Customer Service is awesome - even on a weekend I had an order placed and missed seeing a coupon they had emailed me the same day I wrote them on Saturday and was not expecting a reply until Monday They wrote me back within hours and said no problem - and applied the coupon INSTEAD of saying something along the lines of it would be good on future orders WHO does that?? Awesome experience and now I can't wait to get the shirts even more!!

I purchased a shirt as a gift days before event (PI Day)I received the shirt on day LateVery frustrating

The shirts are extremely cheaply made They are sized two sizes too smallThe company takes forever to ship n then ships with no packing slip and expects you to paid for return plus $to reorder a new size!
Too poor a quality to give to anyone and not tryst worthy to return fir credit I will just need yo do ate to a shelter

I placed my order the first week of Dec and was promised to receive it by ChristmasI still do not have my orderI FINALLY got an email from the company Dec stating my order shippedEven today when I click on the tracking # it hasn't moved anywhereWhen I called UPS they said a label has been printed by Sunfrogs, but it hasn't shippedI tried numerous times to get an answer from SUNFROGS via email with no responseThere is no phone # to call them which is ridiculousFinally found another email address via Facebook and got a response that way*** from Sunfrog said my order HAS shipped and is at the HUB in *** and that UPS should scan it in by today sometimeTHEN last night....in the same dayI got another email from "***" stating my "package was lost in the mail" and they are going to reprint and resendSeriously? SO I email "***" back informing her of the other email, and she says someone may have gotten new information after she sent me the email....but she believes I will still get the original package....and if I do "I will just get a couple extra shirts!" I want to know WHAT IS GOING ON and WHY they seem to have NO idea what is going onDealing with this company has been the biggest joke I have experienced with an online companyIt seems as if they are just giving BS answers to hold people over as long as possible, but they sure are quick to take your moneyVERY FRUSTRATING>

Sun Frog Shirts has the best customer service I've ever experiencedI had shirts, with cute sayings ordered for Christmas of the shirts were too big so Anna was very kind about returning them to exchange for different sizesI sent the shirts back but failed to get a tracking number They were lost in the mail, which was certainly not the company's faultI told Anna what was going on, assuming there was nothing they could doTo my surprise Anna E Mailed me and said they were sending out new shirts in the new size that I neededThey really didn't need to do anything as it wasn't their faultIn this day and age how awesome is it to be treated like this! If you need shirts you should definitely use this companyI'd also like to mention that their shirts are very nice quality and very soft

I ordered my first shirt a couple weeks agoI read that their sizing runs a bit small, so I ordered an XLWhen I received the shirt, they sent me a mediumWithout hesitation, I emailed them and made them aware of the errorThey got back to me in less than hours and asked me to take a picture of the tag to show proof of the error (a good business move, in my opinion)I obliged and they quickly put in another order - at no cost to me - for the correct size and told me to keep the other shirtI dealt with a woman named AshleyWhile the original order was flubbed, they quickly - and in a VERY friendly manner - made everything right with no hassle to me, the customerThat, to me, is wonderful customer service!! I would gladly do business with them again!

It going on 11days and I still haven'tGot my three t shirtThat I have order on first week of Dec and I have place more with differentPeopleAnd got what IAnd the order all was made the same day

I ordered both a hoodie and t shirt from this companyThey arrived faster than expected as it was a custom order While the t shirt was fine, the print on the hoodie had a tilt to it I notified customer service by email and it was promptly answered, first by the automated one that it was received and the second one a few hours later from the actual representative (Ashley) They reasonably requested pictures of the hoodie as proof They agreed immediately and notified me almost immediately after they received the pictures via email that a replacement would be printed They were also kind enough to mail it directly to the intended recipient for me without a problem instead of to me as the recipient lives in another State What I initially thought would be a "process" to fix, turned out to be easy and I found the customer service outstanding I'd buy again

This company has one of the best customer service departments I have encounteredBecause we live in (very) rural Northern Michigan, we order many items online, and often end up talking with folks in customer serviceUnfortunately, although the tracking number indicated that my shirt had been delivered, it had notHowever, within one day, another shirt was shipped out (via RUSH service) to meApril was polite, professional and couldn't have handled the situation any betterI would recommend this company - not only for their excellent service, but the shirts are awesome!!

