Dear Revdex.com, regarding this complaint, we never received anything back from...

the consumer.  If the consumer can provide a tracking number for their return, we will be happy to check with usps and see where it is and replace it for them if it shows they mailed it and it was lost in transit.Kindly acknowledge receipt of our response to this complaint.

months after I ordered them, and only after repeated attempts to resolve this and filing complaints with my credit card company, the [redacted] and the Revdex.com.  I still believe this company operates in a deceptive manner, and should be investigated.

 I no longer need or want these items.  I've had to wait so long to get any response that I ordered my lost (Yes they were lost as far as I am concerned.  Like I stated previously, I wrote to the company several times regarding this issue and haven't gotten a reply or an update in weeks.  They deliberately ignored my requests, at least three) items through another company so I am afraid those items will now be redundant.  How do they say it?  You snooze, you lose.

 correct! I initially asked nicely for the missing product that I Paid For! After being denied numerous times, I then asked for a refund. So when I finally want my money back, that's when you want to send me your cheap product? No thank you. You should've just gave me a refund to begin with. But then again, it wouldn't have came this far if this business did what I asked to begin with. THEY ARE IN THE WRONG AND THEY KNOW THAT.

This was the worst service I have ever had. I ordered a lightning charging cord for my iPhone. I got it in a timely matter, only it was a broken one. I e mailed to ask what the next step was. They e mailed back and said to send back to this address. So I paid my own money to ship it back to them to get a replacement. Going on 3 weeks later they won't answer my phone calls my e mails nothing. Won't tell me if they got the charger back won't send me a new one. No response at all. I sent a not so nice e mail asking again if they could check on it and once again ignored the question and they said they have responded to every e mail which is false. Horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Ever ever.

We asked for track # to track down with [redacted] buyer stated they did not get one.
 
We cannot help them at all without either getting the item or the track # with [redacted].

The buyer was shipped what was advertised, but states that she is unhappy with her purchase. As a good will gesture, we have refunded her in full through paypal, transaction id...

we checked the tracking and see that the buyer has refused the package, so it is enroute back to us. Although we do not yet have it, we have issued her a refund in advance, as a good will gesture.We are happy to help.

The buyer's post office marked this undeliverable as addressed and it was returned.  We are sending it out again, as the address they provided to Revdex.com matches the address they gave us, so this was evidently a mistake by her local post office, perhaps a subsitute mail carrier was working that...

day. 
The buyer should put their name on their mailbox and check with their local post office to see why this has happened.
 
The buyer's package is back on its way to them.  We are happy to have helped.
