I don't often take the time to write great things about vehicle dealershipsHowever, in this case Sullivan Motor warrants the extra effortThe entire vehicle buying experience was smoothI was completely happy with my sales rep, professionalism and partnership in listening to my needs, understanding my budget and showing me a vehicle that "I" was looking for rather than what they 'wanted' to show meTerrance C*** made all the difference in this process and based on the 'lesser' experience I had at another dealership the week before terranxe came through to make everything work outThanks Sullivan motor!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler onlineIt was shipped righto my home, with no problemsThe salesman Darren, explained the entire process to me, and did everything as agreed, on time

I previously posted a negative review regarding my experience with Sullivan Motors I would like to amend and correct that previous review today After discussing my concerns with the General Manager, I brought my car to the service department a few days later and ALL of the issues were corrected I would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and patience with me! A special thank you to *** in the service department; she really embodies the spirit of customer service I would highly recommend Sullivan Motors They are friendly, professional and they stand by their word

OK, I must admit, before I had this experience with Sullivan , shopping for a new vehicle ranked right up there with trips to the dentist and the local IRS office!! To be frank, my experience at Sullivan Motor Company was eye opening and flat out shocking There was ZERO dog and pony show!! Amazing right?!?! I inquired about a vehicle I saw on ***, I was connected directly with ***, he was very friendly, I came into the dealership and purchased my vehicle within minutes!! He VOLUNTEERED the CARFAX (yes, without me asking), the *** *** *** statement for the car, and the value of my travia Autotrader just like that!! This buying experience was nothing short of phenomenal!! ***, my finance guy, was also very friendly and got me a great rate for my loan!! It gets better Unfortunately I did have a hiccup with my car days after I bought it, the battery died *** got me with Matty in service, and with a smile, he replaced my battery the very same day, zero charge!! This business is stellar, the Revdex.com and the buying public need to know the amazing business these people are doing!! They have earned my loyalty and business now and in the future

Went in to check out some pre-owned cars, mostly just to see what they hadHonestly, I didn't really have very high expectations as the place seemed somewhat old fashionedI was expecting the cliche sleezeball type car salesmen that just breathe down your neck, trying to pressure you into a sale
I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Shane "The Cowboy", one of the sales guys there, who was completely opposite of what I had expectedHe wasn't pushy or anything like the typical fast-talking car salesman we've all grown to dread
As far as the dealership goes, it isn't too bad of a placeThey seem to have fair pricing and a large inventory but really what sold me on the place was the great service I received from ShaneIf you visit this dealership I would highly recommend asking for himHe's really knowledgeable about the cars, respectful and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want but rather helped me find what I wanted by asking me the right questions to help me figure out what vehicle would be best for my needs and still fit my budget

Needed to traa vehicle and was attracted to the $minimum traoffer I saw on TV Read reviews on the business, researched the SMC pre-owned inventory list, and identified three vehicles
Stopped by at 11a on a Sunday and every salesperson was busy I checkwith the woman at the desk and she summoned a salesperson After two minutes, I met with Matt D*** I gave him my list of three vehicles and he stated all three were in-stock I looked at each thoroughly, created a priority list, and chose one to test drive After the test drive, I liked the vehicle and sat with Matt to discuss numbers
Proceeded to discuss numbers, needs, credit, vehicle, attributes of trade-in, etc Very pleasant experience Didn't feel bullied, cornered, etc Since I'm comfortable dealing with people, I gave Matt what I wanted to and gave SMC the choice if they wanted to move forward They liked what they were hearing, so we continued to discuss They came back within 1% of what I wanted to pay AND gave me 20% more on the trade-in, so I bought the car
The signing of paperwork process was easy and, while I can't remember her name, she, too was very pleasant Met three people in my four hours there and all were great Overall, the experience was great Matt was great to work with and someone I would recommend you ask for when you go on-site
Lastly, the perception of SMC due to its West Mesa location may give you pause I understand and get it Look at this way, usually the best places to eat are the small, out-of-the way places that are, literally, a hole in the wall My advice? Check it out If you don't like your experience, initially, walk out Life is simple Don't make it too difficult No one has time for BS Thanks, Matt, Mike, Lisa, John S***, I appreciate your willingness to work with me

