These guys are crooksDON'T ORDER FROM THEM I placed an order on 12/6/14, my credit card was billed 12/6/14, it is now a month later and I still do not have my order

My husband and I ordered a shirt from Sunfrog in the middle of July for my birthdayUnfortunately, I didn't receive it, because someone broke into the mailbox and stole itI made contact with Sunfrog customer service wondering what could be doneThey were fast to email back, and they said they were reordering it for meThey told me this on 8/4/15, I received my shirt on 8/10/I appreciate the fact that they were prompt and had good customer service skills

I had a great experience with Sunfrogs shirts and with [redacted] who is employed with themShe was wonderful to work with and she was very helpful to fix any issues that came upi will definitely order from them in future Thanks ***!!!

I ordered five shirts for my kindergarten team They sent me correct shirts and one incorrect shirt We start school this week One teacher will not be able to wear the team shirt since the order was filled incorrectly Very disappointed They are sending me the correct shirt but it will not be here in time for the beginning of the school year I thought they should over night or express mail me the correct shirt to me since it was their mistake However, they refused my request I am disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again Terrible customer service It was their mistake I will tell my colleagues and anyone who asks, not to shop at their site

It has been a long time since I have had such a prompt, courteous and considerate experience with an on-line purchase The first contact I had was on 9-4-when I requested information about a certain itemThey responded w/n hours and I placed the order on 9-5-2015; it was delivered well within a reasonable timeframe (9-18-2015), but unfortunately it was an incorrect item Their web site gives detailed information concerning returns and I contacted them the afternoon of 9-- and received a direct response this morning assuring me that the proper item has been ordered -- and THIS IS A SATURDAY! The correspondence has not been 'canned' -- it has been personally composed, directly addressing my specific comments/concerns, and I look forward with confidence to the correct item arriving shortly-- in all fairness -- the mistake that was made was very 'obvious' as to what happened -- I wanted 'ARkansas' but receiver ARizona instead -- an error that would have been SO easy to make

Its been days and no change in statusI had called them and the only answer is we have published when we will ship items on our websiteFrankly I have to call to check what is the status and if the answer is the website I dont need to call themEverytime I called they said tonight printing is done and will be shipped tomorrow and still no shipmentI dont understandWhy take orders if they are not able to keep up with the time mentionedExtremely unprofessional

I ordered from Sun Frog Shirts on December 6th It was intended to be a Christmas present for my nephew It is now days later, a week after Christmas, and I do not have my shirt yet They say it is shipped The week before Christmas is was shipping in days, the week of Christmas is was shipping in day This company refused to ship the shirt to my nephew for me, which it now needs to be since it missed Christmas They are no longer replying to emails and completely dodged my question when I asked if they would be willing to ship it Their customer service is horrid, their shipping rate is ridiculous And they do not care I will NEVEr order from them again and I suggest others find another company to fulfill their orders

I have tried hard to order a shirt for my daughter in MinneapolisHowever, the online system claims that a London address as a billing address is "not found" Please can someone please inform your staff that London is one of the largest cities in the world and they need to find it!!!!!!! Not a satisfactory experience

I received a package containing items I did not orderAfter I emailed them a brief description of the problem, I received an email & within the day got a phone call from a very pleasant and knowledgable representative assuring me the charges would be reversedI was told I could keep the shirts or donate them, as is their policy with returnsThey also suggested I contact my credit card company since it could be possible fraud I have been singing the praises of SunFrog Shirts to anyone who will listen! This is an exceptional company!
