I ordered a shirt that read "A Mother & Daughter's love knows no distance" for my mom for Mother's DayI live in *** for work and my mom is in ***My order was placed on hold because of a fraud alertI quickly contacted customer service via email and they responded right awayThey were able to expedite my order and my mom received her shirt in time for Mother's DayIt completely made her day! I ordered a sweat shirt for my wife who has M.Sand then looked to see that it was going to take longer than I had expectedI called Ashley Mand told her that I needed the item before that as we are having a family get together on November 15thfor my wifes 20th anniversary of beating M.S She put a rush on it and I got it today the 12th of NovemberSuper Super response and it shows me that even though I only ordered one item they still cared enough to help me out and get the package here early

I purchased a royal blue shirt, received it and loved it I decided I wanted to purchase another one, just a different size I hit the wrong blue and the shirt looked black in comparison When I called up, they were able to sort out the situation and send me the shirt I was originally hoping to receive The woman on the phone (Dana R) was so very pleasant It was such a nice change of pace I have not received customer service like this in years I just placed another order for another shirt earlier this evening and cannot wait until it arrives

Do not order from this companyThe order processing & shipping times are horrendousI ordered shirts well before a Christmas celebration on the 21st....still no shirts on Dec The order says it went out on Dec I live the next state overShipping was $a shirtI mailed a package across country via USPS and it got there in daysI called the company to issue a refund and they said noThe use something called UPS innovations and the package just ends up at the USPS anywayMy package is literally tied up at a post office in the suburbs miles away....no status since yesterdayIt's been bounced around more than an NBA basketball

I live in *** and have an unusual surnameI found out about SunFrog on Facebook where I saw a picture of a hoodie with my name on itI then ordered one from SunFrogOrdering was quick and easy and considering the distance involved my order arrived promptly
The shirt exceeded my expectations, It looks great, fits well and is very comfortable, The material is of good quality and I get positive remarks when I wear it out

I had a wonderful experience in my dealings with the staff at SunFrog Shirts We had a slight issue with the sizing (manufacturer's problem) and SunFrog Shirts customer service staff provided the best service everIssue was solved quickly and everyone was so nice I can't remember the last time I have received such good service either on-line or brick & mortar I have already referred some people to them and recommend them highly

I have tried to contact sunfrog about returning my hoodie but had no response for around a weekThey got back to me about postage but not about the returnI opened up a paypal case a few days ago and still had no responseLooks like its going to be paypal trying to sort it out

I had seen an item I couldn't locate online and sent an email asking for help Ashley Mreplied right away and was able to locate the item I ordered 4!

I viewed this companies ad on *** and I am now receiving unsolicted spam from them constantlyThere is no provision on the email or their website to unsubscribe from their spamThat is an unlawful invasion of my privacy
