Refusal to accept return and issue store credit, based on new return policy not communicated to customers
I am a valued customer that has been shopping in the store for at least yearsI bought a dress 7/29/and attempted to return it for store credit on November 22, I was informed I cannot do that, due to the change in their return policy this year I was never informed about the change and always was able to return merchandise on previous occasions, during all years I asked for one courtesy acceptance of merchandise back for store credit, due to their change in policy without informing me, and they still refused to do it As a valued customer who spends thousands in this store every year, I feel that it was a misleading customer practice on their part After all, I requested one time exception!

Business shipped my order to the wrong address
On Tuesday, July 17, 2018, I ordered (#XXXXXXXX) pair of printed manolo blahnik hangisi flats that were on sale for $regularly priced at $over the phone with my Neiman Marcus Credit CardI provided the representative with the address to ship them to which is Hazel Avenue Philadelphia, PA XXXXX however, she shipped them to the billing address that's listed on my account which is Hazel Avenue A Philadelphia, PA (an old address)I called Neiman Marcus on Saturday, June 21, to inform them that I didn't receive my merchandise and that the delivery confirmation email says it was delivered to my billing address (an old address of mine)The rep informed me that the only resolution was to do a day investigation to try to retrieve the package or give me my money backMy issue is that if they can't retrieve the shoe, it is now sold out on the Neiman Marcus website and I needed to wear the shoe on Monday, July

On 2/1/2017, I placed an online order with Neiman Marcus in the amount of $(order# XXXX XXXX ); within the same day, I called the hours phone number to cancel the order (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) The customer service representative assured me that she canceled the order and that the total amount paid would show reversed on my online account balance; however, when I checked my Bank of America online account, a few days later, it shows the Neiman Marcus transaction is still pending, which means that the order total ( $354.70) is on hold ( account holder has no access).I am asking the Revdex.com for assistance with this matter It's unfortunate because I would have been a long term customer.Thank you,*** ***
