I am trying to return an item received via Fedex and the representative is not giving me the correct information to do so

bergdorg goodman sent me pairs shoes that were water damaged and refused to refund, saying they did not damage them, that maybe fedex did

I have had a neiman marcus credit card for several years nowI recently received a letter in the mail stating they were going to close my account because I returned itemsI have also purchased many items from neiman marcus over the years and it is my understanding that a customer has the right to return an item for any reason (specifically if it does not fit, you don't like it, etc.)I was furious!