Just wanted to say that we have been ordering hoodies and tees from Sunfrog for only a few months now, but every order has been dealt with professionally and efficiently! The staff at Sunfrog that we have had occasion to speak to are very helpful and quick to respond Our orders are processed and shipped quickly and are received here in *** in a very short time! We are so happy that we found this company!

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the promptness of my arrival when I made an online order from SunFrog.com, I received from them, I received sunfrogs shipment the Friday after I ordered and it was regular ground mail I am very impressed with their service and product was very good, I ordered a t-shirt and the lettering was very nice not faded like the shirt that shipped a week later from exitees

I ordered shirts Mid May, for a subtotal of $plus shipping $for a grand total of $for Father's DayI figured over a month and I should have plenty of time to receive this orderIt's a surprise for my husband for Fahter's DayMy order confirmation was received May 15, I understood the printing would take some time but was elated when I saw the shipping confirmation email May 27, with a tracking numberI expected delivery usually takes 3-days per the websites FAQ pageAnd even though the website order page says, "How quickly will I get my shirt?
We anticipate your order will print within 7-day(s) and take 3-day(s) for deliveryInternational delivery including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, may take longer." IS LONGER REALLY WEEKS LONGER? INTERNATIONAL, REALLY? We use the same postal service as the continental United StatesMail is usually only a day or two laterYou charged me $for shippingWe have priority and first class mail which doesn't take three weeksI called times, different days and different times of the day with consideration for the hour difference in time zonesI got an automated response saying I called outside of business hours or they are really busyI finally get a hold of someone on the phone and she says the order page states the delay in delivery clearlyShe did help me confirm the estimated delivery will arrive on Tuesday, June After Father's Day!!! She did not offer to see if there was anything she could do or even offer a discount or refundWhat's the worst is her lack of understanding to my situation which would've gone a long way with meShe basically made me feel I was out of luck and Oh well!! Unfortunate experienceAt this point, I would not recommend this business

SunFrog is a company that backs their products!! They have outstanding customer service!

We are very very pleased with SunFrog !!!! I ordered a 3x sweatshirt and 3x still did not vover my tummySent them e-mail and they gave me full refund and was told to give Hoodie to the needy or charity!!!! Wow was I surprised to hear that so we have donated it to the Blooming Prairie, Minnesota cancer auction am sure it will bring big bucks for them!! Thank you SunFrog for handeling it this way

This company operates with heart and compassion
I placed an order for a Tshirt in error when I meant to order a hoodieI cancelled the order by email and they immediately credited my PayPal accountThen apparently I placed a 2nd order for the same itemWhen we caught it, they again issued full creditThe item had shipped and they told me to keep the shirt and donate it to someone that needed it
I wish every company I deal with had this attitude!
Great customer service

The service I received from SunFrog Shirts was amazingI have placed two orders and they both arrived in Australia in less than three weeksProducts were exactly as I orderedThankyou for making everything so easyI will be back

My order was processed & arrived quickly, but the design was slightly off-centered & angled I used their live chat to contact them Customer service said they were sorry & asked if I wanted a replacement I said yes & they placed the order & told me to donate the one I had Very quick & no problems
The design itself was fantastic & fit to size It is a Gildan shirt, made in *** & 100% cotton So though it fit as expected the fact it is cotton it can shrink in heat So keep that in mind when you order I ordered larger in case they ran small So no problems for me if it shrinks
I like the fact they stand behind their product & have fantastic customer service That is what brings me back to a company

This is a great business! I ordered the incorrect shirt for my co-worker and these customer service folks sent a replacement shirt out, no questions asked and free of charge! Not many businesses take care of their customers that way these days The shirts are high quality and they look great! I would strongly recommend Sunfrogshirts.com
