I came to Sullivan Motor when I was in need of a new car, fast. George Baba at this location made the whole process very easy for me and my family. Thanks to his great care for us and customer service, we were able to leave with a new car and the process was convenient for us. Thank you george for all of the service on behalf of Sullivan motor. Definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of a new car. 5 stars

[redacted] purchased his 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 from Sullivan Motor Company on January 2nd
Cambria; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1em;"> 2016, with 109,000 miles on it, the title and registration both reflect the same mileage at the time of purchase.  Mr. [redacted] was given a 3 month 3,000 mile powertrain only warranty from Sullivan Motor Company at no additional cost at the time of purchase.   When Mr. [redacted] informed Sullivan Motor Company that he was having problems with his transmission, Sullivan Motor Company informed Mr. [redacted] that his 3 month 3,000 mile warranty had expired not only with time but also the vehicles mileage was over the allowed 3,000 miles.   Mr. [redacted] was offered a discounted rate from Sullivan Motor Company to replace the damaged transmission with a used transmission for $1,050 including parts and labor but refused this service.   Sullivan Motor Company is not willing to participate in the cost of the transmission.

[redacted] purchased the 2006 ChevroletMonte Carlo on 01/27/2015 over the phone from Sullivan Motor Co., Mr. [redacted] had been following andbidding on the 2006 Monte Carlo on [redacted]. The attached [redacted] ad clearly states that this vehicle was being soldAS-IS and caries a salvage title. 01/27/2015 Sullivan motor Company revived a signed purchase order then on 01/28/2015 Sullivan Motor Company received a wire transfer in the amount of $5,499 tocomplete the transaction on the vehicle. Copies of the paperwork were sent to Mr. [redacted] along with paperwork tocomplete the title work. Since Mr. [redacted] had never sent the requiredpaperwork back, then Sullivan Motor Co proceeded to complete the reassignmenton the back of the title then sent that to Mr. [redacted]  02/04/2014 via US Mail.

I recently purchased a Tahoe from Sullivan Motor Company, Manny helo me find the right vehicle within my budget. Thank you Sullivan Motor company and the service department that took good care of us.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Sullivan motors in Mesa AZ . My salesmen Mike E[redacted] was fast , he ran across the entire lot to find me my truck. He was polite and very funny. My wife and I laughed the whole time. I really like the way they treat customers here and I recommend Sullivan's to everyone.....ask for mike E[redacted] you won't regret it.

I recently purchased a used car from Sullivan Auto and was blown away by not only the price but the service. Max Allred helped my family and I find the perfect car and bent over backwards answering all of the questions we had.

We bought the boat from Sullivan motors their [redacted] listing and salesman disclosure was dishonest. Do not go to this dealership.

Stopped in just to "look" and thanks to [redacted] for working with us and not being pushy or rushing us we ended up driving away in a 2014 jeep. Would definitely return for another vehicle when we are "looking" again. Thanks again [redacted].

This was my first purchase, at Sullivan motors. I was impressed with the selection on cars there. I worked the numbers, with a real nice guy named Dice. I am 100% happy with the deal. [redacted]

The Jeep I was looking at was a 2012. There were a few things that I had noticed and wanted changed or fixed. Wheels I wanted swapped out, some small door dings removed and the soft-top was in-need of repair. Without hesitation, [redacted] took care of them, And negotiated on a price that met my budget. A "??Stand-Up Group"? of sales people and before I spend $$$ elsewhere on my next vehicle, Sullivan Motor Co will be the first place I shop.

Sullivan Motor Company has so much to choose from but sitting down with Matt Durnell made it easy to choose the right car. He put me into something I could afford and he called me the next day to make sure all was good.

Worst dealership ever! The vehicle that I was interested in they PROMISED me I was approved for so I go down there and they waste my time showing me other vehicles. Then an hour later they finally show me the one I want. 5 hours later I finally get to leave they have no idea What customer service is. Then a week later they call me back and need me to come in. I come in and they want to double my interest rate and my monthly payment! I said no! So I asked for my money down to be refunded and they said no.

I got ripped off badly. Do not go here ever

Mr [redacted] is requesting that Sullivan Motor Co replace the drive shafts on the Jeep he purchased, but what Mr [redacted] has failed to state is that he has put an aftermarket lift kit on this jeep himself and is expecting Sullivan Motor Co to replace the driveshafts with aftermarket driveshafts costing more than $1,200.  Sullivan Motor Co did replace the existing drive shaft to accommodate Mr [redacted] because Mrs. [redacted] refused to pay for the proper driveshafts for the newly lifted Jeep that they had installed.  Mr [redacted] declined a replacement radio due to the fact that Sullivan Motor Co was going to have the existing radio repaired and not purchase a new upgraded version with Navigation.  Sullivan Motor Co is still willing to repair the radio but is unwilling to purchase aftermarket driveshafts for a jeep that has been modified by the Ashlocks. This is not the responsibility of Sullivan Motor Co after any aftermarket modification has been done outside the dealership.

We will take care of the issue, I have left Mr. [redacted] a message at the phone number listed in the complaint.  He can reach me directly at ###-###-####   We will honor the repair of the drivetrain even if the limited warranty expires.  [redacted]

We found the perfect diesel truck, Darren was helpful, and really went the extra mile, to make us happy.

I understand you were unable to secure financing, however ALL the original parts that were on the truck were returned with the truck at the same time. That is a bogus statement.  
Other than that, the financing is what it is, but I would like the information regarding missing parts removed from the response!

 The original contract has been voided as agreed by Sullivan Motors.  I received my Mitsubshi Lancer back and I am not responsible for any fees whatsoever.  The reason that Sullivan Motors claimed they had no record of the Ad is because when I found the ad online at the Auto Trader I went into the business and confronted Sullivan Motors with the ad and asked them to honor the price.  They advised me they needed more time and for me to wait for them to contact me.  The next day I searched for the same ad from [redacted] and the ad was removed.  I still am dealing with mental stress from the conversation the Sales associate had with me 01/23/2014.  I think his name is [redacted] that said to me "You will sign this new contract or I will go upstairs and cash in the original contract.  [redacted] you have until 2pm to do this."  I replied to the sales agent "I need some time to absorb the numbers you have just thrown at me."  I was so stressed out and I felt forced into doing something I did not feel was right.  My hands were literally shaking.  In my opinion there was no reason for a sales agent to speak to a customer the way he did.  I never want to business with Sullivan Motors or any affiliate again!

[redacted] was more than exceptional in his service to us. To ask me to convey in words how far above and beyond he went is unfair to him and us. In all my years in dealing with salesman in general much less car salesman I have never been more impressed than I have been by this gentleman. I can GUARANTEE THAT BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE AND BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE ALONE WE will return again to do all our auto business with him rather he be at this lot or another. Superb is the only way to put it.
