Quality product, fantastic customer service! My group ordered t-shirts from Sunfrog for an event we were having that was less than 2 weeks away. We were aware, based on the notification on the web site, that we may not get them in time for our event, but we took a chance and ordered anyway. Immediately after ordering, I had to change the color choice on one of the shirts. I emailed Sunfrog and Candace got right back to me. She was friendly and professional so I pushed my luck and asked her thoughts on when the order might be available to ship...explaining our deadline. Although unable to control shipping time (understandably), she was able to rush the order through processing and get them out to us in plenty of time to wear for our event. We are completely happy with the price and product and we're thrilled by their obvious commitment to customer service.

I ordered five shirts for my kindergarten team. They sent me 4 correct shirts and one incorrect shirt. We start school this week. One teacher will not be able to wear the team shirt since the order was filled incorrectly. Very disappointed. They are sending me the correct shirt but it will not be here in time for the beginning of the school year. I thought they should over night or express mail me the correct shirt to me since it was their mistake. However, they refused my request. I am disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again. Terrible customer service. It was their mistake. I will tell my colleagues and anyone who asks, not to shop at their site.

Ordered T shirt 9th May 16, only got note on Friday 10 May 16 from Royal Mail advising me I had to pay customs/handling fee of over £11 before I could receive delivery of said item, no knowledge of this or would not have placed order which initially cost over £27, sunfrog should have made CLEAR there would be extra costs re delivery ?, DISGUSTING RIP OFF, stay clear and don't get stung like I did :(

This company is fantastic. My order was shipped very quickly. I had a problem with delivery due to the post office and even though it was not their fault, they bent over backward to help me. I will be doing a lot of repeat business with this company because of the way I was treated. Also, the shirt is BOSS.

Ordered two shirts November 4th and still haven't arrived. Contacted customer service and Amanda was incredibly rude and sarcastic the entire conversation and then proceeds to tell me my shirts won't arrive until after Christmas. Then asked for a manager Dana to inform her of my experience. She does not apologize for her employee being rude to me until I specifically ask for an apology then it was as though it was difficult. Then they asked for emails to prove I contacted them, which I supplied (automatic replies thanking me for contacting customer service and someone would be in touch in 48 hours) then was told that proves nothing!!! What kind of service is this? Ordered those shirts for Christmas presents in honor of my father who died tragically a few months ago. This is the first Christmas without him and I have been treated very poorly by this company and still no guarantee my shirts will arrive by Christmas. My kids are expecting those under the tree.

I ordered a hoodie that was made to order. Due to the heavy volume, my order was delayed. But with the help of the Sales department, my order was rushed to be printed. Brittany in Custoner Service was great in answering my emails regarding the shipment of my order in a timely manner. I will be placing another order again in the next few days. Thank you.

What a great company, customer service is very helpful and resolved an issue instantly ,the t-shirt was fantastic and design is very good and un-usual , I will definatley use this company againand recommend to my friends an family here in the uk, I can,t praise them highley enough,

I placed an order on December 5, 2014. Today is December 23, 2014 and I still do not have the merchandise. I did receive an e-mail that a label was created on December 19, 2014 at 11:30 p.m. for shipping. When trying to track the package it simply indicates "ready for UPS". I have sent at least 4 e-mails to SunFrog Shirts to inquire as to the status. Each time, I receive the automatic response that says "Hello! Thank you so much for your inquiry with us. Our customer service department is in the office M-F 9-5 EST. We do our best to answer each question in the order in which it is received, but a response can sometimes be delayed 24-48 hours. We will most certainly get back to you as soon as we can. Customer Service/SunFrog Shirts/www.sunfrogshirts.com." No other response has ever been received. This is frustrating and a complete lack of common courtesy to customers.

Would not recommend this company. Took them two weeks to just print out the hoodie. Over priced with absolutely no follow up when I sent them an email other than them stating in the email they would contact me. At latest I expected the package today and it was just sent out today.

First I will say that the shirts and sweaters that I ordered are exactly as stated and good quality. But as a consumer from [redacted], I want to make others aware of the shipping policy that I ran into with SunFrog Shirts. There website states shipped through USPS, which once items enter [redacted], [redacted] post then becomes the shipper. This is great when it actually happens. [redacted] Post charges a flat rate for importing items , this rate is $9.95 + GST (which is 5% in my province). So its understandable that SunFrog charged me $39.95 USD for shipping and I would pay all custom fees. Well to my surprise my items were not sent via UPSP, but through a courier. Upon arrival to [redacted], I was sent an additional bill of $50.44 CDN from the courier in order to receive my items. My total for shipping was now upwards of $90.00 ( $39.99 USD converts to approx $45.00 CND plus the amount to the courier). My questions to SunFrog regarding this have been ignored. So to my [redacted] friends- it is much cheaper to shop in [redacted] then deal with this company.

I ordered a shirt for my wife on dec 6th thinking it would definitely arrive before xmas. It is now dec 20th and they havent even shipped it yet. There is no way this order will be here before xmas never mind this year. I will never order from them again and I suggest sticking to more reliable companies like [redacted].

I have been charged on my [redacted] account after I placed my order. I never received any type of order conformation. I have called the number on the website, it just rings and rings and rings, nobody ever answers. I have sent messages off the website with no reply. What is going on? All these people leave great reviews of this company and I can get one person to get me a tracking number to see if my item will arrive before Christmas!

I must say I'm disappointed with the amount of time it takes to print and ship. I ordered on May 13 and have not received my order yet. It's been in the mail for six days now and still has not arrived. After reading reviews I am worried that it is not going to fit as people are saying they run too small. This should really be advertised on their site. This is a present that has now gone way past the birthday date 😕 Already a disappointing experience and I haven't even seen the shirt yet. These print and ship times are way too long and these shirts are not cheap. For this kind of money I expect more.

IJust wanted to share some feedback. I order a shirt from SunFog Shirts last Thursday and was delivered much sooner than I expected, today. When I opened the package I was disappointed in the quality of the printing. But I don't want my review to be focused on the shirt. When I called into customer service to see what to do, the representative was the NICEST customer service rep I have EVER spoken to out of any company. Instead of the company being rude and not wanting to help she was immediately on it to help me. They refunded the shirt in full and instead of asking me to send the shirt back asked me to donate the shirt to someone in need. I was SHOCKED to say the least. Also She advised me next time I make an order to call so they can apply a 10% coupon code. I will for sure be ordering from SunFrogs again solely from their customer service help! Again I appreciate the assistance.

I saw an ad on [redacted] but was a little worried, having read some of the reviews here as I live in the **. I saw reviews that said it didn't arrive or they were hit with customs tax.

Let me tell you, I had nothing to worry about!
Item was PERFECT, well printed, quality is there.
I was told 6-8 weeks, it arrived in 3.
No extra delivery or hidden charges to pay that wasn't covered in checkout.
I would definitely use again :)
