Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situationI spoke with our Cer They stated that the technician found no issues with the sound buzzer The consumer stated that the end of cycle signal was too loud and that the lower 3-settings didn’t work at all The tech and our Technical Assistance Group (TAG) didn’t find any issues, but we did add some foam over the buzzer to soften the sound which it did The consumer is still not satisfied GE will not be sending out another technician in regards to the buzzer Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance

The repair man came out to my home on 5/23/and made some repair to my washing machineMy husband stated that the repair man was no in the home no more than five minutes and then he was completed with the repairjsMy husband and I and my son went to Miami for the holidy and return back on 5/23/I got home at approximately 5:on 5/26/and proceeded to put a load in the washing machine and the washing began reading LIP and would not workThe repair men had came out at the wrong time when he was scheduled to the repairs two weeks agoGeneral Electric did give me money to go the laundry mat until I got paidSo know I have ran into the same problemsMy washing machine is not working and they havae just put a new motor in the washing machine in November and it still not workingThe women tha tthey originally took the call advised me that she was going have the repair men talk to the engineering department while he was doing the repairs, to make sure that the washing machine was fixed correctlyShe also advised me that she was going to callme on 5/26/to make sure that the repairs was done correct and that the washing machine was working properlyShe advised me two weeks ago that the service callw as from 1-5, and everyone else said 8-like I don't have a lifeSo know I have clothes piled up again, do not get paid again until the end of the month and I have waited four weeks for repairs, and risking the fact that my son has asthma and id allergic to coach roaches, and that is what the laundry mat is full of taking him there and getting and allergic reaction At this I am very frustrated, I am broke my clothes are piled up The fifty dollars are goneIt takes for a medium size washer and I have to go at least twice a week to stay caught upIt also takes a good amount of money to dry all of those clothes not including gas and timeThe washing can not be compared to the one that they replaced it no way shape or formAt this time they would realize that this washing machine is no good, and it should be replaced with a much better washing machineUntil they need to give the money to do my laundry, or give me a loaner until they decide what the appropriate action should be takenPatching this washing machine up is not the answer

[redacted] To whom it may concern The refrigerator arrived with dents furthermore it is defective It flooded my apartment I had to turn off the power The refrigerator is leaking Thank you

Here is the body of the original email I explaining that there was no issue draining but the machine still failed to complete a wash cycle.: ---My machine is still not working properly fixed.The technician ran the drain test which completed successfully.I told him the machine failed to complete a speed washcycles twice He told me: maybe I should try a different cycle REALLY?Anyways I triedSame issue.First picture shows that the machine is in the towel/sheets cycle.Second picture shows the machine filling upThird picture shows the machine pausingFourth picture shows there is no water at the base of the drain pipe

I REJECT their response since nobody has contacted me by the GE Appliances Executive Customer Relations Department to help me with this matter I am not sure what else to do to reopen my complaint since this matter has not been resolved yet and I still have a defective and unsafe Cooktop in my kitchen and nobody has offered me help to resolve the matter Also I’ve tried calling the [redacted] number, but they refuse to help me cause they say my case manager is [redacted] from [redacted] Department Your website says that she has contacted me and offered me a resolution, but I don’t have her phone number and unable to reach her at all What else can I do to get this resolved? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Dear Revdex.comGE has offered to sell us yet another hot water heater, at a pro rated rateWe have in fact refused this offerSince the original heater has NEVER worked properly, and we have NEVER gained the claimed savings the heater has to offer, we feel GE should replace the heater with the second generation heater, as they informed us of the "inherent problems" with the first generationGE should also take responsibility for the related costs of removal and installation of the new heaterTheir claim that we "refused" service on the fifth service call is FALSEWe were unable to receive service due to the fact no parts were on hand for the repairmanOn the prior visits, GE would send parts to our home ahead of time for the repairman to install We also had other service dates that we were home for, and were cancelled by GE at the last minute for various reasonsThis is a total of days waiting on repairs, which by their own admission is "excessive"We would prefer that GE give us a full refund on the heater, pay for the removal of it, and compensate us for the savings we never gainedAlternately, we would ask GE To agree to maintain the costs of repairs, labor, and house calls for the remainder of the year warranty
