I recently ordered several shirts from SunFrog and was extremely pleased with the product Eight (8) of my co-workers liked my shirts so much that they are ordering shirts for themselves The shirts are made out of nice, solid, durable material and wear well The design on the shirts are top of the line and wash easily and are good quality When I had questions, Customer Service RepAshley went above and beyond to assist me Her customer services skills were amazing and she truly put the customer first She responded and answered every question I had in a timely manner and was always extremely helpful I will continue to use Sun Frog for my future orders and can speak for my co-workers when I say, they will use Sun Frog for future orders as well~Extremely Pleased~

SunFrog not only corrected a problem with my shirt quickly, but they just told me to donate the incorrect oneI've had shirts from them before & they have been great

Ordered T shirt 9th May 16, only got note on Friday May from Royal Mail advising me I had to pay customs/handling fee of over £before I could receive delivery of said item, no knowledge of this or would not have placed order which initially cost over £27, sunfrog should have made CLEAR there would be extra costs re delivery ?, DISGUSTING RIP OFF, stay clear and don't get stung like I did :(

I ordered a shirt on Sept 1, it wasnt even customisedI saw it on an AD as a ready made shirt and I want to give it to a friend who's leaving on the 11th The ad says 3-days shipping but now after the tracking number it showed 12th, which is way too late Emailed their customer service, who kept calling me with a different name despite being corrected alreadyShe was very dismissive and told me the weather had something to do with it, but thats just dumb cause I live in [redacted] and right now September it does not rain, the only thing we have is hot weather Liars and misleading ad, will not buy again

I placed an order for a sweatshirt in a size extra largeThe company sunfrogshirt.com sent me a size small and I have emailed them two or three times already only to get the automated response that they will get back to me in the order that it was received and it might take up to hrsIt's been a few days now and still no responseI just either want to be refunded or get the right sizeWould you believe they want me to write down all of my credit/debit card information on a form they offer and then mail it to them! Then want to charge me a 3$ re-shipping feeThis is ridiculous, I spent nearly 50$ on this sweatshirt after all said and done with the shipping fee, I just want the correct itemI would advise everyone to steer clear of sun frog shirts if I were themIt's one of the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had and they offer the worst customer service I have ever seen

I have tried contacting this commonly all day concerning my order I placed last weekThe money has been taken out of my accountHowever, I NEVER received my conformation email so I have no number at all to referenceNo one will answer my call or my voicemailMy concern is they won't let me fix this situation because the order is already placedHowever I've tried to contact them and NOTHINGNot a good experience at all

I purchased a shirt from this company thru a [redacted] adWhen I received my shirt it was too smallAfter contacting them to see if I could swap it out they were generous enough to do so Not only did they swap my shirt, when I asked where to ship the one back that was too small, they told me that part of their "hope gives" policy they asked that I pay it forward and donate the shirt to a charity and they would send me a new one no additional chargeI am overjoyed with this companyThis is what excellent customer service looks likeI will be purchasing from them in the future and would recommend them to anyoneSo glad to do business with a company like thisThanks so much

Ordered two shirts November 4th and still haven't arrivedContacted customer service and Amanda was incredibly rude and sarcastic the entire conversation and then proceeds to tell me my shirts won't arrive until after ChristmasThen asked for a manager Dana to inform her of my experienceShe does not apologize for her employee being rude to me until I specifically ask for an apology then it was as though it was difficultThen they asked for emails to prove I contacted them, which I supplied (automatic replies thanking me for contacting customer service and someone would be in touch in hours) then was told that proves nothing!!! What kind of service is this? Ordered those shirts for Christmas presents in honor of my father who died tragically a few months agoThis is the first Christmas without him and I have been treated very poorly by this company and still no guarantee my shirts will arrive by ChristmasMy kids are expecting those under the tree

I ordered a T-shirt from SunFrog and I didn't read the part that I needed to order a size largerIt took about weeks for the shirt to arriveI printed off the return form, threw the T-shirt and return form in the bag, sent it backI ordered a size larger and changed the color of my shirtIt is an one-of-kind T-shirt that I will not be able to buy any where elseIt cost me an extra $and took around - 1/weeks to get my new shirtThe whole process was very easy and I am very pleased with my one-of-kind T-shirtTotal cost was around $+ shipping cost of the shirt I returned

GREAT COMPANY - GREAT SHIRTS I ordered several shirts and needed them shipped to me ASAP but the website said the shirts had to be printed before they could be shippedI contacted customer service and Candace put a rush on my shirts and they were shipped the very next day Great Customer Service and Candace is a superb representative The shirts are very high quality and do not shrink or wrinkle when washed I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these shirts

Sunfrog T shirts is a great companyI've had no problems, in fact, I had to change some things on my order and they were prompt and graciousI will buy from them again

I ordered a t-shirt from Sun Frog Shirts on 3/10/15 it says it was delivered on 3/14/15 but I did not receive it. The post office says it is 'delivered' but it wasn't. Contacted the site 3/19/15 and received a reply from Hannah the same day and they're going to send me another one to replace the one lost. I am looking forward to doing more business with this company in the future. They are doing an awesome job. I have been sharing t-shirts from this site with family and friends.

I am so impressed with Sunfrog I ordered a sweatshirt from England It arrived swiftly and I was very impressed with the quality of the top I ordered a size medium but I had second thoughts as I thought it was a bit big I asked them if I could send it back and swap it for a small one, their reply: "For my convenience they were very happy for me to keep it and just send the postage to get a smaller one at no extra cost!" Well I must say I was very impressed with their customer services, so friendly, generous, and they definitely got the needs of the customer as priority Extremely impress! Will definitely buy from them again! Excellent customer services!!!

I placed an order for two hooded sweatshirts on December 7th and was advised it would be received by Christmas Each time I check the status of the order, I get the same message:
Special Note!
We see that your order is days oldWe apologize for the delayYour order is taking us longer than expected
We might be experiencing a backorder on a particular color or size within your orderAgain, we apologize for the delay and we are doing everything we can
And -- I have emailed customer service a couple of times, without receiving a response!
I would NOT recommend this company to anybody!!
