When the purchased Vehicle was returned to Sullivan Motor Co after financing was not able to be obtained, the winch, lights from the front and the ladder rack had been removed from the vehicle.  When Sales Manager [redacted] requested the items to be returned he was told that they were sold on [redacted].

Just brought a car here and love it . The staff is friendly and very helpful. Will buy my next car here...

Positive experience from start to finish. We're greeted immediately upon entering. Were not left waiting alone. Salesman [redacted] was conscious of our budget, needs and was very insightful. [redacted] also assisted us over the phone before our visit. Provided us with accurate information and his polite and articulate demeanor encouraged us to come in. The man in financing provides us with excellent service and information. We were not disappointed at all. All of the staff is very friendly. Very happy with our experience and our new truck. We're recommending this dealer to our friends and family because our expectations were exceeded here unlike anywhere else.

I went in looking for a car and to trade my old car in. Kenn was very helpful. We walked the lot and picked out what I wanted to test drive. There was no pressure to buy anything. I purchased a car that day with no problems. Everyone was very nice.

I'm so pleased with the treatment we received, we WILL be back to do business in the future. on 02-19-2014 Mr. [redacted] came to Sullivan Motor Co to get his jeep repaired, at this time Sullivan Motor Co found another jeep that would allow then to trade Mr. [redacted] in to it.  On 02-19-2014 Mr. [redacted] drove the jeep home to allow time for Sullivan Motor Co to get the new jeep approved, on 02-20-2014 Sullivan Motor Co informed Mr. [redacted] the new jeep is approved and Mr. [redacted] is happy with the new jeep.

[redacted] did everything he said and promised he would do, before and AFTER the sale. Communication is very important to me, [redacted] answered the phone EVERY time. I will definitely recommend and send customers to him.

We were looking for a used [redacted] and we found Sullivan Motors from an ad on [redacted]. We had no idea they were in [redacted] which was close to where we lived (Tempe) after shopping many used dealerships we found Sullivan Motor Company to be great to work with! They had the best selection of used [redacted] we have found. We test drove 2 different [redacted] and we found the one we wanted. The financing was easy and we would highly recommend Sullivan Motor Company to anyone looking to buy a used car in the [redacted] or [redacted] AZ area!

The vehicle is scheduled for repair.

The vehicle was purchased with the understanding that a convertible top from another Jeep Wrangler would be swapped on to the purchased vehicle, nothing else was promised.   After the purchase Sullivan Motor Co replaced a ujoit to repair the existing driveshaft, there was no reason to...

replace the driveshaft because the driveshaft is in perfect working condition and safe with the repair.Sullivan Motor Co is willing to send the radio out for repair but the customer has refused and said they would take care of it themselves.  Thank you [redacted]

In August 2012 I saw an add in CLs for a white 2012 Dodge Charge with around 17k miles for around $21k or so and my gf and I were interested. Test drove it and took it down the freeway, pulled little to the right. I asked sales guy why it pulled to the right, his response was "Oh we'll have it aligned for you!". I asked him for the [redacted] also but was never given a [redacted] for this particular vehicle. My gf had to rush off to work so I once again asked the sales guy for the [redacted] and once again was never given one. Did paperwork took car home. Drove car for week or so then I noticed that there was a difference in paint (some with metal flake) on back end of car. I talked to my mechanic and he looked it over and sure enough he informed me that the car was in an accident, the trunk had been pushed out. I called the dealership and asked if the car was ever in an accident and informed them that the dealer never gave me a [redacted], and YES (over the phone) he said, "No, the car was never in an accident and I am looking at the [redacted] now!!) I went in the next day, asked for the manager and sat down with him explained the situation to him and demanded that I am not purchasing this vehicle since it was in an accident and that I was lied to 3 times and never shown a [redacted]. I asked [redacted] if he'd buy a car thats ever been in an accident? He said "sure I would" and I told him he was a good liar. He told me to hold on the car for a week until he can find me another Charger. Two days later he found me another Charger (black). We test drove it liked it, he showed me the [redacted]. I guess you can say I never gave up on getting what was fair for me and my family. Trust no one and please GET A [redacted]!!! Don't let them lie to you.

excellent service and great experience buying my first car at Sullivan's Manny was really patient and helped me find the right vehicle. they have tons of cars to chose from so it was hard making a decision but I'm really happy with their service they took really good Care of me. Jon the owner is generous and hard worker from what I heard from his employees. They love him. 4 of them mention how good he is and they said he takes care of them and his customers. What I like the most is that they dont lie about anything they tell you straight up what do you qualify for and what options do you have. They are definitely there to help not to rob people. LOVE SULLIVAN MOTOR COMPANY. highly recommend

I had an excellent car buying experience at Sullivan motors in Mesa AZ . My salesmen Mike E[redacted] was fast , he ran across the entire lot to find me my truck. He was polite and very funny. My wife and I laughed the whole time. I really like the way they treat customers here and I recommend Sullivan's to everyone.....ask for mike E[redacted] you won't regret it.

Today, Nov. 13, 2016, my husband and I visited Sullivan Motors in Mesa. Matt Allred was our salesman. He made our experience a really good one. We had called ahead to make sure a vehicle we saw online was still available before we made the trip there. He had it set aside waiting for us, ready for a test drive. We decided to purchase. In our excitement we left home, forgetting lunch. My husband gets really weak if he doesn't eat in a timely fashion. Matt provided us lunch while everything was being processed. He helped us every way he could. All on all a very pleasent experience.

Sales Department was great at helping me get into my jeep, but the service department did nothing but lie to me and drag their feet fixing the jeep until the warranty they offer was out. Then said to bad. It was all because they don't want to spend the money fixing a vehicle they have already got you to buy. Sent me on my way after telling me they fixed it and a day later after driving 70 miles back home (one way) the check engine light comes one again. Told me they replaced a cracked fuel line and when I crawl under it, guess what no new hoses. Now I had to pay someone to replace fuel assembly that was broken from the start. Just a gas cap they said! 800 dollars later and I saw in plain view the problem(which other mechanic showed me right away). Their service department blatantly lies to you, and makes excuses until "its not their problem). Also every time you go their it someone else you talk to, never the same person. Best suggestion is to take your own mechanic, and/or take pictures of vehicle before you go back to TRY and get them to fix it.

OK, I must admit, before I had this experience with Sullivan , shopping for a new vehicle ranked right up there with trips to the dentist and the local IRS office!! To be frank, my experience at Sullivan Motor Company was eye opening and flat out shocking.. There was ZERO dog and pony show!! Amazing right?!?! I inquired about a vehicle I saw on [redacted], I was connected directly with [redacted], he was very friendly, I came into the dealership and purchased my vehicle within 90 minutes!! He VOLUNTEERED the CARFAX (yes, without me asking), the [redacted] statement for the car, and the value of my trade-in via Autotrader just like that!! This buying experience was nothing short of phenomenal!! [redacted], my finance guy, was also very friendly and got me a great rate for my loan!! It gets better... Unfortunately I did have a hiccup with my car 9 days after I bought it, the battery died... [redacted] got me with Matty in service, and with a smile, he replaced my battery the very same day, zero charge!! This business is stellar, the Revdex.com and the buying public need to know the amazing business these people are doing!! They have earned my loyalty and business now and in the future.

We will take care of the issue, I have left Mr. [redacted] a message at the phone number listed in the complaint.  He can reach me directly at ###-###-####   We will honor the repair of the drivetrain even if the limited warranty expires.  [redacted]
