I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

He did not do what he said he was going to do and has never responded to phone or email inquiries.  On 11/**/2014 I mailed one of the two chargers to [redacted] at Supergooddeals.com.  He assured me that he would send a replacement that he personally tested.  I've sent emails and called on a number of occasions but did not get a response to emails or the telephone messages I left.  When I contacted the Revdex.com, [redacted] did respond to the Revdex.com saying that he did not receive the charger I sent him on November **, but "We are sending him 2 new chargers, as a courtesy good will gesture, that we personally tested".  Since then two of the cables have failed.   Today, **February2015, I received two plastic wrapped replacement chargers.  Underneath the wrap each unit had bar coding taped to the charger in such a fashion that I find it impossible these were personally tested by [redacted] as [redacted] said he would do in our earlier correspondence and in his more recent response to the Revdex.com.In summary:[redacted] didn't send me a replacement as promised in November[redacted] did not respond until the Revdex.com contacted him.Only after the contact with the Revdex.com did he send the units as he promised to do at the end of NovemberThere is no evidence he personally test the units as promisedHe did not refund my credit card as I requested I have had no electronic or postal mail from [redacted] as he stated in his latest response to the Revdex.com.  The only response I've had is through this Revdex.com process. When he says he's contacted me electronically, he has not. The case really isn't resolved to my satisfaction but it's not really worth any more of my time.  Just hoping the new chargers he sent will last longer that the other two.  Not going to pursue replacement of  the two charging cables that only lasted 6 to 8 weeks. This is the most unpleasant online buying experience that I've ever had.

 Obviously there is an issue with the package being mailed. It is not on my part since the address is correct, the mailbox is labeled and I have never had an issue getting my mail and/or packages. All I want at this time is a complete refund!!! I no longer want the package (seeing it has been sent back to the business) twice and want my money back.

Advertised cable for iPhone 6 pus won't work because Apple rejects its use. The owner of this "business" wants you to try tactics but you can't with a cord Apple won't let you use. It is a cheap [redacted] cable and despite claim on owner's website that you can r return goods the don't work he refuses to answer even after I spent $ returning the cable. Taking him to small claims court because he does not answer emails or phone calls. Business is NO GOOD. Don't buy.

We did not receive anything back from the buyer as of today. However, as a courtesy, we have refunded their $12.95 back to them, in order to help.

I purchased an "authentic" iPad 12w charger and cable and received it fairly quickly. After approximately 1 hour the unit stopped charging and was extremely hot and had a very strong electrical burning smell.
I called numerous times with no answer or returned call. I emailed them about 6 times and finally received an answer having nothing to do with my complaint.
I sent the unit back over two weeks ago and still have not received a refund.
I have called every day since the tracking showed they received the defective unit with no answers or returned calls.
If you follow this place on resellerratings.com you will see 351 people complaining about how bad this place is.
He should not be allowed to do business as he sells defective products and doesn't give refunds.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Buyer is mistaking about seeing 300 reviews about our company online, they would have been from other companies selling their own cables, we have very, very few problems with these cables, but are happy to help if one arises.

consumer already contacted us directly.  After requesting multiple times for photos that showed the damage to the package, they finally sent a photo that showed it and we replaced the item for her today.   [redacted] track #[redacted].

AS CONSUMER PREVIOUSLY INDICATED HER ADDRESS WAS CORRECT, WE ALREAY INSTRUCTED OUR POST OFFICE TO SEND IT BACK TO HER, AS THE ADDRESS SHE STATED WAS CORRECT.  IT IS ENROUTE BACK TO HER, AS OF TODAY, FEB *, 2016.

card. They also claimed they never got the returned product although the [redacted] shows it was delivered. Their  excuses doesn't explain why they never answered my inquiries and those made by your office. Thanks for your help.

The business finally sent the product.  It took about a month.  BEWARE...this organization is obviously run by a person who just doesn't care.  He will send your purchase whenever he feels like it and you will never speak to him directly.Sincerely,[redacted]
