RE: Case# [redacted]To Whom It May Concern:Attached is a copy of all completed service work and a refund back to [redacted].  If there are still issues with the Jeep Wrangler we would still like to address  them.   Since [redacted] purchased  her vehicle, Sullivan Motor...

Company made personnel  changes in their title department to ensure titles are not delayed any longer.   On behalf of Sullivan Motor Company I would like to offer our sincerest  apologies and another chance to rectify our failure to deliver what was promised[redacted]General Manager

Had a great experience with Sullivan! Didn't have to haggle on price, got very fair trade in value and drove away with the perfect car to fit my family's needs. Max Allred was the wonderful sales associate that help us with our purchase

[redacted] was more than exceptional in his service to us. To ask me to convey in words how far above and beyond he went is unfair to him and us. In all my years in dealing with salesman in general much less car salesman I have never been more impressed than I have been by this gentleman. I can GUARANTEE THAT BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE AND BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE ALONE WE will return again to do all our auto business with him rather he be at this lot or another. Superb is the only way to put it.

I seen an ad on tv for them so I looked up their inventory and found a truck I really liked. When I got there I spoke to [redacted] She was very nice at first. Then when we sat down to crunch numbers she tried to pity sale me telling me how unfair her employer's are with her, not giving her leads and yelling at her. I smiled and said that sucks. When she came back from the back room to talk numbers I explained to her that I wouldn't drive home with their vehicle unless the deal was set in stone and finalized before I left. She said no dealer could do that which is a lie. I said then no need to waste anymore of your time were done here. She became irate and cussed and yelled at me in front of my six year old daughter none the less. I told her she was a B and walked out and as I did she continued to yell at me saying to take my 405 credit score elsewhere. Which is another lie, my credits bad but not that bad lol. BUYERS BEWARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.TOTAL SCAM!!

I purchased a 2014 hyundai accent from sullivan motor company. James helped me find my car. It is perfect for me. Everyone at sullivans was very helpful. I will definitely send friends

This place gives the worst customer service I have ever come across! My husband and I went to get a vehicle from here, and they were sketchy right from the start. The salesman asked to run our credit so he could show us cars in our price range, we agreed to do so. When he showed me the car I had been wanting, I asked "in all reality, is this really an option for us?" he said "of course, I wouldn't have shown it to you if it wasn't." The process of getting approved was all to easy, they didn't ask for any proof of income, or anything. As I was signing the paperwork, I asked the man "this isn't a case of you guys let me drive off the lot, and call me back a week later telling me you want your car back, is it?" He told me "No! We rarely ever get returns, the only time a vehicle is returned is if a customer has lied on the application or something." Which, we did not, they also told us "we will contact you in 72 hours if we need anything else from you". We went home with the car that day. I had to get the ignition interlock installed, which I had done that following week, and we had went back into the dealership a week later to pay more money on the car. They decided to take our money, then call us the next day, and tell us we had to bring that car back, cause we were not approved.

I told them we wouldn't be able to bring the car back till that following Monday, which was another week away. I don't know why they didn't bother to tell me when we were in there they day before paying MORE money on a car we can't even have! My husband went in and spent another 4 hours in that place trying to find me another car. He found one, and signed what he could on it. They called me 2 days later saying they needed me to come sign the paperwork, or he was going to push the paperwork through anyway, and it would be an extra $40 a month for us. I called and told him don't you dare push that through without my signature on it, I would be in on Monday to sign! We went in, signed the paperwork, and had to spend another 3 hours taking the cars to have the interlock switched in the vehicles. I had to spend my only day off, 2 weeks in a row, dealing with this awful company! Then they called me back the very next day, and told me "we forgot to get copies of your proof of income, and proof of residency, and said I had to be in that day to bring it, or they were taking the car from me. I told them I wouldn't be able to bring it in that day, they would have to wait till the next Monday, again. The man proceeded to be VERY rude to me, and told me that I wouldn't be able to do anything without a car... When I got very irritated with him, for being so inconsiderate of other peoples time, or feelings, he yelled "throw your fit to someone else, ma'am." and hung up the phone on me!

I am livid with this place!!! I can't believe any company could care so little about their customers! What they did may be "legal", but should NEVER happen! They completely inconvenienced me, and my whole family, trying to take care of a deal that should have never happened in the first place! It takes about 2 hours to have the interlock installed, and we had to do it twice, plus 30 minutes to have it removed from the one car, plus an extra about 5 hours in the dealership!!! I have a busy life, and definitely could have used that time for much better stuff! They are so rude, care nothing about their customers, they are shady, and will do anything for a sale. Not to mention we gave them an extra $500 for the first vehicle, just to get it down to where our payments needed to be, but refused to give us that money back when we went in to get a much cheaper vehicle. So, why did they still need that $500??? I can't believe the poor business this place has to offer. I will never go here again, and would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

The service department does not like to fix what they say they're going to fix I've had my vehicle in twice for an alignment the second time I inform them about a big oil leak and they said there was no problem I've taking it to two different places that won't do an oil change because of the leaking

I was truly surprised doing business with a strictly used car dealer in the Phoenix area that actually treated us with respect, gave us a great deal, and followed through after the sale. We dealt with Barry and Jay, both of them showed complete integrity. Give this dealer a chance, I feel it will be the best experience you can have at a car dealer...

I don't often take the time to write great things about vehicle dealerships. However, in this case Sullivan Motor warrants the extra effort. The entire vehicle buying experience was smooth. I was completely happy with my sales rep, professionalism and partnership in listening to my needs, understanding my budget and showing me a vehicle that "I" was looking for rather than what they 'wanted' to show me. Terrance C[redacted] made all the difference in this process and based on the 'lesser' experience I had at another dealership the week before terranxe came through to make everything work out. Thanks Sullivan motor!

