "Beats" headphones from Sudden Values in March of last year. They broke in January and I contacted Sudden Values, who said they would replace them. I sent the "Beats" back to them, under their [redacted] on January 15th and confirmed they did receive them. Over the last 3 months, I have sent repeated emails and left voice mails with them with absolutely no response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me a set of headphones--I know that they must have them because they had another special in February this year advertising their availability. At a minimum, I would like a communication telling me when to expect them.

Review: I bought a Lifeproof case from them in early 2013. It didn't work, so I contacted the company to return it. They sent me a return label I could download. I mailed it back to them within the timeframe they gave and they told me in would be issued a refund. I have been waiting since May of 2013 for that $40 refund. I have contacted the company probably 20 times or more. When I do actually get a response they tell me that they are behind on refunds and I will be getting it soon. I have been waiting over a year and a half for a refund!!Desired Settlement: I would like my $40 refund and to be compensated for my year and a half of waiting.
