In August 2012 I saw an add in CLs for a white 2012 Dodge Charge with around 17k miles for around $21k or so and my gf and I were interested. Test drove it and took it down the freeway, pulled little to the right. I asked sales guy why it pulled to the right, his response was "Oh we'll have it aligned for you!". I asked him for the [redacted] also but was never given a [redacted] for this particular vehicle. My gf had to rush off to work so I once again asked the sales guy for the [redacted] and once again was never given one. Did paperwork took car home. Drove car for week or so then I noticed that there was a difference in paint (some with metal flake) on back end of car. I talked to my mechanic and he looked it over and sure enough he informed me that the car was in an accident, the trunk had been pushed out. I called the dealership and asked if the car was ever in an accident and informed them that the dealer never gave me a [redacted], and YES (over the phone) he said, "No, the car was never in an accident and I am looking at the [redacted] now!!) I went in the next day, asked for the manager and sat down with him explained the situation to him and demanded that I am not purchasing this vehicle since it was in an accident and that I was lied to 3 times and never shown a [redacted]. I asked [redacted] if he'd buy a car thats ever been in an accident? He said "sure I would" and I told him he was a good liar. He told me to hold on the car for a week until he can find me another Charger. Two days later he found me another Charger (black). We test drove it liked it, he showed me the [redacted]. I guess you can say I never gave up on getting what was fair for me and my family. Trust no one and please GET A [redacted]!!! Don't let them lie to you.

The vehicle was purchased with the understanding that a convertible top from another Jeep Wrangler would be swapped on to the purchased vehicle, nothing else was promised.   After the purchase Sullivan Motor Co replaced a ujoit to repair the existing driveshaft, there was no reason to...

replace the driveshaft because the driveshaft is in perfect working condition and safe with the repair.Sullivan Motor Co is willing to send the radio out for repair but the customer has refused and said they would take care of it themselves.  Thank you [redacted] [redacted]

I went into sullivan motor company to buy my third vehicle from them and it seams each time they have a larger selection. James ahas always been my salesperson and he always gives me a great deal. He knows I have a budget and he always stayss within my budget so I never have to go back and forth haggling. I have sent friends and mt daughter in to see james and I recommend everyone go see him.

We were looking for a used [redacted] and we found Sullivan Motors from an ad on [redacted]. We had no idea they were in [redacted] which was close to where we lived (Tempe) after shopping many used dealerships we found Sullivan Motor Company to be great to work with! They had the best selection of used [redacted] we have found. We test drove 2 different [redacted] and we found the one we wanted. The financing was easy and we would highly recommend Sullivan Motor Company to anyone looking to buy a used car in the [redacted] or [redacted] AZ area!

If anyone should decide to purchase a car, truck, motor cycle or any other transportation from this dealership, please be sure to ask for and receive a Car Fax. Also, take a thorough inventory on whatever needs to be repaired/replaced and if you have a mechanic, strongly suggest that the mechanic look it over before considering purchase. Pay attention to sounds and ride when you take a test drive. I bought a car from these people in 2014 and just recently discovered that the car had been submerged in water and there is caked mud! I have photos to prove it. The service manager Matt is not customer service oriented. I really do enjoy my car, but I will not refer anyone that I know to this dealership.

I went to Sullivan Motor Company hoping that I would be able to get into a car. I have bad credit and have had a hard time qualifying for a car else where. James the salesman was awesome. He showed me 3 cars that he thought I would like. One of them a [redacted] it was perfect. I told James that I wanted to stay under 300 for my payment and he worked and got me the perfect rate and perfect payment. I couldn't be happier and definitely tell everybody to go see James he works above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect car for yourself.

My salesman terrance c[redacted] did a great job informing me of all the info I needed to purchase a car at sullivan motor. It was my first time at a car dealership, and it was a good experience. On Jan 29th [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Sullivan Motor Co.  The loan was completed and funded by [redacted].  After speaking with my staff and as Mr [redacted] stated Sullivan Motor Co did try to trade him into a 2003 Jeep wrangler but because...

I had a great and easy experience shopping there. I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything that I didn't need nor pressure/squeezed into placing more down on the purchase that we made. Everyone that I had encountered is very professional and what stuck out the most for me was the smiling faces and laughters I heard and seen. Everyone that had a destination and goal and that goal was to make sure everyone got the information they needed and questions asked appropriately.
