I ordered hoodies from SunFrog Shirts last weekOne of them had a small, but noticeable defectI called them & emailed them a picture of the defectThey advised me to wash the sweatshirt & if the mark did not wash out they woul replace itThe mark did not wash out & the very next day they informed me they are sending me a replacement shirtThey even said I could keep the flawed shirtI am very pleased with their products & extremely pleased with their customer service

A friend of mine received a special surprise in the mail the other day from Sun FrogOn Valentines' Day, she and her husband headed out early to [redacted] to enjoy a three day weekend with their kidsMy friend put on her brand new sweatshirt, "This GIRL LOVES HER BRITTANY", she bought on Sun Frog About 11:am, due to a sudden whiteout- they were the last vehicle in a car pile-upUpon entry in the ER- they quickly cut off her sweatshirt Of course they had tooBut it broke her heart to lose her new favorite sweaterShe told another woman, in the group we're all in, how sad that made herSo the woman contacted Sun Frog and told them our friend's story and they offered to send a NEW Shirt with a 'RUSH' on the postage!! She received it and was beyond happy! Thank you so much for this kindness!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company a week or so ago, when it came it was not even close to what the picture showed it was suppose to be,,,Ink was all faded color, was suppose to be white lettering , it is grayish colored, and the pink was suppose to be brighter, and its all faded looking...Not impressed at all, will not order again from them!!!! Additional comments: I just wrote a review earlier today on a sweatshirt I had ordered, and the lettering was faded looking, I would like them to replace my shirt with one just like it with decent bright coloring.....also I will not pay shipping or handling as I feel its up to them to satisfy their customer.....If I recieve no response from my request, I will take it they don't care if they have happy customers and want to sell more of their products.....will be waiting!!!! and not happy either!!!!!!

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt on Nov Ive yet to receive it.It appears an impossibility to speak directly with anyone in the companyAll phone calls are answered by a recording and when you leave a voice message the response is an email that does not resolve the problemIn the email the asked me if I wanted them to track the order through UPS or the Postal ServiceObviously their were not very attentive to the voice mail I leftIn addition I never received any notice that tge order was shippedHaving read numerous similar complaints, I question how this company could possibly earn an A+ rating

SunFrog Shirts is fantasticI submitted an order and a few days after it shipped realized I had entered the incorrect zip-codeThere was literally nothing I, or Sunfrog could do to get this corrected with USPS This was to be a surprise birthday present and the recipient was moving within a few days of scheduled deliveryInstead of making me wait for the return process to start via USPS April offered to expedite printing and mail another shirt to the correct address, for freeThis entire issue was my fault and they just knocked the customer service out of the park My friend received his birthday present before his move and loved it

My name is [redacted] -I live in [redacted] and I worked with [redacted] at SunFrog Shirts [redacted] rocks customer service The "Pi Day" shirt I ordered for my husband, ***, had a couple of issues after being launderedI emailed my concerns to SunFrog [redacted] quickly replied and graciously answered my questions and concerns A new shirt is on its way right now My issues were taken care of quickly and [redacted] was very kind I could sense her smile in her replies [redacted] is a great representation of SunFrog And SunFrog made a cool "Pi Day" Shirt - my "Math-a-magician" husband is so happy!

Very impressed Ordered an item and then cancelled Some how the item was shipped in error I did not want to pay for return postage Told me not to worry and it was their error

I placed an order about days ahead of time for a birthday giftAt days I still had'n't gotten an update, so I emailed customer service and explained that this was a birthday gift and that I needed it here no later than Friday I received a response back that said, essentially: Sometimes our products take longer than days to printYou will receive an email when it's shipped Zero concern for getting my item to me in a timely mannerMy wife didn't get the shirt for her birthday and it was too late for me to cancel the orderI won't be back

I just wanted to take some time out to praise this companyI placed a rather large order and upon receiving it realized that I received a piece that was a mistake and after contacting the company they immediately corrected the issue and I was able to donate the item that wasn't mine

The shirts are very small relative to a L and XXL shirtThe print quality looks nothing like the picture on the website and I am very overall dissapointedI would like to return, not exchange, the product but I do not see on the website how to do soPlease advise how to return these products and get a refund

I'd like to commend SunFrog for their superior customer service I recently ordered a T-Shirt (I find some of the most creative design on SunFrog too.) When I got my confirmation e-mail, I noticed I had missed adding a whole address line *Yikes* At the bottom of the email were two addresses to contact SunFrog depending on the nature of your problem Of course, because I was in a panic I chose the wrong email address*Gasp*.Not to worry, SunFrog employs SMART people who realized I didn't want to cancel my order, just update shipping information So instead of cancelling the order they just sent the email to the right department, my address was fixed and the order is green lighted! How wonderful, no having to reorder ho email telling me to use the other email address, just seamless customer service Thanks SunFrog!

They ignored my emails...you cant even speak to a customer service repBad service all around still waiting on my merchandiseI ordered it ten days agoAND HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!!!

Recently I ordered a shirt from Sunfrog, and when the day of delivery arrived, lo and behold, the post office said they had delivered, but nothing was actually there While dealing with the post office trying to get my package found, I also contacted customer service with Sunfrog Candace replied to my request for help rather rapidly, and let me know that if my delivery issue with the post office was not solved, to let her know, and she would try to make it right Several days later, after coming to no reslolution with my local postal service, I contacted Candace again, and let her know that they were unable to find my missing delivery She immediately let me know that they would be sending me a replacement ASAP Generally speaking, a great number of businesses wouldn't bother to do that, they have your money, and someone else made a mistake, but not Candace at Sunfrog I am in the process of letting everyone know, both verbally and through social media about my great service experience

I ordered a couple of T-shirts from Sunfrog and they were too big for meIt was not the company's fault because they sent what I asked forBut Apparently the sizes are different from one country to anotherSo I emailed them to see if I could exchange the T-shirts with a smaller size They replied "Hello ***, I have imported an order for replacements to be sent to you as soon as possibleIn place of returning the items and in the spirit of SunFrog's "Hope Gives" policy, we would ask that you pay it forward by donating the item to a local charity or someone you may know that is in needThanks again for your order and for giving us the chance to make it right for you" This is inspiring! I hope more companies have this policy :)

I ordered a "Go Diego Go" personalized tee shirt for my y.ogreat niece, [redacted] , as she is a great fan of Diego When I found your shirt on line I was ecstatic as I could find no others We had our family Christmas last weekend & the shirt was an absolute hit Once on, she would not take it off! Even more special because her name was on it Thank you for making me a rock star to this little girl

My wife normally wears a small or medium shirt After ordering and receiving a shirt from SunFrog, we realized that the medium was too small I contacted SunFrog customer service and although it is stated in the FAQ that women's shirts run a size small, they sent me another shirt and asked me to donate the original shirt to a local charity They were very responsive to my concerns and very easy to work with in resolving the matter

What a great company, customer service is very helpful and resolved an issue instantly ,the t-shirt was fantastic and design is very good and un-usual , I will definatley use this company againand recommend to my friends an family here in the uk, I can,t praise them highley enough, [redacted]

Great customer service I ordered two Packers shirts from SunFrog Shirts and there was a problem with them. Below is my first email to them and then their response. These shirts are the super hero shirts that I have ordered off of a [redacted] page. In the past I have ordered XL shirts but after a major weight loss, I have bought medium shirts locally. Recently I ordered two shirts order Numbers [redacted] - [redacted] and [redacted] - [redacted] in medium and they are too small. Can I return these two shirts for a size large?
