I ordered two shirts from here on Nov. 20th. On the 28th I received an email that had a tracking number saying it was shipped and to allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated. after that time I checked and the tracking number can not be found in either UPS or USPS system. I have sent 2 emails, numerous calls and posted on their facebook page, I still have not heard anything back. The shirts cost a decent amount and I just want to know where they are. I am not happy with this company at all.

I had never heard of SunFrog so I was a bit hesitant to order from them but I talked myself into it because the shirt they had is something that caught my eye.

I ordered it on a Saturday and the Monday was a holiday, they had my shirt printed and in my hands by that Wednesday. That was much faster than I anticipated or was quoted.

I had no issues with payment or shipping, it was a good quality shirt too; looked just like the picture on their website.

Glad I gave them a chance, good doing business.

I have ordered several shirts for myself and my family. I have had only one occasion to speak with customer service and that was to tell them I had received my order twice and had not been charged for the error. I was willing to return but was told to keep it. I will continue to order from them since the quality is what I've expected from them. I will say however that the size does seem to be a little small for me since I like my shirts loose so I do order up a size .

Got the wrong t-shirt; the new one was send out forthwith. Customer experience: 5 stars (out of 5).

Had great interaction with Ashley at SunFrogs. I ordered a shirt that the post office returned to them and she immediately made sure it was re-maied to my cousin. Her response to my inquiries was quick and she was extremely helpful. Sometimes 'customer service' is just a word--but not at SunFrogs!

Customer service was a 10/10! Will be shopping here again because of the this one person treats customers. Her name is April M and she is Great!

Took a couple weeks to get 2 shirts. Contrary to what they say, Gildan shirts are not good quality. I wouldn't care what is standard in the industry. Get a better quality and you'll have happier customers. The sizing is so off. The sleeves are so short they are almost sleeveless. I was hoping they would be good so I could order for Christmas.

I ordered a hoodies from this website. It took three weeks to get here, I live in [redacted]. The tracking number they sent me said that it hadn't left for a while. When I contacted customer service, twice for different issues, they got back to me right away. They were very polite and understanding. They sent me a different tracking number that worked only until the package left the ** since ** post office no longer tracks packages outside of the states. The packages came in well wrapped and not damaged in any way.

There is a problem with the sizing, but that is completely my fault since I ordered the wrong size. I ordered an XL and having received it, it should really be an M. The site offers exchanges but I don't want to pay more money for shipping there and back(since from [redacted] it will be expensive) and I don't want to wait another month and a half before it arrives. So I am getting it taken in at a tailor (we've got lots of those here). The sizing is, however, not their fault but mine. They have a measurements chart, I just kind of guessed and didn't really measure anything. So if you order from them, double check the measurements!

The decal is nice and looks to be of nice quality, I don't think it will end up peeling. The fabric is nice and soft. And the double stitching looks really nice, I am sad that it will get ruined when I take it in.

I am very happy with this company and will order from them again!!!

Very impressed. Ordered an item and then cancelled. Some how the item was shipped in error. I did not want to pay for return postage. Told me not to worry and it was their error.

Hi people's .. would like to say thank you to Sunfrog for there go above and beyond attitude to customer service let me explain .. firstly im in Australia so it's always a bit of a worry dealing with Overseas company's .. anyhow I ordered a product which had my surname on it however initially Sunfrog sent me a shirt with a totally different name on it of course I emailed them and expected to hear all the usual BS .. But these guys were fantastic the promptly replied and sorted it out allowed me to keep or donate old shirt and sent me a new correct one no charge no postage due to the promptness of there reply and the whole way they handled it considering I'm 8000 miles away is to be commended I personally am looking forward to future purchases and would personally recommend Sunfrog

I ordered a sweatshirt from Sunfrog online and it arrived promptly, unfortunately it was not as advertised. I contacted them by email with my complaint, with a few pictures from my phone the error was verified and another shirt was sent. Unfortunately again I received the wrong one, another email and within just a few days I got the right shirt and I did not have to return the others.

I loved that this company went all out to make a mistake right. The customer service was spectacular. I thought I was going to be irritated but you know good customer service, no additional charges or having to return things was awesome.
I would never hesitate to do business with Sunfrog again.

My husband and I ordered a shirt from Sunfrog in the middle of July for my birthday. Unfortunately, I didn't receive it, because someone broke into the mailbox and stole it. I made contact with Sunfrog customer service wondering what could be done. They were fast to email back, and they said they were reordering it for me. They told me this on 8/4/15, I received my shirt on 8/10/15. I appreciate the fact that they were prompt and had good customer service skills.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company a week or so ago, when it came it was not even close to what the picture showed it was suppose to be,,,Ink was all faded color, was suppose to be white lettering , it is grayish colored, and the pink was suppose to be brighter, and its all faded looking...Not impressed at all, will not order again from them!!!!

Additional comments: I just wrote a review earlier today on a sweatshirt I had ordered, and the lettering was faded looking, I would like them to replace my shirt with one just like it with decent bright coloring.....also I will not pay shipping or handling as I feel its up to them to satisfy their customer.....If I recieve no response from my request, I will take it they don't care if they have happy customers and want to sell more of their products.....will be waiting!!!! and not happy either!!!!!!

Ordered on December 11th and was guaranteed to have my shirts my Christmas (they were presents). When they still had not been shipped on Dec 22nd, I contacted customer support. I was told there was a delay with my order. I asked if I could pay for expedited shipping and they told me no, there was nothing that I could do and that my package would arrive a week after Christmas. Also, I think the live chat customer support is a robot, not a real person. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a 3 t-shirts based upon ads that appeared on my [redacted] feed.

I ordered 2 GoT themed shirts, along with one for TWD. All were received within expected timeframes (by post, to the **), and of the quality you'd expect for apparel of this type.

First time using SunFrog, but I'd have no hesitation in recommending/using them for a future order.

I ordered some shirts from SunFrog and one was the wrong color. I heard back immediately from them, assuring me that they would send the correct color shortly. They answered quickly, no questions asked, their products and customer service are the best!!!

I just receive my sweatshirt yesterday and wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the shirt, esp how fast I received it. You are a very professional company and for that I say a great big THANK YOU!!!! Keep up the good work.

The "Pi Day" shirt I ordered for my husband, [redacted], had a couple of issues after being laundered. I emailed my concerns to SunFrog. [redacted] quickly replied and graciously answered my questions and concerns.

A new shirt is on its way right now. My issues were taken care of quickly and [redacted] was very kind. I could sense her smile in her replies.

[redacted] is a great representation of SunFrog. And SunFrog made a cool "Pi Day" Shirt - my "Math-a-magician" husband is so happy!
