I was advised a deal was accepted by the company and general manager Mike S[redacted]. The company has an online deal acceptance form and I went thru the process supplying all personal info including social for credit reasons after review Mike advised me the deal was good to go. When I came in they treated me like I wasn't sure about what happens also tried to to push me into a different car. I felt lead on so I left the business transaction this is the worst buying experience I've had.

I went to look for a jeep, they have over 50 to choose from! [redacted] was are salesman he was very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the better car buying experience I have had! I would definitely recommend my friends and family! Go see [redacted]!

I've had some bad experience in the past when buying a car. Not this time!!
My experience at Sullivan Motor Co was a piece of cake! I had been looking at an Acura at a few other places but Sullivan got me the best interest rate and the exact car that I wanted down to the color and the wheels.
My sales man [redacted] and the finance office made it my process take less than 2 hours and I was driving home in my new car. I tell any one looking to buy a car to go to Sullivan Motor Co.

I just bought a [redacted] from Sullivan Motors. They had a better selection than any other dealership we went to. Their staff was very friendly and professional and not at all pushy. I would definitely buy from Sullivan's again! We love our new [redacted]!

I recently purchased a Car from Sullivans and I must say....... Talk about complete and total professionalism! From the time I walked in the door until the moment I drove home I was treated with nothing but respect and gratitude. I was greeted outside by a pleasant young man named [redacted] who from the first moment made me truly believe that he was there to educate me on my different vehicle choices and financing options, and he really made me feel like he was there to earn my business and not Just sell me a car. In fact not once from anyone I met at the dealership did I feel like they were there trying to Just sell me a car and move on to the next sale. [redacted] and his team took the time needed to explain everything from the features of the car to how the financing worked. They made sure that I was a part of the entire process and for the first time ever I actually had fun and enjoyed spending that much money on myself. When you spend that much money on yourself you should love what you buy and you should enjoy every moment while buying it. Just to top it off and show that it all wasn't Just some act, I actually receiveda call from [redacted] the very next day making sure I loved the new car, I didn't have any concerns , and to answer any questions I may have come up with overnight. All I have to say is thatthese guys over at Sullivans are rockstars when it comes to the automotive sales industry. I've been buying cars from Dealerships for forty years or so and not once have I ever met a staff Organized, knowledgeable, and custoner focused as I met that day back in April When I went against what all the wannabe critics were saying online about this organization. Maybe some OF it - "WAS" true along time ago, but not today. In fact I personally pledge to purchase every car I buy from Sullivans from here on out.

I went in just browsing I know how these guys work well I was caught off guard with the environment hassle free professional and reasonably priced cars I worked with [redacted] and I walked away happy that I felt I received a good deal I'll defiantly be back.

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, they had a huge selection, probably at least 50 or 60. Mine was already lifted and they added a light bar. James was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable about jeeps. It was HANDS DOWN the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I was never offered any help by Sullivan motor company. They told me I would have to pay to get it towed. (After a service manager already said they would just come pick it up) then I would have to pay about $85 an hour just to look at it. And there was no point where they offered a transmission. It was hard enough just trying to speak with someone with any authority there. Just for the record if I was offered a price of $1000 transmission that would work, than why would I buy a brand new one for $3550?

I had my best car buying experience at Sullivan Motor Company. As a single female, I hated buying cars because of the negotiation game. Sullivan Motor Company honored my price and provided the best pricing on my gap insurance and mechanical brake down insurance. Plus, they provided the best interest rate and terms on my used car. I am a satisfied customer!

Customer service was great at Sullivan Motor. We were there just looking around to buy a small used car for my in-laws in the near future. We were greeted by a sales person named Manuel, he was courteous and very helpful. Once we are ready to buy the car we will go back there and look for him. Very genuine and not pushy sales person.

Terrance C[redacted] over at Sullivans Motor Company is the guy to go to if you are looking to get another car for your family. He is very patient, respectful, and dedicated to find you a safe car to go home with . We gave him a price and mileage range and he listened and stayed around the area we asked for and nothing beyond. He let us test drive any vehicle we wanted that was on the lot. He is truely about safety for your family and very family oriented as well. He played with our lil one while we talked numbers. He's not the type to push you into something you dont want .. He's not like other salesman that do it just to keep you there to force you into buying a car you don't want..there are good people still out there in the dealership sales business..and he's one of those guys. I appreciate all his hard work and his continuous support along our journey. I will always recommend him and Sullivans Motor Company in Mesa,Az !!

This is the worst dealership I have ever come in contact with, and that is saying something! Drove 3 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle we were told runs great and is priced just right. During the test drive it was sputtering and making strange noises. When we went to park it the vehicle completely broke down started leaking collant right infront
of the sales reps. We were told it had not been in the shop yet and they will get it fixed. Completely false. You don't put a vehicle on the lot that is unsafe and could have caused my family harm especially if it has not been completely looked at by your mechanics. Not to mention the vehicle has been at the dealership for a fair amount of time meaning they lied. It had stickers on it saying it had gone though the shop. I am only counting my blessings it did not happen while on the road with my kids in the car. We were lied to and scammed. Wasted time and money and putting my safety at risk. I have not even mentioned all the other things wrong with it that they tried to lie about. The bumper had been hit. The bumper was loose and they tried to tell us it must have just slipped out. We then pointed out to them all the clips are broken and they had put zip ties on it to keep it together so no that is a lie as well! Again proof it was in the shop!!!Electrical was also not working! We could have been told this before we made the trip to look at this luxury car as they called it. Do not go to this dealership. They should be shut down alone for safety violations.

Vee was very friendly and extremely helpful, I came in with the intentions on just obtaining information and left with a vehicle, I appreciate all of the help she gave me and I will definitely refer anyone I know that needs a vehicle to Sullivan Motor Company.

I understand you were unable to secure financing, however ALL the original parts that were on the truck were returned with the truck at the same time. That is a bogus statement.  
Other than that, the financing is what it is, but I would like the information regarding missing parts removed from the response!