on 02-19-Mr. *** came to Sullivan Motor Co to get his jeep repaired, at this time Sullivan Motor Co found another jeep that would allow then to trade Mr. *** in to it On 02-19-Mr. *** drove the jeep home to allow time for Sullivan Motor Co to get the new jeep approved, on 02-20-Sullivan Motor Co informed Mr. *** the new jeep is approved and Mr. *** is happy with the new jeepThank You

Sullivan Motor Company spoke with Mr*** on 04/28/ Mr *** agreed to allow Sullivan Motor Company to review the issues with his vehicle on Friday 04/29/ After Sullivan Motor Company inspects vehicle and discusses a remedy with Mr*** we will file another response

When a vehicle has been traded to a dealership, sold to another individual or and other form of sale it is the current owners responsibility to report the sale of the vehicle to DMVin this particular case the title was reassigned on the back to the purchasing dealer When a dealer sells

*** *** *** purchased his GMC Sierra from Sullivan Motor Company on January 2nd 2016, with 109,miles on it, the title and registration both reflect the same mileage at the time of purchase Mr*** was given a month 3,mile powertrain only warranty from
Sullivan Motor Company at no additional cost at the time of purchase. When Mr*** informed Sullivan Motor Company that he was having problems with his transmission, Sullivan Motor Company informed Mr*** that his month 3,mile warranty had expired not only with time but also the vehicles mileage was over the allowed 3,miles Mr*** was offered a discounted rate from Sullivan Motor Company to replace the damaged transmission with a used transmission for $1,including parts and labor but refused this service Sullivan Motor Company is not willing to participate in the cost of the transmission

I seen an ad on tv for them so I looked up their inventory and found a truck I really liked. When I got there I spoke to [redacted] She was very nice at first. Then when we sat down to crunch numbers she tried to pity sale me telling me how unfair her employer's are with her, not giving her leads and yelling at her. I smiled and said that sucks. When she came back from the back room to talk numbers I explained to her that I wouldn't drive home with their vehicle unless the deal was set in stone and finalized before I left. She said no dealer could do that which is a lie. I said then no need to waste anymore of your time were done here. She became irate and cussed and yelled at me in front of my six year old daughter none the less. I told her she was a B and walked out and as I did she continued to yell at me saying to take my 405 credit score elsewhere. Which is another lie, my credits bad but not that bad lol. BUYERS BEWARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.TOTAL SCAM!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Top was finally replaced on Monday to my husbands satisfaction.  Nothing else was promised at that point because we didn't realize the damage to the joint shaft or radio until the following date.  The Ujoit was not replaced.  They pulled a used drive shaft off of another vehicle per Service Manager Jay.  The top is now fine and the radio isn't a big issue.  The main thing is the used drive shaft that was thrown on the vehicle instead of at least the proper repair of the ujoit.

Where to start. First I'm a cosigner for a buddy of mine took his truck to Sullivan to trade it in for a jeep. About a month after that I was getting phone calls from the finance company who financed the truck telling me that they have not received a payment yet. So I called Sullivan and inform them of this issue. They told me that they are sending the payment as we speak and it will be delivered the next day. Now it's been about a month and a half since the trade and the finance company of the truck is still calling me telling me that they have not received a payment so today I called Sullivan and she told me the exact same thing that they are sending the payment overnight it'll be there by tomorrow. I understand in the agreement that I am responsible for the payments of the truck until it is paid in full but I signed the truck over to Sullivan and because of there lack in customer service it is affecting my credit. I would never do business with this place again and never would I refer them!!
