Review: I placed an order for some cologne through Sudden Values website on 4/15/03. I kept following up because the product had yet to arrive and on 5/24/13, I was told that it was their first time ordering liquid products and that there were numerous stops with liquid products traveling from the manufacturer to a distributor due to security issues. At that point, I decided to cancel my order and was told that my refund would be processed. I have tried emailing and calling Sudden Values and keep getting the same story both by email and by customer service representatives-that their accounting dept is behind on issuing refunds. Other companies I've dealt with have been able to process refunds in a day or two, but four months??? This is absurd! I want consumers to be aware of this when they think about placing orders through this online merchant.Desired Settlement: I would like my $45.99 to be refunded back to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Review: I ordered a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre headphones on December 15, 2013 via internet. I was told by that the product should arrive within 3-4 weeks. I have yet to receive the product as of today, February 4, and have not heard anything from the company regarding my order. I called and asked for a refund and was told it would be processed within 7-10 business days. I then received an email from the company saying that I would have to receive the product first and then send the product back to receive the refund. When I responded to say that I had spoken with someone on the phone and was told I would receive my refund, I never received a response. I have heard nothing from the company despite my numerous attempts to call, email, and fill out a customer service form on their website.Desired Settlement: I believe I should be entitled to a full refund at the very least. The company should, however, give me the product for free as well as send me a refund.

They did not respond. I sent another email on sept 27 demanding communication and my refund. I was very patient and let a lot of time pass trying to get this product and passed up other opportunities to get one because I thought mine was coming. They stopped responding to my questions and did not write back after I requested an acknowledgement that my request had been received.

I did receive a check from sudden values for $24. But I do not think that this is adequate because I was promised a product worth $59.90 plus tax and shipping and I had to wait 4 months to actually get any response or reimbursement from them. This is horrible business practice and any other reputable company would provide either the product purchased or the money to get the product purchased- and be communicative about the status in a timely manner and not stop responding to their customers.

Review: I ordered my daughter Dr. Dre Beats $260.00 value for $119.99 from the SuddenValues.com site on 12/20/2013. As of today (04/25/2014) I have yet to see them. My credit card was charged on 12/10/2013. I have followed up numerous times via telephone as well as their "Support" link. On Jan 14 via email they stated that they hadn't received an update from the shipping company but they could be another 2-weeks out. I asked if this was a scam. On Jan 15th they replied that it is not a scam and "It is on its way". On Jan 30th I emailed again. I received an email back stating the email address is no longer being used by SuddenValues due to the launch of their Customer Support Center. I went to their Support link and asked again where my item was. A Steve Klock (SuddenValues) replied back: April,Along with some significant delays from holiday traffic and cold temperatures, we have received a limited number thus far on this very popular item. It is expected that the volume will pick up over the next four weeks and we will have them all out by the end of February. We apologize for this long delay and thank you for your patienceOn Feb 12 they posted the Dr Dre Beats on their website again. Again, I went to their support link and asked where mine were since they were listing them again. Review: I purchased 4 packages of Gillette Mach 3 refill blades on February 15, 2013. I received the items approximately one month later (March 10, 2013). I noticed that the print on the packages was not in english, in fact I am not sure what the writing is. Regardless, the quality of the products is sub-standard. In fact they may be counterfeit, I don't know. What I do know is that the blades are useless and I cannot stand to use them. I would be better off trying to shave with a rusty tin can lid. I have contacted Sudden values and left a message on their customer service phone line. I did that today March 26, 2013. I would like a refund of $64.00 from Sudden values and I'm willing to wait to hear back from them. I just wanted to post a complaint based upon my research of this company and the large number of dissatisfied customers they have accumulated.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a complete refund ($64.00). I will send the merchandise back as soon as I receive a response from Sudden values concerning this issue and their promise for a full refund. I will never do business with them again.

I did send another email 2 days ago, but for some reason it must not have gone through. I still have not gotten my refund. Please help me get this back.

Review: On 08/14/2013 I ordered a pair of Dr. Dre Solo HD Headphones on my credit card for $119.99 from SuddenValues.

SuddenValues never shipped my product and with each inquiry I made on their status, kept telling me they were due in shortly. Over several months time and several emails and calls, SuddenValues kept telling me the order was delayed by manufacturer and should be in any day.

After still having not received the product by 11/26/2013, I called their customer service once again and finally canceled my order asking for a refund.

Their customer service agent stated it would be a few weeks for the credit to show up. It has been almost three months and I have still not seen my credit and over six months since originally placing the order.

I inquired once again on 1/28/2014 on my refund status and was told once again "The account department is aware of your request. As soon as it’s processed you will receive a notification."

I just want my account credited.Desired Settlement: Refund credited back to my credit card for the original purchase.

Ordered and paid for this on 12/6/2013 and they responded to my call in mid DEC saying "they will arrive soon but we are not sure when" I emailed a number of times afterwards asking for an update and they don't even respond. I asked for a REFUND to credit card as they've admittedly not shipped them and they responded with a generic "our support staff will review your request and get back to you" that's never happened. I asked again and again and they do not answer customer service line or respond to voice mails and emails and I just want it credited back to my credit card from these awful and unresponsive business people.Desired Settlement: immediate return of payment for product that has not shipped and that I've asked repeatedly to cancel. This was suppose to be a christmas gift and I was told that it would be here before christmas. I did not receive it. I called twice and never received a return call instead I got an email asking what they could do for me - like they did not know.. I was very specific in my voice mails what the complaint was. This along with the fact that they charged my account before even shipping the item sounds like fraud to me. According to my credit card they have 15 days from the time of charging me to send the item.

I would prefer not to do business with this company - I am very dissappointed in their customer service or lack there of.

Please credit me back the charges they already charged me. I will go some where else and get the item I ordered .

Review: I placed an order through SuddenValues on 12/18/2013 for 4 bottles of Acqua Di Gio Cologne, totaling $180. I still have not received my items and I have never seen such horrible customer service in my whole life. They no longer accept phone calls from customers. I tried using the "support" section on their website and received no response after waiting an entire month. Eventually I got fed up and tried calling their phone number anyway in mid-March. After trying every extension, I finally reached someone at extension 105. He said that they were going through some "restructuring" and he would pass along my info and have someone call me back. I heard nothing. The next week I called back and spoke to the same guy at extension [redacted]. He remembered me and claimed that there was a delay and my items would be shipped "next week." It has been weeks since this conversation and still nothing. I tried calling their phone number again today to find that it was disconnected. Apparently now there is no way to reach this company at all.Desired Settlement: I would like either a full refund or the product that I ordered.

Review: I ordered a voucher through the Suddenvalues.com website. I received the voucher, however it was an invalid code given. There were three companies listed: SuddenValues, [redacted], and [redacted]. I have contacted the Suddenvalues company with a voicemail and four e-mails -- all of which have gone unanswered. I have sent [redacted] 2 emails and one email to [redacted]. I originally asked for assistance with the possibility of a problem with the code, however I realize now that the entire transaction may have been from a faulty website. I am angry that a company can take money, give an unusable voucher (for a product that I'm not completely sure existed in the first place), and then ignore my requests and questions about the product and refund.