YOU MUST READ THIS!

Needed to trade-in a vehicle and was attracted to the $4000 minimum trade-in offer I saw on TV. Read reviews on the business, researched the SMC pre-owned inventory list, and identified three vehicles.

Stopped by at 11a on a Sunday and every salesperson was busy. I checked-in with the woman at the desk and she summoned a salesperson. After two minutes, I met with Matt D[redacted]. I gave him my list of three vehicles and he stated all three were in-stock. I looked at each thoroughly, created a priority list, and chose one to test drive. After the test drive, I liked the vehicle and sat with Matt to discuss numbers.

Proceeded to discuss numbers, needs, credit, vehicle, attributes of trade-in, etc. Very pleasant experience. Didn't feel bullied, cornered, etc. Since I'm comfortable dealing with people, I gave Matt what I wanted to and gave SMC the choice if they wanted to move forward. They liked what they were hearing, so we continued to discuss. They came back within 1% of what I wanted to pay AND gave me 20% more on the trade-in, so I bought the car.

The signing of paperwork process was easy and, while I can't remember her name, she, too was very pleasant. Met three people in my four hours there and all were great. Overall, the experience was great. Matt was great to work with and someone I would recommend you ask for when you go on-site.

Lastly, the perception of SMC due to its West Mesa location may give you pause. I understand and get it. Look at this way, usually the best places to eat are the small, out-of-the way places that are, literally, a hole in the wall. My advice? Check it out. If you don't like your experience, initially, walk out. Life is simple. Don't make it too difficult. No one has time for BS. Thanks, Matt, Mike, Lisa, John S[redacted], I appreciate your willingness to work with me.

I would recommend this business to anybody looking for a vehicle. The owner of the business [redacted] is the most upstanding trustworthy respectful person that I have ever met he really cares about his customers wants and needs. This is not just another business that pushes customers into purchases for its own gain. You really feel like family when you make a purchase from this business. Sullivan Motor Company seriously throws the bad reputation of used car dealerships out the window. They make you feel like you're buying a vehicle from a family member. In short I would recommend anybody I know and anybody they know to go to Sullivan Motor Company if they need a vehicle. I even referred my mother to them and she bought a [redacted] in 2006 from Sullivan Motor Company and it is still running great today. So because of the big heart that [redacted] has and the great sales team at Sullivan Motor Company she has a paid off car. They made a 75 year old woman very happy!

We had a very positive experience while purchasing our vehicle from Sullivan Motors. AJ Ochoa was informative and went above and beyond while working with the rest of the finance team. He was able to send us home with the vehicle we wanted. The entire experience was much better than we had received at Rock Solid Auto which was where we purchased our prior vehicle. The finance department was much more informative and did not cause the awkwardness we had experienced before at Rock Solid. We will, and do, suggest Sullivan Motors to all our friends and contacts.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The Top was finally replaced on Monday to my husbands satisfaction.  Nothing else was promised at that point because we didn't realize the damage to the joint shaft or radio until the following date.  The Ujoit was not replaced.  They pulled a used drive shaft off of another vehicle per Service Manager Jay.  The top is now fine and the radio isn't a big issue.  The main thing is the used drive shaft that was thrown on the vehicle instead of at least the proper repair of the ujoit.

I'm not sure who's writing all these great reviews. We went in because the salesman told our granddaughter he had a lot of Jeep Wranglers in her price range. She wanted to see her options and make an informed decision. Yes, we were two women car shopping, but it's not my first rodeo - I know how to buy cars. She had done her homework and knew a fair price for what she was looking for and fair value for her trade-in. They did the classic tactic of showing her a low-price jeep, showing her a high-price jeep and then pushing, pushing, pushing the mid-priced (but way over her budget) jeep. When we asked for a detailed print-out of the actual offer, they told us “the printer is broken”. Really? The manager was rude and insulting - kept scribbling numbers on a piece of paper and then tried to help us do math because we were too dumb to understand what he was saying. We never got the actual price. Really? Really? I have my car buying app on my phone and can run circles around your math. He got even more insulting and demeaning when we stood our ground on what she could afford. Those tactics don't work on me. It was an altogether unpleasant experience and a huge waste of time. She loved the jeep but told them she couldn’t afford it and they told her the only other option they had was the first (cheap) jeep even though there were others in that price range listed on the website. The manager told her, “You’ll never find what you’re looking for in that price range.” Really? Then why did the salesman tell her over the phone that they had a lot in her price range? We went down the road to another dealer who had all his used cars displayed with prices on the window and a low-key sales strategy. It's really too bad, because Sullivan appears to have a large inventory of Jeeps, but this is one customer who will not only never go back but who will also happily share her bad experience with all of you as fair warning. It was a great learning experience for our granddaughter – she was really getting into standing her ground. After we calmed down we had some good laughs as we were driving home. Two women car shopping are not as dumb as Sullivan tried to treat us. Ladies (and gents) you can do better elsewhere.

Excellent Service. Been to different dealerships they always want to push you to buy something you dont like that is why I decided to buy my jeep at Sullivan Motor because Manny my salesman really honest guy and funny great humor. My experience was excellent I would highly recommend this Place. I even won a 200dlls referral in the same day because I recommend this place to my brother in Law and he ended up buying a jeep the same day. Thanks Sullivan Motor I Love My 2013 Jeep Wrangler.
