She returned a 6ft cable to usWe have replaced it with a brand-new cable for herif she does not like the new one sent to her, she may return it to us for a refund of $3.99, which is what we were charging at the time for a 6ft cable on its own (she got a discount below $as she bought it as part of a package)

require more power, that can usually only be supplied by a wall or car chargerIf they are not getting enough power, they most often will display a message that the item is not certified and may not work correctlyAlso, any cable, even *** cables, even when plugged into a proper charger, if they have a problem, will display this message; the phone detects that something is plugged in and that not enough power is being transmitted, or perhaps no power at all if the cable has brokenAlso please note, that once an ipad has reached full charge, it is for it to display the message "NOT CHARGING." They are lying, I didn't receive my items in order to return them. I still want my money returned. If they won't credit my account then they need to resend my purchase. Period. Once I receive it, I'll be happy to return it since it is completely redundant. I am not willing to allow this company to take my money with nothing in return. They may not be to blame for losing my purchase but they are responsible for customer satisfaction. Honestly, this is not the way to run a business.
