I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 The original contract has been voided as agreed by Sullivan Motors.  I received my Mitsubshi Lancer back and I am not responsible for any fees whatsoever.  The reason that Sullivan Motors claimed they had no record of the Ad is because when I found the ad online at the Auto Trader I went into the business and confronted Sullivan Motors with the ad and asked them to honor the price.  They advised me they needed more time and for me to wait for them to contact me.  The next day I searched for the same ad from [redacted] and the ad was removed.  I still am dealing with mental stress from the conversation the Sales associate had with me 01/23/2014.  I think his name is [redacted] that said to me "You will sign this new contract or I will go upstairs and cash in the original contract.  [redacted] you have until 2pm to do this."  I replied to the sales agent "I need some time to absorb the numbers you have just thrown at me."  I was so stressed out and I felt forced into doing something I did not feel was right.  My hands were literally shaking.  In my opinion there was no reason for a sales agent to speak to a customer the way he did.  I never want to business with Sullivan Motors or any affiliate again!

Sullivan Motors help my family not only get into a car that is safe for my family of four, they helped my husband and I to get cars we absolutely love and kept us within our budget. The salesman and managers were fun and great to work with too. My family will forever purchase our cars from Sulliva Motors. I recommend whoever is reading this to purchase from them too.

I was there looking for a car for my family of 6, Manny, the young man that helped us was very professional, very funny and made us all feel comfortable. What I liked the most was that he was not pushy. At the end we did not buy a car but as soon as we are ready we will be going back.

I previously posted a negative review regarding my experience with Sullivan Motors. I would like to amend and correct that previous review today. After discussing my concerns with the General Manager, I brought my car to the service department a few days later and ALL of the issues were corrected. I would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and patience with me! A special thank you to [redacted] in the service department; she really embodies the spirit of customer service. I would highly recommend Sullivan Motors. They are friendly, professional and they stand by their word.

My husband and I bought a Jeep from here a couple months ago...WELL...we have had nothing but issues from the beginning, first it took them almost a MONTH to pay off my other vehicle, which by the way, the truck we traded in was sold within 3 days and this was told to us by our salesman and manager, Chris...SECOND, each time I called to speak to someone about our payoff, I got the runaround from their Gatekeeper of a receptionist...and NEVER got a call back, but they did finally e-mail us! NOW, my husband went to change the oil (which he has done on ALL of our vehicles for over 25 years and never had a problem) but now he cant get the drain plug off because the service department put it on so tight and actually stripped it..So we called once again to see about getting some help, after being hung up on twice (apparently someone there doesn't know how to transfer a call correctly) and then FINALLY getting past the receptionist to Chris, he promises to call back in 5 minutes, so after an hour I call them back, once again first get hung up on, then finally get through again and am placed on hold again, just for the girl to come back and tell me Chris is now unavailable...(and yes, she asked for my name again). The bottom line is, I would NOT EVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!! RUN as fast as you can to another dealership!!! This one will screw you over ever chance they get!!!! We will NEVER go back here!!! Not even if they were the last dealership within 50000 miles!!!!! By the way, here we are 24 hours later and still no call back!!! Steer clear of this company, they are the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great and easy experience shopping there. I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything that I didn't need nor pressure/squeezed into placing more down on the purchase that we made. Everyone that I had encountered is very professional and what stuck out the most for me was the smiling faces and laughters I heard and seen. Everyone that had a destination and goal and that goal was to make sure everyone got the information they needed and questions asked appropriately.

My salesperson, James was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the manager, Chris was honest and easy to work with. Thank You so much Sullivan Motor Company. I will be back to purchase a truck for my wife tho weekend.

I recently purchased a Car from Sullivans and I must say....... Talk about complete and total professionalism! From the time I walked in the door until the moment I drove home I was treated with nothing but respect and gratitude. I was greeted outside by a pleasant young man named [redacted] who from the first moment made me truly believe that he was there to educate me on my different vehicle choices and financing options, and he really made me feel like he was there to earn my business and not Just sell me a car. In fact not once from anyone I met at the dealership did I feel like they were there trying to Just sell me a car and move on to the next sale. [redacted] and his team took the time needed to explain everything from the features of the car to how the financing worked. They made sure that I was a part of the entire process and for the first time ever I actually had fun and enjoyed spending that much money on myself. When you spend that much money on yourself you should love what you buy and you should enjoy every moment while buying it. Just to top it off and show that it all wasn't Just some act, I actually receiveda call from [redacted] the very next day making sure I loved the new car, I didn't have any concerns , and to answer any questions I may have come up with overnight. All I have to say is thatthese guys over at Sullivans are rockstars when it comes to the automotive sales industry. I've been buying cars from Dealerships for forty years or so and not once have I ever met a staff Organized, knowledgeable, and custoner focused as I met that day back in April When I went against what all the wannabe critics were saying online about this organization. Maybe some OF it - "WAS" true along time ago, but not today. In fact I personally pledge to purchase every car I buy from Sullivans from here on out.

I just bought a jeep wrangler from Sullivan motor company. I worked with James, he was very knowledgeable about jeeps. He was not your average pushy sales person. He was more concerned with making sure I was happy than pushing me into a vehicle. I had them install a lift kit and their service department installed it without a hiccup. Very courteous, I would definitely send friends and family. I have never had such a pleasant buying experience at a car dealership.

I went into Sullivan's to check out a few trucks I had seen on their website. I spoke with Manny, he was professional and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. He was not "pushy" nor did he push me out the door when I wasn't able to decide what I wanted to do. I will definitely be back soon ready to seal the deal though. I would definitely recommend Sullivan Motor Company to anyone looking for a huge selection of vehicles and/or professional people doing what they do.

[redacted] purchased the 2006 ChevroletMonte Carlo on 01/27/2015 over the phone from Sullivan Motor Co., Mr. [redacted] had been following andbidding on the 2006 Monte Carlo on [redacted]. The attached [redacted] ad clearly states that this vehicle was being soldAS-IS and caries a salvage...

title. On 01/27/2015 Sullivan motor Company revived a signed purchase order then on 01/28/2015 Sullivan Motor Company received a wire transfer in the amount of $5,499 tocomplete the transaction on the vehicle. Copies of the paperwork were sent to Mr. [redacted] along with paperwork tocomplete the title work. Since Mr. [redacted] had never sent the requiredpaperwork back, then Sullivan Motor Co proceeded to complete the reassignmenton the back of the title then sent that to Mr. [redacted]  02/04/2014 via US Mail.

I've had some bad experience in the past when buying a car. Not this time!!

My experience at Sullivan Motor Co was a piece of cake! I had been looking at an Acura at a few other places but Sullivan got me the best interest rate and the exact car that I wanted down to the color and the wheels.

My sales man [redacted] and the finance office made it my process take less than 2 hours and I was driving home in my new car. I tell any one looking to buy a car to go to Sullivan Motor Co.

James was very helpful helping find the right car for me and my budget I'm still saving but I'm almost there and he keeps me updated on new cars in my price range

The Jeep I was looking at was a 2012. There were a few things that I had noticed and wanted changed or fixed. Wheels I wanted swapped out, some small door dings removed and the soft-top was in-need of repair. Without hesitation, [redacted] took care of them, And negotiated on a price that met my budget. A "??Stand-Up Group"? of sales people and before I spend $$$ elsewhere on my next vehicle, Sullivan Motor Co will be the first place I shop.
