This is disappointing I am STILL waiting for the machine to be repaired PARTS are still unavailable!!! This is just AWFUL!! For the amount of money I have spent at the laundromat, I could have purchased a BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!! One of the agents I spoke with in February told me I would be receiving some compensation for the MISHAPSS of this machine Nothing has been received yet!! I will contact her today!!
